In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a corrugated plate having a level difference is used as the grooves 13 and the protrusions 14 which are arranged continuously, the grooves 13 and the protrusions 14 are formed integrally, and the bottom surface of the corrugated plate is a flat surface.
In this embodiment, a material pushing mechanism 16 (an air cylinder may be used, and a push plate is installed at the front end of an expansion link of the air cylinder) is further disposed in the fecal sewage collecting tank 23, so as to push solid matters settled at the bottom of the tank when needed.

A piggery waste disposal system, as shown in fig. 10, which is different from example 1 in that: the feces collection device comprises an infrared imaging thermometer 32 for monitoring the newly-discharged feces of the pig, the controller 28 is connected with the infrared imaging thermometer 32 and can receive and process the temperature information fed back by the infrared imaging thermometer 32, and when the infrared imaging thermometer 32 monitors the newly-discharged feces of the pig, the feces suction system is immediately started to suck the feces.
In the feces collecting device in the embodiment, a plurality of pipes which are arranged next to each other are vertically arranged below a feces leaking plate 31 of a pig house, the number of the pipes is determined according to the area of the feces leaking plate 31, the pipes are required to be fully distributed below the feces leaking plate 31 in principle, the upper end ports of the pipes are used as feces suction ports, 2-4 feces pipes 30 share the same feces suction pump 29, 2-4 feces pipes 30 are converged into the same pipe, and the feces suction pump 29 is arranged on the converged pipe. When the temperature sensor 33 senses the temperature which is matched with the newly discharged excrement of the pig, the temperature sensor 33 feeds back the information to the controller 28, and the controller 28 controls the excrement suction pump 29 corresponding to the temperature sensor to start, so that the excrement is sucked and sent to the excrement collecting tank 23 through the excrement pipe 30. For example: after the excrement discharged by the pig falls on the No. 1 temperature sensor, the No. 1 temperature sensor feeds the temperature information back to the controller 28, and the controller controls the excrement suction pump corresponding to the No. 1 temperature sensor to start, so that the excrement is sucked away.
In the liquid dung processing device in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7 in an initial state, the baffle plates 2 are hermetically attached to two sides of the corrugated plate, the raised parts 14 and the baffle plates 2 jointly enclose the corrugated plate to form the grooves 13, and the groove body 11 and the baffle plates 2 jointly enclose the liquid dung collecting groove 12; after the liquid dung inlet pipe 8 is opened, liquid dung 7 in the liquid dung inlet pipe 8 flows into the liquid dung collecting tank 12, when liquid dung in the liquid dung collecting tank 12 reaches the overflow hole 15, the liquid dung overflows into the groove 13 on the side part of the liquid dung collecting tank through the overflow hole 15, when the liquid dung in the groove 13 adjacent to the liquid dung is full, the liquid dung continuously overflows into the groove 13 on the next stage until the liquid dung overflows to the lowest position step by step (as shown in fig. 4, an arrow 9 in the figure indicates the overflow direction of the liquid dung), in the process (also referred to as a liquid dung purification process), the liquid dung is purified in the groove 13 after passing through one groove 13, and the purified liquid is subjected to a subsequent advanced treatment process or enters a clear liquid discharge tank 37; after a period of time, when sediments on the tank wall (the tank wall comprises the tank body 11 wall surface and the groove 13 side wall 1) need to be cleaned, as shown in fig. 8 and fig. 9, the baffle plate 2 can be driven to move upwards to a proper height through the vertical telescopic mechanism 6 (the height is satisfied that the scrubbing piece 4 can be clamped into the liquid dung collecting tank 12 and the groove 13 after moving horizontally and is in pressure contact with the tank wall), then the horizontal telescopic motor 3 drives the baffle plate 2 to move horizontally to scrub the tank wall, the scrubbed sediments are collected for subsequent advanced treatment, and the baffle plate is driven to reset through the two-dimensional moving mechanism after scrubbing the tank wall. The liquid dung purification treatment and the tank wall cleaning can be carried out at any time or at regular intervals.
Example 3
A method of fecal management employing the system of either embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 comprising the steps of:
step 1: excrement newly discharged onto the excrement leakage plate 31 by the pigs is immediately sucked into the excrement collection pool 23 by adopting an excrement collection device;
