Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent recruitment method, which comprises the steps of constructing a talent exchange block chain, and a recruitment client and a job hunting client which are connected with the talent exchange block chain; the recruiter registers in the block chain through the recruiting client and generates a recruiting block; the job seeker registers in the block chain through the job hunting client and generates a job hunting block; the block chain carries out bidirectional recommendation between the recruitment block and the job hunting block through information broadcasting for information matching; the recruiter and the job seeker decide whether to interview or not through signature confirmation and transmit a confirmation result back to the block chain; and the block chain records the recruitment into the recruitment block and the job hunting block respectively according to confirmation results of the two parties. Compared with the prior art, the intelligent recruitment method provided by the invention has the advantages that the transparency of the recruitment interview is improved, the reliability of the recruitment is improved, and the whole recruitment process can be traced.

4. The intelligent recruitment method of claim 1 wherein the talent exchange information block chain comprises an information matching module, a receiving module, a querying module, and an information packaging module.
5. The intelligent recruitment method according to claim 1 wherein the recruitment client comprises an enterprise login module, a recruitment information publishing module, a resume receiving module, a recruitment request module, a recruitment confirmation module and a resume marker storage module.
