Abstract

(2) Pressing waterproof and breathable layers on the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate at the first double-track to form a semi-finished sandwich plate,
(3) After the first double-track opening is formed, the semi-finished sandwich board is conveyed to the second glue spraying room, the gypsum board is simultaneously conveyed to the glue spraying room, and the sandwich board is formed by pressing the second double-track.
Further, the waterproof breathable layer can be made of non-woven fabric/kraft paper/aluminum foil
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention provides a flexible roof board continuous production line and a production process, wherein the former three working procedures are uncoiled from a steel coil, pressed and conveyed to a sandwich board prefabricated into a whole with rock wool, gypsum board and the like through the flexible roof board continuous production line in a factory, and the waterproof core material is only required to be installed on the sandwich board on site, so that time and labor are saved, and the performance of the manufactured sandwich board is better.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings are simplified schematic representations which merely illustrate the basic structure of the invention and therefore show only the structures which are relevant to the invention.
Because of the oversized view, the flexible roof board production line is split into fig. 1 and 2 to form an overall production line for clarity of presentation.
The flexible roof board continuous production line comprises an upper forming machine 1, a lower forming machine 2, a first rock wool conveying mechanism 3, a first preheating room 4, a foaming room 5, a first double-track 7, a fireproof ventilation layer conveying mechanism 6, a gypsum board conveying mechanism 8, a second preheating room 9, a second glue spraying room 10 and a second double-track 11, wherein the first double-track 7 and the second double-track 11 are in series connection in the integral structure.
The production process adopting the flexible roof board continuous production line comprises the following steps,
(1) On the serial sandwich board production line, rock wool is sent into the first rock wool conveying mechanism and conveyed to a foaming room, the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate which are arranged are still uncoiled according to a relay mode and conveyed to the foaming room,

In one embodiment, the waterproof and breathable layer may be nonwoven/kraft paper/aluminum foil.

The flexible roof board continuous production line is characterized by comprising an upper forming machine, a lower forming machine, a first rock wool conveying mechanism, a first preheating room, a foaming room, a first double-track, a waterproof breathable layer conveying mechanism, a gypsum board conveying mechanism, a second preheating room, a second glue spraying room and a second double-track, wherein the first double-track and the second double-track are structurally connected in series,
(1) On the serial sandwich board production line, rock wool is sent into the first rock wool conveying mechanism and conveyed to a foaming room, the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate which are arranged are still uncoiled according to a relay mode and conveyed to the foaming room,
