s100: the public bicycles enter a bicycle locking device, a bicycle locking action is executed, if the bicycle locking fails, a first execution result is returned to a background server and stored in a transaction database, and the bicycle locking device is connected with the background server through a station controller;
in the above steps, the public bicycle is pushed by a user to enter the bicycle locking device, the bicycle locking area for the public bicycle is a preset area, the bicycle locking area comprises a plurality of bicycle locking devices, and the bicycle locking devices are fixedly arranged in the bicycle locking area and can be uniformly distributed at intervals to set the bicycle locking devices with the maximum efficiency. One end of the bicycle locking device is used for being fixed in the bicycle locking area, and the other end of the bicycle locking device is used for locking the public bicycle to fix the public bicycle with the bicycle locking device when a bicycle locking command is executed.
Specifically, in this embodiment, each public bicycle is provided with a bicycle card, when the public bicycle enters the bicycle locker, the bicycle locker identifies the unique bicycle card on the public bicycle, the unique bicycle card is further used for being associated with the user side, the bicycle locker is provided with a monitoring device for identifying the type of bicycle card, including but not limited to a radio frequency sensor, and the like, and the user side can be provided with a returning operation entrance, so as to solve the problem that the bicycle card cannot be automatically identified due to damage.
Specifically, the public bicycles enter the bicycle locking device to execute a bicycle locking action, and if the bicycle locking fails, abnormal data of the bicycle locking device is uploaded to the background server through the station controller and stored under the abnormal data base of the bicycle locking device. Further, the transaction data includes, but is not limited to, a station code, a car locking device code, a failure time, a car locking failure status, and the like.
S200: the user feeds back an abnormal car returning request containing user information to the background server through the mobile terminal;
specifically, the user information includes a user account, which may be a user ID or other unique identifier for distinguishing the user. The user feeds back an abnormal car returning request containing user information to the background server through the mobile terminal, and the user does not need to use the mobile terminal to scan the two-dimensional code of the car locker and only needs to operate on the interface of the mobile terminal. Furthermore, an abnormal car returning key is arranged on the interface of the mobile terminal, and a user only needs to click to complete the abnormal car returning request.
S300: the background server searches in the transaction database according to the user information to position the car locker;
specifically, the background server searches in the transaction database according to the user information to locate the car locker, referring to fig. 2, further including:
s310: acquiring a user position range and time information according to the user information;
specifically, the location of the public bicycle station is matched through the location of the mobile phone of the user, so that the location range of the bicycle locking device can be determined, the time period of abnormal data of the bicycle locking device is screened through the time point of the bicycle returning request sent by the user, the time period can be used as a screening condition, the bicycle locking device can be determined, and forced bicycle locking can be performed.
S320: searching for a car locker with abnormal data in the user position range under the time information based on the abnormal movement database so as to position the car locker;
specifically, the presence of transaction data includes the following: executing a vehicle locking command exceeding a preset number of times; and/or, performing a restart and re-executing the lock command after the restart.
In the steps, whether a car locking command exceeding a preset number of times is executed or not is judged, namely whether the situation that car locking action is operated for multiple times but car locking fails exists or not is judged, so that the situation that a user tries for multiple times but still cannot lock the car is reflected, the car can be locked forcibly by a background server, and the situation that the car cannot be locked due to misoperation of the user is reduced; whether restarting is executed or not is judged, and a vehicle locking command is executed again after restarting is carried out, namely the situation that the sensitivity is poor when the vehicle locking device is exposed to the outside for a long time and the vehicle card is identified can be generated, at the moment, the vehicle locking device is awakened again through restarting, and the problem that the vehicle cannot be locked under the situation is reduced, so that the safety problem of forced vehicle locking is ensured, and the resource waste caused by calling a background server under the condition of misoperation or low identification degree is reduced.
