Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic block diagram illustrating a flow of steps of a method for completing a dispatch order of a shared vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, a scheduling order completing method for shared vehicles according to an embodiment of the present application may be applied to a server, and includes S110 to S160.
S110: and when a scheduling order request sent by the mobile terminal is received, a locking instruction is sent to all shared vehicles in the scheduling order.
In this embodiment, a dispatch order includes at least two shared vehicles to be dispatched, a dispatch endpoint, and at least one dispatch origin. When the shared vehicles are dispatched in batches, the dispatching personnel scans the code at least one dispatching starting point according to the instructions of the dispatching order to unlock the shared vehicles to be dispatched, and loading of the shared vehicles is completed. And when the shared vehicle to be scheduled reaches a scheduling terminal, the scheduling personnel performs unloading operation and sends a scheduling order completion request to the server through the mobile terminal. And when receiving the scheduling order completion request sent by the mobile terminal, the server sends a locking instruction to all shared vehicles in the scheduling order. And the locking instruction is used for indicating the shared vehicle to perform locking operation.
S120: if the locking success feedback information sent by at least one sharing vehicle is not received, first number information of the sharing vehicles which are not locked and a preset number of locked sharing vehicles are obtained.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating information interaction used in a method for completing a dispatch order of a shared vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, if the lock is successfully locked after the shared vehicle 170 receives the lock closing instruction sent by the server 180, the shared vehicle 170 sends a lock closing success feedback message to the server 180. It can be understood that if the lock of the shared vehicle 170 is not successfully locked, the server 180 does not receive the lock-off success feedback information sent by the shared vehicle. The preset number may be one, two or more, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, if the server 180 does not receive the locking success feedback information sent by the shared vehicle 170, the shared vehicle 170 is marked as an unlocked shared vehicle; if the server 180 receives the locking success feedback information sent by the shared vehicle 170, the shared vehicle 170 is marked as a locked shared vehicle. For example, if the server does not receive the successful lock-off feedback information sent by the sharing vehicle a and the sharing vehicle C, but the server receives the successful lock-off feedback information sent by the sharing vehicle B, the sharing vehicle a and the sharing vehicle C are marked as the sharing vehicle which is not locked, and the sharing vehicle B is marked as the sharing vehicle which is locked.
It is understood that, in the present embodiment, one dispatch order includes at least two sharing vehicles, and at least one locked sharing vehicle.
In an optional embodiment, the lock closing success feedback information includes a central control lock closing success feedback information or a bluetooth lock closing success feedback information. Before the obtaining of the first number information of the unlocked shared vehicle, the method further includes:
if the successful feedback information of the central control lock transmitted by at least one sharing vehicle is not received, transmitting an authorized Bluetooth lock closing instruction to the mobile terminal, wherein the authorized Bluetooth lock closing instruction is used for granting the authority of the mobile terminal for Bluetooth lock closing;
and if the Bluetooth locking success feedback information sent by the shared vehicle is not received, skipping to execute the step of acquiring the first number information of the sharing vehicle which is not locked.
Specifically, the server 180 sends the locking instruction to the sharing vehicle 170, and after receiving the locking instruction, the sharing vehicle 170 performs a central control locking operation. If the central control is locked successfully, the shared vehicle 170 sends a feedback message that the central control is locked successfully to the server 180; if the central control lock fails, the server 180 cannot receive the successful feedback information of the central control lock sent by the shared vehicle 170.
When the server 180 does not receive the successful feedback information of the central control lock transmitted by at least one sharing vehicle 170, the server 180 transmits an authorized bluetooth lock closing instruction to the mobile terminal 190, wherein the authorized bluetooth lock closing instruction is used for granting the mobile terminal 190 a bluetooth lock closing authority. After the mobile terminal 190 receives the authorized bluetooth lock closing instruction, the mobile terminal 190 sends the bluetooth lock closing instruction to the shared vehicle 170. And after receiving the bluetooth locking instruction, the sharing vehicle 170 performs bluetooth locking operation. If the bluetooth lock is successfully locked, the sharing vehicle 170 sends bluetooth lock locking success feedback information to the server 180; if the bluetooth lock closing fails, the server 180 cannot receive the bluetooth lock closing success feedback information sent by the shared vehicle 170, and the server 180 obtains first number information of the shared vehicle which is not locked.
S130: and sending a scanning instruction comprising the first number information to the mobile terminal, wherein the scanning instruction is used for instructing a dispatcher to scan first identification information corresponding to the unlocked shared vehicle.
