the cable rack comprises a cable rack base 1 with adjustable width, wherein guide posts 2 are fixedly arranged at the positions, close to four corners, of the outer surface of the upper end of the cable rack base 1, two groups of limiting frames 3 are arranged above the cable rack base 1 in parallel, limiting cylinders at two ends of the limiting frames 3 are movably connected with the guide posts 2, two groups of lifting components for adjusting the height of the limiting frames 3 are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable rack base 1, a cable winding cylinder 4 is arranged between the two groups of limiting frames 3 through limiting pieces, a processing device for pulling a linear cable and guiding the cable to move is fixedly arranged at one end position between the two groups of limiting frames 3, and a dragging piece is arranged at the front end of the cable rack base 1; and
the auxiliary device is used for supporting and guiding the rotation of the cable winding drum 4 and comprises two groups of auxiliary components, and the auxiliary components are symmetrically arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable frame base 1 front and back.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-3, the cable frame base 1 includes two sets of support frames and an adjusting component, the adjusting component is arranged between the two sets of support frames, the adjusting component includes two sets of movable rods and two sets of telescopic rods 5, two ends of the movable rods are movably connected with the two sets of support frames respectively, and two ends of the telescopic rods 5 are fixedly connected with inner surfaces of the two sets of support frames respectively.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2, a first motor 6 is fixedly installed on a vertical plate at the middle position of the outer surface of the upper end of the limiting frame 3, a limiting part connected with the output shaft of the first motor 6 is movably installed on the vertical plate at the middle position of the outer surface of the upper end of the limiting frame 3 through a bearing, and a limiting disc 7 matched with the limiting part is arranged on the cable winding drum 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the limiting member comprises a central limiting column 8 and a plurality of groups of limiting rods 9 distributed in a ring shape, and the limiting disc 7 is provided with a central limiting hole matched with the central limiting column 8 and a clamping interface matched with the groups of limiting rods 9.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the lifting assembly comprises a hydraulic lifting column 10, wherein the bottom end of the hydraulic lifting column 10 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable frame base 1, and the outer surface of the upper end of the hydraulic lifting column 10 is fixedly connected with the middle position of the outer surface of the lower end of the limiting frame 3.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the processing device comprises a processing rack 11, an adjusting rack 12 and a processing assembly arranged on the adjusting rack 12, wherein the processing rack 11 comprises a telescopic rack and a fixing rack, a sliding rail is arranged on the fixing rack, one end of the adjusting rack 12 is fixedly arranged on the telescopic rack, and a sliding block at the other end of the adjusting rack 12 is movably connected with the sliding rail.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the adjusting frame 12 includes two sets of mounting frames and an adjusting member, the adjusting member includes a first screw transmission device, a guiding rod and an adjusting seat 13, two ends of the first screw transmission device and the guiding rod are respectively connected with mounting seats on second screw transmission devices inside the two sets of mounting frames, the adjusting seat 13 is movably mounted on the guiding rod, the lower end of the adjusting seat 13 is connected with the mounting seat on the first screw transmission device, and a straightening device is arranged on the adjusting seat 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the alignment device comprises a guide ring 14, a transverse alignment device 15, a longitudinal alignment device 16 and a heating box 17, and the guide ring 14, the transverse alignment device 15, the longitudinal alignment device 16 and the heating box 17 are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the adjusting seat 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 7-8, the transverse straightening device 15 and the longitudinal straightening device 16 both comprise a frame body and two groups of straightening pieces, the straightening pieces are mounted on the frame body through bolts, each straightening piece comprises a mounting rod, a straightening wheel and two groups of elastic pieces, the straightening wheels and the elastic pieces are movably mounted on the mounting rods, and the straightening wheels are located between the two groups of elastic pieces.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the auxiliary assembly comprises a guide seat, a second motor 18 and a transmission case, the second motor 18 is mounted on the transmission case, an output shaft of the second motor 18 is connected with a transmission assembly inside the transmission case, a gear transmission piece 19 connected with the transmission assembly is arranged inside the guide seat, and transmission teeth matched with the gear transmission piece 19 are arranged in annular grooves at the outer edges of limiting plates at two ends in the cable winding drum 4.