S400: performing credit analysis on the user information by adopting a background server to obtain a user credit level corresponding to the user information;
in the above steps, after receiving the abnormal car return request, the background server may combine with a user portrait big data technology and/or a credit integration system technology to selectively and forcibly lock the car with the car locker, specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 3, performing credit analysis on the user information by using the background server to obtain a user credit level corresponding to the user information, and further including the following steps:
s411: acquiring user information from a preset database according to a user account, wherein the user information comprises but is not limited to one or more of user historical order data, user payment data, user track data and associated data;
in the above steps, the user historical order data may be used to reflect how frequently the user uses the public bike, the user payment data may reflect the payment habit of the user, such as instant payment each time or instant payment in a small number of times, the user trajectory data may reflect the trip habit of the user, and is used to assist in determining whether the common destination is reached, and the associated data includes other data besides the aforementioned three data, including but not limited to order payment reminding service data and the like.
S412: performing data analysis based on the user information, performing credit rating on the user account based on an analysis result according to a preset rule, and obtaining a user credit level corresponding to the user account;
in the above step, credit rating is performed according to one or more dimension data included in the user information, each dimension data corresponds to a unique weight, so as to obtain a user credit rating, and meanwhile, user portrayal can be performed based on user information corresponding to each user account to obtain a user trip habit and a payment habit, so as to further update the user rating. Specifically, in the step S412, the data analysis is performed based on the user information, and the credit rating is performed on the user account based on the analysis result according to the preset rule, so as to obtain the user credit level corresponding to the user account, referring to fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
s4121: carrying out credit calculation on the user information by adopting a pre-trained data processing model to obtain a grading result with a credit value;
in the above steps, a data processing model may be established by using a multi-layer neural network, or an existing credit analysis model (for example, a KMV model) may be used as the data processing model, the data processing model needs to be trained when performing credit calculation based on the user information, model parameters are adjusted in the training process to obtain the data processing model used in the above steps, historical data in a preset database may be used for training, or a new training sample may be established, and finally the data processing model outputs a credit value corresponding to the user information as an output result.
S4122: and acquiring a credit level corresponding to the analysis result based on a preset level mapping table, and generating a user credit level corresponding to the user account.
In the above step, based on the step S4122, it can be known that the credit value corresponding to the user account is obtained after the data processing model is processed, and therefore, the data range in which the credit value is located is determined according to the preset level mapping table, and the credit level corresponding to the numerical range is obtained, where the preset level mapping table as the distance includes a poor credit (1), a poor credit (2), a normal credit (3), a good credit (4), and a good credit (5), each level corresponds to a numerical range with a length of 20%, and when the user credit value is 68%, the credit level is the normal credit (3), the following steps are combined, at this time, if the preset level is the good credit (4), the lock can be forcibly closed, and if the preset level is the normal (3), a prompt message that the user is recommended to change the car locker is sent to the user side.
In the present embodiment, since the position of the public bike may be deviated when the public bike is pushed into the car locker due to a user's misoperation, and the car locker cannot be accurately recognized and the car locking command is executed, in order to further reduce the situation that the car cannot be locked due to such a situation, the method further includes, before transmitting the forced car locking command to the station controller:
in the step S400, the forced locking of the public bike needs to ensure that the public bike enters the locker so that the public bike is locked in the locker, and specifically, the step of controlling the locker to execute the forced locking command by the station controller includes the following steps, referring to fig. 5:
s431: the station controller receives the forced vehicle locking command and sends the forced vehicle locking command to the vehicle locking device;
in the above step, since the number of the car lockers is large, the pressure of connecting each car locker to the background server is large, and therefore, a station controller is arranged in each car locking area and used for controlling all the car lockers in the car locking area, and the background server controls the car lockers in the car locking area through the station controller.
S432: judging whether the public bicycle enters a bicycle locking device or not;
in the above step, the bicycle locker autonomously monitors that the public bicycle enters to send a vehicle in-place confirmation signal, and by determining whether the vehicle in-place signal is triggered, it may be correspondingly determined whether the public bicycle is in the bicycle locker, or by sending a confirmation signal for confirming that the public bicycle is in the bicycle locker by the user side after the user autonomously observes, which may be consistent with the determination manner in the following step S434 in which the forced locking command is executed after the public bicycle enters the bicycle locker.
