Abstract
The invention provides a locomotive fuel tank installation anti-loosening structure, which is used for installing a mounting seat of a fuel tank on a vehicle body hanging seat of a vehicle body underframe, is provided with at least two groups and is distributed on two sides of the mounting seat, and comprises the following components: the anti-loosening structure is positioned between the two anti-loosening structures; the anti-loosening structure adopts a screw connection mode to realize anti-loosening connection between the mounting seat and the car body hanging seat, and is used for realizing anti-loosening connection between the mounting seat and the car body hanging seat. The invention can effectively avoid the risk of falling off the suspended fuel tank of the locomotive, plays the roles of preventing looseness and falling off, and ensures the running safety of the train.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the invention provides a locomotive fuel tank installation anti-loosening and anti-disengaging structure, which is used for installing an installation seat 3 of a fuel tank 2 on a vehicle body hanging seat of a vehicle body underframe 1, is provided with at least two groups, is distributed on two sides of the installation seat 3, and comprises: at least two anti-loosening structures and an anti-loosening structure 4, wherein the anti-loosening structure 4 is positioned between the two anti-loosening structures; the anti-loosening structure adopts a screw connection mode to realize anti-loosening connection between the mounting seat 3 and the car body hanging seat, and the anti-loosening structure 4 is used for realizing anti-loosening connection between the mounting seat 3 and the car body hanging seat. The anti-drop structure can prevent the fuel tank from falling off, and then the operation safety of the locomotive is protected.
As a preferred embodiment, the anti-falling structure 4 is a high-strength groove-shaped anti-falling structure 4, and is composed of an upper plate, a lower plate and a vertical plate, wherein the upper side and the lower side of the vertical plate are respectively connected with the upper plate and the lower plate, and a through notch is formed between the upper plate and the lower plate;

As a preferred embodiment, the anti-drop structure 4 is a U-shaped anti-drop block formed by precisely casting an upper plate, a lower plate and a vertical plate into a whole, and is a high-strength anti-drop structure, in which a fuel tank mounting seat and a vehicle body hanging seat are clamped, and the anti-drop is realized in a combined form of inserting fixing pins.
As a preferable implementation mode, the outer walls of the upper plate, the lower plate and the vertical plate are all provided with reinforcing ribs.
As a preferred embodiment, at least two reinforcing ribs are provided, and the reinforcing ribs are in a U shape, wherein the axial surface is parallel to the axial surface of the anti-falling structure 4, and the U-shaped opening of the reinforcing ribs is consistent with the opening direction of the through notch.

Therefore, the anti-falling structure has the function of preventing the loosening risk of the bolt fastening connection.
