Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of Chinese herbal medicines, in particular to a natural Chinese herbal medicine crude extract feed additive for health care in the field of animal feed, and specifically relates to a Chinese herbal medicine functional anti-substitution composition for baby rabbits containing garlic crude extract, and also relates to a baby rabbit compound premix feed and a complete feed containing the Chinese herbal medicine functional anti-substitution composition.
Background
Along with the rapid development of the rabbit industry, the rabbit disease problem is increasingly prominent, and the healthy development of the rabbit industry is greatly hindered. The weaned young rabbit grows and develops fast, but because the digestive system and immune system of the weaned young rabbit are not developed completely, weaning stress, allergic intestinal tract injury caused by daily ration antigens (such as soybean antigenic proteins like glycinin, beta-mixed glycinin and the like) and lack of nutritional active substances which exist in breast milk and promote the growth and development of the body of the young rabbit, particularly digestive tract cells, such as peptide growth factors like epidermal growth factor, L-glutamine and polyamine substances like spermine, spermidine, putrescine and the like, one or more of the factors can reduce the resistance of the young rabbit, so that Escherichia coli pathogenic bacteria and the like which are in a normal state in the digestive tract of the young rabbit show pathogenicity, and intestinal endogenous infection (such as diarrhea) is caused to cause death of the young rabbit.
The survival rate of the fattening baby rabbits has important influence on the production performance of the fattening rabbits and the economic benefit of rabbit meat production, and diarrhea (commonly called diarrhea) is a main factor influencing the survival rate of the fattening baby rabbits. It has been reported that more than 70% of a 20% mortality population is due to diarrhea. In some rabbit farms with poor feeding management, the death rate of weaned newborn rabbits reaches 50% -70%, wherein more than 80% of newborn rabbits die due to enteritis and diarrhea, and newborn rabbits within 1 month of weaning age are frequently sent.
In traditional production, antibiotics, chemical synthetic drugs and other medicines are often used for controlling common diseases of young livestock and poultries including young rabbits and diarrhea. According to ' notice No. 194 of the department of agricultural rural area ' issued in 2019, 7 and 9 days in 2019 ', feed manufacturers stop producing commercial feeds containing growth-promoting drug feed additives except traditional Chinese medicines in 7, 1 and 1 days in 2020 in China. This marks the most strict antibiotic forbidding, limiting and non-antibiotic policies in the beginning implementation history of animal husbandry in China. With the comprehensive implementation of feed banning, the novel anti-feed additive becomes a hot spot of research at home and abroad. The natural Chinese herbal medicine feed additive which can be directly added into the feed and used for the health care of livestock, poultry and aquatic animals, preventing enteritis and diarrhea, reducing the death rate and safely and effectively replacing the function of antibiotics in the feed is screened out from the medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicines which can be used as the raw materials of the feed, is one of the hot spots of the current research, and has wide market prospect.
The medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicine which can be used as a feed raw material is a natural plant, contains various effective components including polysaccharide, alkaloid, glycosides and the like, has comprehensive functions, high safety, small toxic and side effects, low possibility of generating drug resistance, low or no residue, abundant resources, wide sources and low cost, and has double effects of nutrition and medicine. The medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicine feed additive which can be used as a feed raw material is a natural plant feed additive, maintains the natural state and the biological activity of various component structures, and is green, safe and environment-friendly. The garlic crude extract which has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, tonifying qi, enhancing immunologic function, resisting stress and viruses, astragalus mongholicus with broad-spectrum antibiosis, stopping diarrhea of young animals, resisting coccidiosis, preventing mildew and expelling parasites, promoting appetite, improving meat quality, detoxifying and removing toxicity, enhancing immunity and strengthening body, inhibiting the nutritional activity of viruses, relieving immunosuppression, improving immunity, enhancing animal constitution, maintaining intestinal health, improving feeding environment, promoting feed digestion and absorption, improving production performance and having better growth promoting effect than antibiotics is applied in combination, so that the substances are mutually promoted and play the integral synergistic function and action, which is incomparable with chemically synthesized medicaments. However, no technical or patent reports on this aspect have been found so far.

A complete feed for baby rabbits comprises the Chinese herbal medicine functional anti-bacterial composition for the baby rabbits containing the garlic crude extract.
The medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicines used in the formula of the Chinese herbal medicine functional anti-tumor composition comprise the following main components and nutritional activities:
garlic crude extract:
the garlic is the fourth of ten medicinal and edible foods, namely black beans, mung beans and pearl barley, and the medicinal and edible part accounts for 82 percent. The garlic has the similar bactericidal function with antibiotics, which are called natural antibiotics, but has no drug residue of the antibiotics and no drug resistance to pathogenic bacteria. The crude extract of garlic not only contains all the nutritionally active substances contained in the crushed garlic, but also produces new nutritionally active substances during its extraction.
(1) 3-large barrier effect of garlic crude extract on maintaining animal health
The garlic crude extract is one of the most competitive products of the feed end, and has the remarkable advantages of 3 barrier functions for maintaining the health of animals:and (4) microbial barrier effect. The garlic polysaccharide in the garlic crude extract has oligosaccharide nutrition activity, so that pathogenic bacteria can be competitively repelled, thus establishing intestinal flora balance taking probiotics as dominant flora in intestinal tracts, ensuring the health of the intestinal tracts and playing a role in microbial barrier in animal bodies. The chemical barrier and the microbial barrier function in a dual manner. Although organic sulfides in the garlic crude extract have a wide antibacterial spectrum on pathogenic bacteria and have high inhibiting and killing effects on fungi and mold, the organic sulfides in the garlic crude extract have no inhibiting and killing effects on probiotics (such as lactobacillus casei and the like) in animal bodies including intestinal tracts. Therefore, the microbial community balance of the intestinal tract of the animal can be maintained, and the dual functions of a chemical barrier and a microbial barrier of the intestinal tract of the animal can be exerted in the animal body. And (4) an immune barrier function. The garlic polysaccharide in the garlic crude extract can activate an immune system, enhance the immunity of an organism and play a role in immune barrier. The garlic crude extract has obvious functions of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, resisting virus and resisting tumor, and is a well-known food and feed additive for enhancing the immunity of animals.
(2) The comprehensive nature of garlic crude extract nutrient active substance and its whole nutrient activity expressed by interaction in animal body
The crude extract of garlic contains the same nutrient active substances as the crushed garlic, including garlic polysaccharide and volatile oil. The overall nutritional activity of these nutritionally active substances exhibited by the interaction between the inside and outside of the animal:broad-spectrum antibiosis, fly inhibition, maggot killing, disease spreading prevention and growth promotion;oligosaccharide nutrition, probiotic effect, acidification of intestinal tract and flora balance;inhibiting and killing mould, preventing mould, keeping fresh, covering peculiar smell, seasoning and improving quality;the immunopotentiation and tumor inhibition, virus inhibition, coccidiosis resistance and diarrhea prevention of young animals;the food calling and enhancing, the fishy smell and the odor are removed, the meat is tender and fresh, and the meat quality is improved;clearing away pestilence and toxic materials, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relieving inflammation and pain, and relieving stress;the mercury-lead metal, nitrite and cyanide in the feed are obviously reduced;mycotoxins, bacterial toxins, chemical toxicities, and combinations thereof;protecting liver and heart, brightening skin, strengthening physique and preventing diseasesLow nutritive activity. In addition, the garlic crude extract also has the health-care effects of resisting blood coagulation, preventing cerebral thrombosis and coronary heart disease, preventing arteriosclerosis, reducing blood pressure, resisting oxidation and virus, reducing blood fat, restoring physical strength and the like. Therefore, the garlic crude extract becomes a well-known natural flavoring agent, antibacterial agent and preservative.
(3) The feeding natural allicin and the chemical synthesis allicin only consider the nutritional activity of thioether compounds
The natural allicin (oil) for feeding only utilizes thioether compounds in the crushed garlic nutrient active substances, and does not contain garlic polysaccharide like the crude garlic extract. Because the natural allicin (oil) for feeding lacks the synergistic action of thioether compounds and garlic polysaccharide, the antibacterial and insecticidal action and the function of adjusting the balance of intestinal probiotics are not as good as those of a garlic crude extract.
The feed chemical synthesis allicin only imitates (chemically synthesizes) a few organic thioether compounds in natural allicin, does not consider the contribution of other nutritional active substances in the crushed garlic to the nutritional activity of the natural allicin, and particularly does not consider the contribution of garlic polysaccharide accounting for more than 70 percent of the total nutritional active substances, so that the overall synergistic effect expressed by the interaction among all the nutritional active substances contained in the crushed garlic is lacked.