S433: if yes, the station controller controls the car locker to execute a forced car locking command;
s434: if not, sending prompt information including pushing the public bicycle to enter the bicycle locking device, and executing a forced bicycle locking command when the public bicycle enters the bicycle locking device.
Specifically, if the public bicycle is judged not to be in the bicycle locking device, the bicycle locking device sends out voice information to prompt a user to push the public bicycle to enter the bicycle locking device.
S500: when the user credit level corresponding to the user account is lower than a preset level, sending a prompt message containing a suggestion that the user replaces the car locker to the user side;
in the above steps, if the user credit level corresponding to the user account is lower than the preset level, the forced locking may generate a risk of avoiding the travel cost due to the lower credit level of the user account, and at this time, the forced locking is not executed, but the user is prompted to replace the car locker to lock the car.
S600: when the user credit level corresponding to the user account is not lower than a preset level, sending a forced car locking command to the site controller, controlling the car locking device to execute the forced car locking command by the site controller, and acquiring a second execution result returned by the car locking device;
in the scheme, in order to solve the problem caused by the locking failure, after the user side feeds back the abnormal returning request, the background server is adopted to position the bicycle locker and selectively control the bicycle locker to perform forced unlocking through the station controller, so that the problem that the conventional situation that the bicycle is not locked due to failure feedback is different from the situation that the bicycle is not locked due to failure feedback in the prior art, the loss of the public bicycle service platform caused by the fact that other users directly use the public bicycle with the locking failure is reduced, and the situation that the bicycle is lost due to the fact that the bicycle is not locked due to failure is reduced.
S700: the background server judges whether to finish the order according to the second execution result;
in the above step S400, if the execution of the forced locking command requires the return of the execution result to ensure the successful locking, if the device of the locking device fails, the locking may be failed even if the forced locking command is executed while ensuring the public bike is in the locking device, and therefore the execution result needs to be returned and confirmed again.
S800: if the locking action is successfully executed, the order is ended;
in the embodiment, the situation that the user fails to lock the vehicle is solved through the forced locking of the background server, the user order is finished after the vehicle is locked, the travel cost can be generated and sent to the user side, and the situation that other costs are generated is reduced.
S900: and if the locking action fails to be executed, sending a prompt message which contains a suggestion that the user replaces the car locker.
In the above steps, if the locking action is failed to execute and the vehicle cannot be locked successfully, the hardware device may have a problem, or the data transmission line may have a problem, and the problem cannot be solved by the instruction at this time, and the user is advised to replace the vehicle locking device to solve the problem that the vehicle cannot be locked.
Further, to determine whether the car locking failure is caused by a hardware device problem, referring to fig. 6, the car returning processing method in this embodiment further includes:
s910: after the execution result is returned, the car locking device triggers a self-checking process for detecting the use state of the hardware, obtains a self-checking result and sends the self-checking result to the background server;
in the above step, the car locking device triggers a self-checking process for detecting the use state of the hardware, which can be implemented by setting a detection element in the car locking device, specifically as follows: current, voltage sensing elements, etc., may be provided around each device to determine the location of a fault problem.
S920: and if the self-checking result is abnormal, the background server sends out warning information with maintenance data.
In the above steps, if the self-checking result is abnormal, it indicates that the hardware device has a problem, and at this time, manual intervention maintenance is required, and at this time, warning information may be sent, where the warning information may include the location data of the failure problem in the above steps.
In this embodiment, in step S400, the forced car locking command may be selectively executed according to a user credit rating, and in order to further improve the accuracy of the user credit rating, the car returning processing method further includes: after the order is finished, the background server autonomously generates order information containing the abnormal taxi returning request, and stores the order information in a preset database under the condition of user information associated with the user account.
In the above steps, the order information for executing the forced locking process is added to the user information associated with the user account, and is further used for updating the calculation of the credit value of the user, for example, but not limited to, if the order information that the forced locking is successful appears in a certain user, the credit value of the user account is appropriately increased, and if the order information that the forced locking is frequently appeared in a certain period of time in a certain user, the credit value of the user account can be appropriately decreased, so as to reduce the risk that the user escapes the order fee through the forced locking.
