(2) weighing raw materials: respectively weighing hemp protein powder, fructo-oligosaccharide, polydextrose, white kidney bean fiber powder, Plantago ovata seed shell powder and lotus leaf powder according to the raw material ratio; wherein the fructus Cannabis protein powder is prepared by cold pressing fructus Cannabis, micronizing, and filtering with 100 mesh sieve; the white kidney bean fiber powder and the plantain seed powder are prepared by putting the raw materials into a superfine pulverizer to be pulverized and filtering the pulverized raw materials by a 100-mesh sieve;
