Further, as shown in fig. 1, the lifting assembly includes a hydraulic lifting column 10, the bottom end of the hydraulic lifting column 10 is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable frame base 1, and the outer surface of the upper end of the hydraulic lifting column 10 is fixedly connected with the middle position of the outer surface of the lower end of the limiting frame 3.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-4, the processing apparatus includes a processing frame 11, an adjusting frame 12 and a processing assembly mounted on the adjusting frame 12, the processing frame 11 includes an expansion frame and a fixing frame, a slide rail is disposed on the fixing frame, one end of the adjusting frame 12 is fixedly mounted on the expansion frame, and a slide block at the other end of the adjusting frame 12 is movably connected with the slide rail.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-4, the adjusting bracket 12 includes two sets of mounting brackets and adjusting parts, the adjusting parts include a first lead screw transmission device, a guide rod and an adjusting seat 13, two ends of the first lead screw transmission device and the guide rod are respectively connected with a mounting seat on a second lead screw transmission device inside the two sets of mounting brackets, the adjusting seat 13 is movably mounted on the guide rod, a lower end of the adjusting seat 13 is connected with the mounting seat on the first lead screw transmission device, and a straightening device is arranged on the adjusting seat 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the straightening device includes a guiding ring 14, a transverse straightening device 15, a longitudinal straightening device 16, and a heating box 17, and the guiding ring 14, the transverse straightening device 15, the longitudinal straightening device 16, and the heating box 17 are all fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the upper end of the adjusting base 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 7-8, the transverse straightening device 15 and the longitudinal straightening device 16 each include a frame body and two sets of straightening members, the straightening members are mounted on the frame body through bolts, each straightening member includes a mounting rod, a straightening wheel and two sets of elastic members, the straightening wheels and the elastic members are movably mounted on the mounting rod, and the straightening wheels are located between the two sets of elastic members.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the auxiliary assembly includes a guide seat, a second motor 18 and a transmission case, the second motor 18 is installed on the transmission case, an output shaft of the second motor 18 is connected with the transmission assembly inside the transmission case, a gear transmission member 19 connected with the transmission assembly is arranged inside the guide seat, and transmission teeth matched with the gear transmission member 19 are arranged in annular grooves in the outer edges of the limiting plates at the two ends in the cable winding drum 4.

Claims (10)

1. A cable rack for electric power engineering, characterized by comprising:
the cable rack comprises a cable rack base (1) with adjustable width, wherein guide columns (2) are fixedly mounted at positions, close to four corners, of the outer surface of the upper end of the cable rack base (1), two groups of limiting frames (3) are arranged above the cable rack base (1) in parallel, limiting cylinders at two ends of each limiting frame (3) are movably connected with the guide columns (2), two groups of lifting assemblies used for adjusting the height of the limiting frames (3) are fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable rack base (1), a cable winding drum (4) is mounted between the two groups of limiting frames (3) through limiting pieces, a processing device used for straightening cables and guiding the cables to move is fixedly mounted at one end between the two groups of limiting frames (3), and a dragging piece is arranged at the front end of the cable rack base (1); and
the auxiliary device is used for supporting and guiding the cable winding drum (4) to rotate and comprises two groups of auxiliary components, and the auxiliary components are symmetrically arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the cable frame base (1) in a front-back mode.

The cable rack for electric power engineering of claim 1, wherein: the cable frame base (1) comprises two groups of supporting frames and an adjusting component, the adjusting component is arranged between the two groups of supporting frames, the adjusting component comprises two groups of movable rods and two groups of telescopic rods (5), the two ends of each movable rod are respectively movably connected with the two groups of supporting frames, and the two ends of each telescopic rod (5) are respectively fixedly connected with the inner surfaces of the two groups of supporting frames.

The cable rack for electric power engineering according to claim 2, wherein: the cable winding device is characterized in that a motor (6) is fixedly mounted on a vertical plate at the middle position of the outer surface of the upper end of the limiting frame (3), a limiting part connected with an output shaft of the motor (6) is movably mounted on the vertical plate at the middle position of the outer surface of the upper end of the limiting frame (3) through a bearing, and a limiting disc (7) matched with the limiting part is arranged on the cable winding drum (4).

The cable rack for electric power engineering of claim 5, wherein: the processing device comprises a processing frame (11), an adjusting frame (12) and a processing assembly arranged on the adjusting frame (12), wherein the processing frame (11) comprises an expansion frame and a fixing frame, a sliding rail is arranged on the fixing frame, one end of the adjusting frame (12) is fixedly arranged on the expansion frame, and a sliding block at the other end of the adjusting frame (12) is movably connected with the sliding rail.

The cable rack for electric power engineering of claim 6, wherein: the adjusting bracket (12) comprises two sets of mounting brackets and adjusting pieces, the adjusting pieces comprise a first lead screw transmission device, a guide rod and an adjusting seat (13), the two ends of the first lead screw transmission device and the guide rod are respectively connected with mounting seats on second lead screw transmission devices inside the two sets of mounting brackets, the adjusting seat (13) is movably mounted on the guide rod, the lower end of the adjusting seat (13) is connected with the mounting seats on the first lead screw transmission device, and a straightening device is arranged on the adjusting seat (13).
