Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A bogie 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10. The bogie 100 can be applied to a rail vehicle 200 such as a straddle-type monorail vehicle. In the following description of the present application, the bogie 100 is illustrated as applied to the railway vehicle 200.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 5, a bogie 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes a frame 1, a brake 11, a sound insulation cover 3, and a lateral stopper 2. The brake 11 is provided on the frame 1. The sound insulation cover 3 is connected with the framework 1 in a sealing way.
In this application, the term "sealed connection of the sound-proof cover 3 and the frame 1" means that the connection of the sound-proof cover 3 and the frame 1 forms a closed pattern. That is to say, the connection of the sound insulation cover 3 and the framework 1 forms a closed loop structure which is connected end to end.
As shown in fig. 3, the sound insulation cover 3 and the frame 1 define a housing space 33 together, and the stopper 11 is provided in the housing space 33. In some examples of the invention, referring to fig. 1-3 and 5, the sound-proof enclosure 3 is attached to the side of the frame 1, and the side of the sound-proof enclosure 3 facing the frame 1 may be open.
Thus, when the bogie 100 is applied to the railway vehicle 200, since the brake 11 is disposed in the accommodation space 33, noise generated by high-speed rotation of the brake 11, such as air broadband noise, can be isolated in the accommodation space 33, so that in-vehicle noise and out-of-vehicle noise can be well reduced, and the influence of out-of-vehicle noise on the surrounding environment can be avoided while improving riding comfort of passengers in the vehicle. In addition, the volume of the sound insulation cover 3 is smaller, the structure is compact, and the material cost can be reduced.
The transverse stop 2 is arranged on the sound insulation cover 3, and the transverse stop 2 is positioned on one side of the sound insulation cover 3 away from the center of the framework 1. Therefore, during the running process of the rail vehicle 200, when a large lateral displacement is generated between the body of the rail vehicle 200 and the framework 1, the lateral stop 2 can play a good role in stopping, so that the running safety of the rail vehicle 200 can be ensured.
According to the bogie 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by sealing the sound insulation cover 3 and the frame 1, and making the sound insulation cover 3 and the frame 1 define the accommodating space 33 together and the brake 11 is disposed in the accommodating space 33, when the bogie 100 is applied to the railway vehicle 200, air noise generated by the brake 11 can be well isolated, thereby effectively reducing noise in the vehicle and noise outside the vehicle, improving riding comfort of passengers in the vehicle, and avoiding influence of noise outside the vehicle on surrounding environment. Moreover, by providing the lateral stopper 2, the lateral stopper 2 can play a good role of stopping, and avoid a large lateral displacement between the railway vehicle 200 and the bogie 100, thereby ensuring the running safety of the railway vehicle 200. In addition, the volume of the sound insulation cover 3 is smaller, the structure is compact, the occupied space of the whole bogie 100 can be reduced, and the material cost can be reduced. In addition, by providing the lateral stopper 2 on the noise insulation cover 3, the integration degree of the bogie 100 is improved, and thus the structural compactness of the bogie 100 can be further improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, referring to fig. 1-3 and 5, the sound-proof enclosure 3 comprises a first enclosure 31, a second enclosure 32 and a stop mounting, the first enclosure 31 being arranged above the lateral stops 2 and the first enclosure 31 being in sealing connection with the frame 1. The second cover 32 is arranged below the transverse stop 2, and the second cover 32 is in sealing connection with the frame 1. The stopper mounting frame is installed between the first cover 31 and the second cover 32, and the lateral stopper 2 is mounted on the stopper mounting frame. Therefore, by arranging the first cover body 31, the second cover body 32 and the stop mounting frame, the installation and the disassembly of the sound insulation cover 3 are convenient while the in-car noise and the out-of-car noise are effectively reduced. In addition, the stopper is installed between the first cover 31 and the second cover 32, so that the integration of the bogie 100 can be further improved, and the bogie 100 can be ensured to have high structural compactness.
In some examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 5, the first cover 31 and the second cover 32 are each attached to a side of the frame 1, and a side of the first cover 31 and the second cover 32 facing the frame 1 may be opened. The lower end of the first cover 31 is connected with the transverse stop 2 in a sealing way, and the side surface of the first cover 31 is connected with the framework 1 in a sealing way. The upper end of the second cover 32 is connected with the transverse stop 2 in a sealing way, and the side surface of the second cover 32 is connected with the framework 1 in a sealing way. The arrangement is simple and compact in structure, the occupied space of the sound insulation cover 3 is small, and the arrangement is convenient.
In some embodiments of the invention, the bogie 100 can also include a vertical stop. Therefore, when a large longitudinal displacement is generated between the body of the railway vehicle 200 and the bogie 100, the vertical stopper can play a good role in stopping, so that the running safety of the railway vehicle 200 can be ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the brake 11 includes a brake disc 111 and a brake caliper 112, the brake caliper 112 is used to clamp or release the brake disc 111, the brake caliper 112 is opposite to the first cover 31, and the width of the first cover 31 is greater than the width of the second cover 32. Therefore, the brake clamp 112 can be accommodated in the accommodating space 33 between the first cover 31 and the framework 1 by making the width of the first cover 31 larger than that of the second cover 32, so that the width of the second cover 32 can be smaller, the die structure is simple, the cost can be reduced, the structure of the whole sound insulation cover 3 is more compact, and the space is saved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the first cover 31 includes a first lower cover 311 and a first upper cover 312. The first lower cover 311 is connected above the transverse stop 2 in a sealing manner, the first upper cover 312 is detachably connected above the first lower cover 311, the brake clamp 112 is opposite to the first upper cover 312, and the width of the first upper cover 312 is larger than that of the first lower cover 311. Therefore, the width of the first upper cover 312 is larger than that of the first lower cover 311, and the brake clamp 112 can be accommodated in the accommodating space 33 between the first upper cover 312 and the frame 1, so that the width of the first lower cover 311 can be smaller, the die structure is simple, the cost can be reduced, and the structure of the first cover 31 is more compact, and the space is saved.
In some examples of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the width of the first lower cover 311 and the width of the second cover 32 may be substantially equal, and the width of the first lower cover 311 and the width of the second cover 32 are smaller than the width of the first upper cover 312, so that the structure of the sound insulation cover 3 may be more compact, the occupied space may be reduced, and the arrangement may be convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 5 and 8, the first lower cover 311 is detachably connected to the lateral stopper 2. So set up, when realizing the reliable connection between first lower cover body 311 and the horizontal backstop 2, simple structure conveniently installs and removes.
In some examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the lower end of the first lower cover 311 may be provided with a first burring 3111 extending horizontally outward, and the first burring 3111 may be connected to the lateral stopper 2 by a threaded fastener such as a bolt. Therefore, through the arrangement, the first lower cover body 311 can be firmly connected with the transverse stop 2, and the transverse stop is convenient to install and detach, and has lower cost.
In some embodiments of the invention, referring to fig. 1, the bogie 100 further comprises a suspension device 10, the suspension device 10 is provided on the frame 1, and the suspension device 10 is located on the side of the sound insulation cover 3 away from the brake 11, the suspension device 10 and the lateral stop 2 are opposite to each other, and the upper surface of the suspension device 10 is lower than the lower end surface of the second cover 24.