In this embodiment, the server 180 sends a scanning instruction including first number information to the mobile terminal 190, where the scanning instruction is used to instruct a dispatcher to scan first identification information corresponding to the unlocked shared vehicle. After receiving the scanning instruction, the mobile terminal 190 prompts a dispatcher in a form of text and/or voice to scan first identification information corresponding to the unlocked shared vehicle. The first identification information may be an identifiable tag at the head or the rear of the sharing vehicle which is not locked, or a vehicle number at the tail of the sharing vehicle which is not locked. The mobile terminal 190 scans the first identification information corresponding to the unlocked shared vehicle through a camera to obtain scanning information including first scanning time and first position information of the mobile terminal 190 for scanning the first identification information, and then sends the scanning information to the server 180.
In an optional embodiment, the scanning instruction further includes second number information of the locked shared vehicle, and is further configured to instruct the dispatcher to scan second identification information corresponding to the second number information.
Specifically, after receiving the scanning instruction, the mobile terminal 190 further prompts the dispatcher in a form of text and/or voice to scan second identification information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle. The second identification information may be a two-dimensional code at the locked shared vehicle head, a two-dimensional code after the locked shared vehicle seat, and the like. The mobile terminal 190 scans second identification information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle through a camera to obtain scanning information including second scanning time for the mobile terminal 190 to scan the second identification information, and then sends the scanning information to the server 180.
Further, in order to prevent the dispatcher from taking and storing the picture of the first identification information of the unlocked shared vehicle in advance and affecting the accuracy of the safety determination of the unlocked shared vehicle, after receiving the scanning instruction, the mobile terminal 190 may only perform on-site scanning and may not select a picture from the gallery for scanning.
S140: and receiving scanning information sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the scanning information comprises first scanning time and first position information of the mobile terminal for scanning the first identification information.
In this embodiment, the server 180 receives scanning information sent by the mobile terminal 190, where the scanning information includes a first scanning time and first location information when the mobile terminal 190 scans the first identification information. In other words, the first location information is the location information corresponding to the mobile terminal 190 when the mobile terminal 190 scans the first identification information. In the present application, the first position information is used as the current position information of the unlocked vehicle.
In an optional implementation manner, the scanning information further includes a second scanning time for the mobile terminal 190 to scan the second identification information.
S150: and determining second position information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle according to the scanning information.
In this embodiment, the locked shared vehicle sends the location information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle to the server 180 at preset time intervals.
When the scanning information includes the first scanning time and the first position information, the determining, according to the scanning information, second position information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle includes:
and determining the position information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle within a first preset time interval of the first scanning time interval as the second position information.
Specifically, the server 180 obtains the position information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle within a first preset time interval of the first scanning time interval, and determines the position information as second position information, where the first preset time interval is less than or equal to the preset time, and the first preset time interval and the preset time interval may be set according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein.
When the scanning information includes the first scanning time, the first location information, and the second scanning time, the determining, according to the scanning information, second location information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle includes:
and if the difference value between the first scanning time and the second scanning time is within a preset time difference value, determining the position information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle within a second preset time interval of the second scanning time as the second position information.
It can be understood that if the difference between the first scanning time and the second scanning time is within the preset time difference, which indicates that the position of the shared vehicle which is not locked and the position of the shared vehicle which is locked are not far apart, it is determined that the shared vehicle which is not locked and the shared vehicle which is locked are at the same parking spot. The server 180 obtains the position information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle in the second scanning time interval within the second preset time length, and determines the position information as the second position information, where the second preset time length is less than or equal to the preset time length, the second preset time length may be greater than the first preset time length, and the second preset time length may also be less than or equal to the first preset time length, which is not limited herein.
Further, the number of the second position information corresponds to a preset number of the locked shared vehicles. For example, if the preset number of locked shared vehicles is 3, the number of second position information is 3.
S160: and if the first position information is matched with the second position information, finishing the scheduling order.
In this embodiment, if the first location information and the second location information are both matched, it is determined that the current location of the unlocked shared vehicles is not far away from the current locations of a preset number of locked shared vehicles, that is, it is determined that the unlocked shared vehicles and the preset number of locked shared vehicles are at the same parking spot. At this point, it is determined that the unlocked shared vehicle is safe, thereby completing the dispatch order.
In an optional implementation, the matching of the first location information and the second location information includes:
and the distance difference between the first position information and the second position information is within a preset range.