Astragalus polysaccharide:
the astragalus polysaccharide is the crude extract of astragalus and has the function of nutrition activity. Astragalus polysaccharide is the most commonly used health-care qi-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine with obvious effect, and has no disease key body when a disease is treated. The theory of Chinese veterinarian considers that qi is the commander of blood, blood is the mother of qi, qi circulation is blood circulation, and qi stagnation is blood stasis. Only if the qi and blood in the animal body are sufficient, the normal operation of the functions of all internal organs in the animal body can be maintained, and the health of the animal is ensured. However, modern meat rabbits with high genetic production potential under high-density breeding are not subjected to various stresses all the time, so that rabbit groups are generally in a sub-health state, and have insufficient vital qi and serious blood stasis in vivo. Qi and blood deficiency, or an obstruction. It is necessary to add natural Chinese herbal medicines with qi invigorating function which are used as both medicine and food to rabbit ration to supplement qi and blood and prevent diseases in the bud.
(1) Enhancing the immune function of rabbits
The astragalus polysaccharide is the most basic natural Chinese herbal medicine with homology of medicine and food for improving the immunity of the lung and the respiratory system, and is added into the daily ration of the rabbit, so that the cell immunity and the humoral immunity of the rabbit can be improved, and the phagocytic function of a reticuloendothelial system and macrophages can be enhanced, so that the nonspecific immunity function of the rabbit can be increased, the constitution of the rabbit can be enhanced, and the occurrence of the sub-health state of the rabbit can be prevented. The concrete points are as follows: the health food can promote the development of spleen, thymus and other immune organs and increase their physique. Secondly, the proliferation of specific immune cells is promoted, and the immune function of the organism is enhanced:promoting the proliferation and differentiation of B lymphocytes of the rabbits and the release of cytokines, secreting antibodies and increasing the concentration of serum antibodies of the rabbits, thereby enhancing the humoral immunity function of the rabbits;the balance of the T cell subset CD4+ that promotes the immune process and the T cell subset CD8+ that suppresses the immune process is maintained (CD 4+/CD8 +). Thirdly, the proliferation effect on nonspecific immune cells:stimulating NK cell proliferation, promoting interleukin-2 (IL-2) secretion while enhancing the killing power of the NK cell, and enhancing the immune regulation function of the NK cell;increase the number of macrophages and reticuloendothelial cells and the phagocytic capacity of the cells;enhancing function of erythrocyte as immune cell, promoting phagocytosis of neutrophil and macrophage, regulating production of antibody, IL-1, IL-2 and interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) and other immunocompetence substances, and enhancing immune activity of phagocyte and NK cellAnd (4) sex. And fourthly, the secretion and expression of cytokines and the activity of intracellular messenger substances and various enzymes are regulated by acting on helper T cells.
In particular, APS not only has the enhancement effect on the low immune function of rabbits, but also has the effect of bidirectionally regulating the immune function of organisms, thereby being capable of recovering the immune function of rabbit disorders.
(2) Enhancing the antioxidant function of rabbit
The astragalus polysaccharide can increase the quality of animal immune organs, improve the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD), Catalase (CAT) and the like, increase the clearance rate of free radicals while reducing the generation of the free radicals, and reduce the content of plasma lipid peroxide, and an obvious dose-effect relationship exists between the effect and the dosage of the astragalus polysaccharide. That is, the larger the amount of astragalus polysaccharide added, the higher the clearance of radicals and hydrogen peroxide within a certain dosage range.
(3) Antiviral action
The astragalus polysaccharide is used as an animal endogenous interferon inducer, on one hand, the content of CD4+ is increased by inhibiting the synthesis of viral protein, stimulating T cells and macrophages to induce and generate a plurality of cytokines such as interleukin, interferon and the like, thereby playing an antiviral role; on the other hand, the proliferation of spleen plasma cells and the production of antibodies are promoted, and humoral immunity is enhanced to exert an antiviral effect. Therefore, the astragalus polysaccharide plays a broad-spectrum antiviral role (such as infectious stomatitis, rotavirus disease and the like) by enhancing cellular immunity and humoral immunity.
(4) Antibacterial effect
The astragalus polysaccharide has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and has strong inhibiting and killing effects on staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus A, pneumococci, salmonella, escherichia coli, dysentery bacillus and the like. The possible mechanisms are on the one hand an increase in the number of neutrophils that clear the bacteria and on the other hand an inhibition of the body's excessive anti-inflammatory response. The astragalus polysaccharide realizes the bacteriostasis and sterilization by adjusting the balance of the astragalus polysaccharide and the astragalus polysaccharide.