step 2: after the step 1 is finished, adding a proper amount of water into the fecal sewage collecting pool 23 through the water supply system 26, adjusting the pH through the pH adjusting system 34, stirring the fecal sewage in the fecal sewage collecting pool 23 through the stirrer 25, and starting the ultraviolet lamp 35 to irradiate the fecal liquid in the whole process; in the step, as the area of the pig farm is large, when a plurality of feeding areas share one excrement collecting pool 23, pigs can be discharged almost every few minutes, so that excrement stirring and subsequent treatment in the excrement collecting pool 23 almost continuously operate, and the operation can be stopped at night;
and step 3: introducing the stirred excrement into a solid-liquid separation device 38 for solid-liquid separation;
and 4, step 4: and introducing the liquid dung after solid-liquid separation into a liquid dung treatment device for purification treatment.
Wherein the purification treatment step comprises:
step 4-1: the liquid dung from the solid-liquid separation device 38 enters a liquid dung collecting tank 12, and enters a clear liquid pool 37 after being subjected to progressive precipitation treatment and multiple overflow;
step 4-2: after T hours are carried out in the step 4-1, the baffle 2 is removed, the wall surfaces of the liquid manure collecting tank 12, the groove 13 and the protruding part 14 are scrubbed, and the baffle 2 is reset after scrubbing is finished;
step 4-3: and after the step 4-2 is finished, repeating the step 4-1 and the step 2.
Wherein the step 4-2 comprises: after T hours are carried out in the step 4-1, the baffle 2 is driven to move upwards to a proper height through the vertical telescopic mechanism 6, and the proper height meets the following requirements: the scrubbing piece 4 can be clamped into the liquid dung collecting tank 12 and the groove 13 after moving horizontally and is in pressure contact with the tank wall; then the baffle 2 is driven by the transverse telescopic motor 3 to move horizontally to enable the scrubbing piece 4 to scrub the wall of the tank; after the scrubbing is finished, the baffle 2 is driven to reset through the vertical telescopic mechanism 6 and the transverse telescopic motor 3 together.
Example 4
A piggery waste treatment system, referring to example 1, the main difference with example 1 is that: the surface of the liquid manure collection tank 12 is loaded with a photocatalytic material which can generate active free radicals to degrade pollutants under illumination; the excrement collecting device also comprises a second excrement sucking channel consisting of a plurality of excrement pipes which are arranged closely, an excrement sucking port of the second excrement sucking channel is positioned at the bottom of the excrement ditch (if a concave area is arranged at the bottom of the excrement ditch, the excrement sucking port is arranged at the position of the concave area or a low point, which is mainly convenient for sucking away residual excrement), and a water level meter arranged in the excrement ditch below the excrement leaking plate 31, wherein the controller 28 is connected with the water level meter and can receive and process the liquid level information fed back by the water level meter, and when the water level meter in the excrement ditch senses that the amount of excrement discharged by pigs exceeds a specified amount, the excrement sucking system is started immediately to suck excrement. Compared with the embodiment 1 or the embodiment 2, the scheme in the embodiment is based on comprehensive treatment of the excrement on the excrement leaking plate and the dirt in the excrement ditch, and the treatment effect is better.
A method of fecal management employing the system of this embodiment comprising the steps of:
step 1: excrement newly discharged onto the excrement leakage plate 31 by the pigs is immediately sucked into the excrement collection pool 23 by adopting an excrement collection device, and excrement in an excrement ditch (mainly residual or blocked excrement, urine, sewage, food residue and other dirt) is sucked into the excrement collection pool 23 by adopting the excrement collection device;
step 2: after the step 1 is finished, adding a proper amount of water (adding water if necessary) into the fecal sewage collecting tank 23 through a water supply system, adjusting the pH value through a pH adjusting system 34 and/or turning on an ultraviolet lamp 35, and stirring the fecal liquid in the fecal sewage collecting tank 23 through a stirrer 25;
and step 3: introducing the stirred liquid dung into a solid-liquid separation device 38 for solid-liquid separation;
and 4, step 4: introducing the liquid with a large amount of solid residues after solid-liquid separation into a liquid manure treatment device for purification treatment.
The liquid treated by the scheme in examples 1 and 4 (small test) is respectively detected, and the result shows that: the removal rates of COD, TOC and NH3-N, TP of the wastewater of the pig farm are 22-47%, 24-46%, 35.2-45.3% and 39-49% respectively, and the method has good treatment effect.