Specifically, the preset range may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
For example, if there are 3 pieces of second location information, the preset range is 1.5 meters, and the distance difference between the first location information and each piece of second location information is 1 meter, 0.1 meter, and 0.8 meter, it is obvious that the distance difference between the first location information and each piece of second location information is within the preset range, so that it is determined that the non-locked shared vehicles and a preset number of the locked shared vehicles are at the same parking spot, and the scheduling order is completed; if the distance difference between the first position information and each second position information is 1 meter, 0.1 meter and 3 meters respectively. Obviously, if the distance difference between the first position information and the second position information is not within the preset range, it cannot be determined that the unlocked shared vehicle and the locked shared vehicles in the preset number are at the same parking spot, and the scheduling order cannot be completed, at this time, the mobile terminal 190 reminds the scheduling staff in the form of voice or characters that the unlocked shared vehicle is not at the specified parking spot, the scheduling order is not completed, and please try again after placing the unlocked shared vehicle at the specified parking spot.
After the scheduling order is completed, there may be an unlocked shared vehicle, and in order to lock the unlocked shared vehicle, after the scheduling order is completed, the method further includes:
sending a rescheduling instruction to the mobile terminal, wherein the rescheduling instruction is used for instructing a dispatcher to move the unlocked shared vehicle to a preset parking spot;
when a request for completing rescheduling sent by the mobile terminal at the preset parking point is received, a lock re-closing instruction is sent to the shared vehicle which is not closed;
and if the re-locking success feedback information sent by the unlocked shared vehicle is not received, generating a damaged scheduling order.
In this embodiment, before sending the rescheduling instruction to the mobile terminal 190, if the unlocked shared vehicle detects that the shared vehicle is in the networking state, the unlocked shared vehicle automatically locks, and after the locking is successful, the locking success feedback information is sent to the server 180. After receiving the locking success feedback information sent by the unlocked shared vehicle, the server 180 marks the unlocked shared vehicle as a locked shared vehicle.
Specifically, the server 180 sends a rescheduling instruction to the mobile terminal 190, where the rescheduling instruction is used to instruct a dispatcher to move the unlocked shared vehicle to a preset parking spot, and the preset parking spot is a parking spot closest to the current parking spot and/or with the best signal. After the dispatcher moves the unlocked shared vehicle to the preset parking spot, the dispatcher sends a request for completing rescheduling to the server 180 through the mobile terminal 190. And the server 180 sends a locking re-closing instruction to the unlocked shared vehicle when receiving the request for completing the rescheduling. And after the shared vehicle which is not locked receives the re-locking instruction, locking operation is carried out.
Further, if the locking of the unlocked shared vehicle is successful, the unlocked shared vehicle sends a locking re-closing success feedback message to the server 180, and the server 180 receives the locking re-closing success feedback message sent by the unlocked shared vehicle to complete the re-scheduling of the order; if the locking of the unlocked shared vehicle is unsuccessful, the server 180 cannot receive the feedback information of successful re-locking sent by the unlocked shared vehicle, and if the unlocked shared vehicle is considered to be damaged, the rescheduling order is completed and a damaged scheduling order is generated. After the dispatcher dispatches the unlocked shared vehicle back to the warehouse, a request for completing the damaged dispatching order is sent through the mobile terminal 190, and the server 180 completes the damaged dispatching order after receiving the damaged dispatching order request.
The embodiment of the application provides a scheduling order completion method of a shared vehicle, which is applied to a server and comprises the following steps: when a scheduling order request sent by a mobile terminal is received, a locking instruction is sent to all shared vehicles in the scheduling order; if the locking success feedback information sent by at least one sharing vehicle is not received, acquiring first number information of the sharing vehicles which are not locked and a preset number of locked sharing vehicles; sending a scanning instruction comprising the first number information to the mobile terminal, wherein the scanning instruction is used for instructing a dispatcher to scan first identification information corresponding to the unlocked shared vehicle; receiving scanning information sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the scanning information comprises first scanning time and first position information of the mobile terminal for scanning the first identification information; according to the scanning information, second position information corresponding to the locked shared vehicle is determined; and if the first position information is matched with the second position information, finishing the dispatching order. And when the mobile terminal scans the first identification information of the sharing vehicle which is not locked, the first position information corresponding to the mobile terminal is used as the current position information of the sharing vehicle which is not locked. If the first position information is matched with second position information of corresponding preset number of locked shared vehicles in the same scheduling order, the unlocked shared vehicles and the locked shared vehicles are determined to be at the same parking point, namely, the unlocked shared vehicles are safe, and then the scheduling order is closed, so that the technical effect of ensuring the safety of the unlocked shared vehicles when the scheduling order is finished is achieved.