(5) Anti-stress effect
The anti-stress effect of the astragalus polysaccharide is shown as follows:the stress resistance is realized by suppressing adrenal hyperplasia and thymus gland atrophy caused by stress reaction;anti-stress by suppressing the failure abnormal reaction caused by stress reaction;inhibiting animal fatigue, regulating metabolic enzyme, and relieving animal stress reaction.
(6) Enhancing metabolism

Measurement index
(1) Determination of conventional nutritional ingredients
Crude protein, crude fiber, calcium, and total phosphorus were determined by the method described for Yangshen.
(2) Mortality rate
Mortality (%): the number of dead baby rabbits in the test group (or the control group) from the weaning day (i.e. the day of the test start, i.e. 12 and 9 days in 2020) to the 21 st day (i.e. 12 and 29 days in 2020) is calculated respectively, and is divided by the total number of the baby rabbits (600) in the test group (or the control group) on the weaning day, so that the mortality rate of the test group (or the control group) on the 21 st day of weaning is obtained.
(3) Average daily gain of body mass
Average daily bulk mass (g/d): the average daily gain is obtained by taking the fasting balance mass in the morning of weaning as the initial mass, taking the fasting balance mass in the morning of the next day (12 months and 30 days in 2020) of the test as the final mass, and dividing the final mass minus the initial mass (namely the net gain mass in the whole period) by the actual feeding days.
(4) Average daily food intake
Average daily feed intake (g/d): the average daily feed intake is obtained by dividing the accumulated feeding amount of the test group (or the control group) from the current weaning day to the 21 st day by the total number of the tested young rabbits (600) on the current weaning day of the test group (or the control group) and then by the actual test days (21 days).
(5) Material to weight ratio
The material weight ratio is as follows: the average daily food intake and average daily gain ratio (F/G) were taken.
Statistical analysis
The standard deviation was calculated using the STDEV function in Excel, and the t-test was performed using TTEST therein, to check the significance of the difference in the mean number of correlated samples between the two single-factor groups, test level α = 0.05. Results are expressed as "mean ± standard deviation".
Test results

1500 commercial replacement weaned newborn rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups of 750 animals, each of which was fed with the non-resistant newborn rabbit complete pellet feed prepared in example 6, and the control group was fed with the same meat-type newborn rabbit complete pellet feed, but not containing the herbal functional anti-bacterial composition for newborn rabbits of the present invention, but containing antibiotics, antioxidants, mildewcides, fragrances and the like. The test period is 21 days from 3 months and 2 days to 22 days in 2021. The results show that: (1) weaning 21-day mortality 37 young rabbits die in 21 days of weaning as a control group, and the mortality rate is 4.93%; 33 young rabbits died in the test group, and the death rate is 4.40%. (2) Average daily gain body mass control group weaned newborn rabbits initial average body mass 681.47 (+ -34.36) g, average body mass 1471.70 (+ -43.81) g for 21 days of weaning, average daily gain body mass 37.63 (+ -1.83) g; the initial average body mass of weaned newborn rabbits of the test group is 687.42 (+ -37.85) g, the average body mass of 1653.63 (+ -49.48) g in 21 days of weaning, the average daily gain mass is 46.01 (+ -2.41) g, the number of the test group is more than 8.38 g than that of the control group, and the difference is significant (P < 0.05). (3) After the test ended day of late feeding from 2021 to 22 months of 3, the average daily food consumption was 43 bags (1720 kg in total) for each of the test group and the control group. The test group and the control group were fed with 109.21 g of feed per rabbit on average per day. During the whole test period, the baby rabbits of the test group like the baby rabbits of the control group, like eating and snatching, and no baby rabbit refuses to eat, which shows that the test material has better fresh-keeping and food calling effects even though the flavoring agent, the antioxidant and the mildew preventive are removed. (4) Dividing the average daily feed intake of the rabbits for the test by the average daily gain mass of the rabbits for the test to obtain the feed-weight ratio of the rabbits for the test, wherein the higher the feed-weight ratio is, the lower the feed utilization rate is; conversely, the lower the feed weight ratio, the higher the feed utilization. The feed-meat ratio of the test group rabbit is 2.37, the feed-meat ratio of the control group rabbit is 2.90, the feed-meat ratio of the test group rabbit is 0.53 less than that of the control group rabbit, and the difference is obvious (P < 0.05).
