Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of light trucks, in particular to a light-weight light truck container.
Background
The invention relates to a light truck container, in particular, tests prove that if the weight of the whole automobile is reduced by 10%, the fuel efficiency can be improved by about 6% to 8%, and meanwhile, the exhaust emission can be reduced, on the other hand, from the aspect of customer value, the heavy charging is carried out in domestic logistics transportation, the overload control force is continuously increased, the light truck can save the cost for users due to light weight, and the users can store more goods as far as possible without overload, so that the development of light truck light products is imperative.
The skin of the front wall, the left side wall and the right side wall of the existing light truck container adopts a 1mm thick SPCC corrugated steel plate, the floor adopts a 1.2mm thick Q235A corrugated steel plate, the top cover skin adopts a 1.2mm thick SPCC punching molding steel plate, the floor framework adopts a 2.5mm thick 510L material C-shaped beam, and the total weight of the container is 620 kg.
It can be seen that, at present, the weight of the container is too large, taking a three-meter three-axle distance van-type light truck as an example, the total weight requirement of the whole truck is not more than 4500kg, the weight of the iron container with the equipped basic size is 620kg, which accounts for 13.8% of the total weight of the whole truck, and the requirement on light weight of the truck at present is not met, so that the light weight of the light truck container needs to be designed in a light weight mode to effectively reduce the light truck servicing quality, thereby reducing the driving oil consumption of the truck and increasing the cargo capacity.