Claims (10)

the feces collection device comprises an infrared imaging thermometer (32) for monitoring the newly discharged feces of the pig, the controller (28) is connected with the infrared imaging thermometer (32) and can receive and process temperature information fed back by the infrared imaging thermometer, and when the infrared imaging thermometer (32) monitors the newly discharged feces of the pig, the feces suction system is started immediately to suck the feces; or: the feces collection device comprises a temperature sensor (33), the temperature sensor (33) is embedded on a framework on the surface of the pig house feces leaking plate (31) and is integrated with the framework of the pig house feces leaking plate (31), the controller (28) is connected with the temperature sensor (33) and can receive and process temperature information fed back by the temperature sensor (33), and when the temperature sensor (33) senses the temperature matched with the newly-discharged feces of the pig, the feces suction system is immediately started to suck the feces;
the liquid dung processing device comprises a liquid dung collecting tank (12), wherein a photocatalytic material is loaded on the surface of the liquid dung collecting tank (12), overflow holes (15) are formed in the top of the wall of the liquid dung collecting tank (12), grooves (13) which are continuously arranged are formed in the side of the liquid dung collecting tank (12), adjacent grooves (13) are separated through bulges (14), the bulges (14) and the movable baffle plates (2) jointly enclose the grooves (13), the groove (11) and the movable baffle plates (2) jointly enclose the liquid dung collecting tank (12), the elevation of the top of the bulges (14) on the same side of the liquid dung collecting tank (12) is sequentially reduced, the elevation of the top of the bulges (14) far away from the liquid dung collecting tank (12) is smaller, and liquid dung supernatant in the liquid dung collecting tank (12) can be continuously clarified and overflowed;
wherein, the excrement collecting pool (23) is connected with the solid-liquid separation device (38), the pH adjusting system (34) and/or the ultraviolet lamp (35), the liquid outlet of the solid-liquid separation device (38) is connected with the liquid excrement treatment device, and a stirrer (25) is arranged in the excrement collecting pool (23).

The pig farm waste treatment system of claim 1, wherein: a plurality of dung pipes (30) which are arranged closely form a dung sucking channel, the dung pipes (30) which are close to a dung sucking opening are vertically arranged, 2-4 dung pipes (30) share the same dung sucking pump (29), the dung sucking pump (29) is arranged on the pipe after the dung pipes (30) converge, and the dung sucking pump (29) is connected with a controller (28) and is controlled to operate by the controller (28); the excrement suction pump (29) is arranged close to the excrement collecting pool (23).

The pig farm waste treatment system of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the excrement collecting device also comprises a second excrement sucking channel formed by a plurality of excrement pipes which are arranged closely, an excrement sucking port of the second excrement sucking channel is positioned at the bottom of the excrement ditch, and a water level meter is arranged in the excrement ditch below the excrement leaking plate (31), the controller (28) is connected with the water level meter and can receive and process liquid level information fed back by the water level meter, and when the water level meter in the excrement ditch senses that excrement exceeds a specified amount, the excrement sucking system is started immediately to suck excrement.

and step 3: introducing the stirred excrement into a solid-liquid separation device (38) for solid-liquid separation;
and 4, step 4: and introducing the liquid dung after solid-liquid separation into a liquid dung treatment device for purification treatment.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the pig farm waste is selected from the group consisting of:
the purification treatment step comprises:
step 4-1: the liquid dung from the solid-liquid separation device (38) enters a liquid dung collecting tank (12), and enters a clear liquid pool (37) after being subjected to progressive precipitation treatment and multiple overflow;
step 4-2: after T hours, removing the baffle (2), scrubbing the wall surfaces of the liquid manure collecting tank (12), the groove (13) and the protruding part (14), and resetting the baffle (2) after scrubbing is finished;
