Background

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a continuous production line and a production process of a flexible roof board, wherein the three previous processes are uncoiled from a steel coil, conveyed to a sandwich board prefabricated into a whole with rock wool, a gypsum board and the like through the continuous production line of the flexible roof board in a factory, a waterproof core material is only required to be installed on the sandwich board on site, time and labor are saved, and the performance of the manufactured sandwich board is excellent.

In the figure, 1 an upper forming machine, 2 a lower forming machine, 3 a first rock wool conveying mechanism, 4 a first preheating room, 5 a foaming room, 6 a fireproof and breathable layer conveying mechanism, 7 a first double-track, 8 a gypsum board conveying mechanism, 9 a second preheating room, 10 a second glue spraying room and 11 a second double-track.
Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
Due to the overlarge drawing width, the flexible roof panel production line is split into a drawing 1 and a drawing 2 for clearer expression, and an integral production line is formed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the continuous production line for the flexible roof panels includes an upper forming machine 1, a lower forming machine 2, a first rock wool conveying mechanism 3, a first preheating room 4, a foaming room 5, a first double-track 7, a fireproof and breathable layer conveying mechanism 6, a gypsum board conveying mechanism 8, a second preheating room 9, a second glue spraying room 10 and a second double-track 11, wherein the first double-track 7 and the second double-track 11 are connected in series in an overall structure.
A production process adopting the flexible roof panel continuous production line comprises the following steps,
(1) on a tandem sandwich board production line, rock wool is fed into the first rock wool conveying mechanism and conveyed to a foaming room, an upper steel plate and a lower steel plate which are arranged are uncoiled according to a successive mode and conveyed to the foaming room,

In one embodiment, the waterproof breathable layer can be made of non-woven/kraft/aluminum foil.

The continuous production line for the flexible roof boards is characterized by comprising an upper forming machine, a lower forming machine, a first rock wool conveying mechanism, a first preheating room, a foaming room, a first double-track, a waterproof breathable layer conveying mechanism, a gypsum board conveying mechanism, a second preheating room, a second glue spraying room and a second double-track, wherein the first double-track and the second double-track are in serial connection in the whole structure.
2. A production process using the continuous production line of flexible roof panels as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: comprises the following steps of (a) carrying out,
(1) on a tandem sandwich board production line, rock wool is fed into the first rock wool conveying mechanism and conveyed to a foaming room, an upper steel plate and a lower steel plate which are arranged are uncoiled according to a successive mode and conveyed to the foaming room,

(3) and after the first double-track opening is formed, conveying the sandwich plate semi-finished product to the second glue spraying room, conveying the gypsum plate to the glue spraying room simultaneously, and pressing by the second double-track opening to form the sandwich plate.