1. A cable rack for power engineering, comprising:
the cable rack comprises a cable rack base (1) with adjustable width, wherein guide posts (2) are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable rack base (1) close to four corners, two groups of limit frames (3) are arranged above the cable rack base (1) in parallel, limit barrels at two ends of the limit frames (3) are movably connected with the guide posts (2), two groups of lifting components for adjusting the height of the limit frames (3) are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable rack base (1), a cable winding drum (4) is arranged between the two groups of limit frames (3) through limit pieces, a processing device for pulling a linear cable and guiding the cable to move is fixedly arranged at one end position between the two groups of limit frames (3), and a dragging piece is arranged at the front end of the cable rack base (1); and
the auxiliary device is used for supporting and guiding the rotation of the cable winding drum (4) and comprises two groups of auxiliary components, wherein the auxiliary components are symmetrically arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable frame base (1) front and back;
the cable rack base (1) comprises two groups of supporting frames and an adjusting assembly, the adjusting assembly is arranged between the two groups of supporting frames and comprises two groups of movable rods and two groups of telescopic rods (5), two ends of each movable rod are respectively and movably connected with the two groups of supporting frames, and two ends of each telescopic rod (5) are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner surfaces of the two groups of supporting frames;
a first motor (6) is fixedly arranged on a vertical plate at the middle position of the outer surface of the upper end of the limiting frame (3), a limiting part connected with the output shaft of the first motor (6) is movably arranged on the vertical plate at the middle position of the outer surface of the upper end of the limiting frame (3) through a bearing, and a limiting disc (7) matched with the limiting part is arranged on the cable winding drum (4);
the limiting piece comprises a central limiting column (8) and a plurality of groups of limiting rods (9) which are annularly distributed, and a central limiting hole matched with the central limiting column (8) and clamping ports matched with the groups of limiting rods (9) are formed in the limiting disc (7);
the lifting assembly comprises a hydraulic lifting column (10), wherein the bottom end of the hydraulic lifting column (10) is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable frame base (1), and the outer surface of the upper end of the hydraulic lifting column (10) is fixedly connected with the middle position of the outer surface of the lower end of the limiting frame (3);
the processing device comprises a processing frame (11), an adjusting frame (12) and a processing assembly arranged on the adjusting frame (12), wherein the processing frame (11) comprises a telescopic frame and a fixing frame, a sliding rail is arranged on the fixing frame, one end of the adjusting frame (12) is fixedly arranged on the telescopic frame, and a sliding block at the other end of the adjusting frame (12) is movably connected with the sliding rail;
the adjusting frame (12) comprises two groups of mounting frames and an adjusting piece, the adjusting piece comprises a first screw rod transmission device, a guide rod and an adjusting seat (13), two ends of the first screw rod transmission device and the guide rod are respectively connected with mounting seats on second screw rod transmission devices in the two groups of mounting frames, the adjusting seat (13) is movably mounted on the guide rod, the lower end of the adjusting seat (13) is connected with the mounting seat on the first screw rod transmission device, and the adjusting seat (13) is provided with a straightening device;
the straightening device comprises a guide ring (14), a transverse straightening device (15), a longitudinal straightening device (16) and a heating box (17), wherein the guide ring (14), the transverse straightening device (15), the longitudinal straightening device (16) and the heating box (17) are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the adjusting seat (13);
the transverse straightening device (15) and the longitudinal straightening device (16) comprise a frame body and two groups of straightening pieces, the straightening pieces are mounted on the frame body through bolts, each straightening piece comprises a mounting rod, a straightening wheel and two groups of elastic pieces, the straightening wheels and the elastic pieces are movably mounted on the mounting rods, and the straightening wheels are located between the two groups of elastic pieces;
the auxiliary assembly comprises a guide seat, a second motor (18) and a transmission box, wherein the second motor (18) is arranged on the transmission box, an output shaft of the second motor (18) is connected with the transmission assembly inside the transmission box, a gear transmission part (19) connected with the transmission assembly is arranged inside the guide seat, and transmission teeth matched with the gear transmission part (19) are arranged in annular grooves at the outer edges of limiting plates at the two ends of the cable winding drum (4).
