According to the mapping relation between the materials and the raw materials, the linkage logic of the materials and the raw materials is established, the price of the materials can be updated timely along with the fluctuation of the market of the raw materials, a fair and fair public cooperation relation is established, a good competitive environment is established for each supplier, the supplier is encouraged to reduce the material cost and obtain the competitive advantage through process improvement and technical innovation.
Based on the same general inventive concept, the application also protects a material price management device. The following describes the material price management device provided by the present invention, and the material price management device described below and the material price management method described above can be referred to correspondingly.

As shown in fig. 3, the material price management device provided in this embodiment includes:
the acquisition module 31 is used for acquiring the latest purchase price of the current raw material from the cost management system based on the price acquisition time of the raw material in the linkage rule;
the linkage module 32 is used for acquiring target materials corresponding to the current raw materials from the bill of material management system when the linkage is determined to trigger linkage based on the linkage rule price difference and the latest purchase price of the raw materials, wherein the target materials comprise the unit consumption of the raw materials of the target materials;
a grasping module 33 for grasping the current selling price of the target material from the material price management system;
and a determining module 34 for determining an adjusted price of the target material based on the latest purchase price, the unit consumption of the raw material, and the current selling price of the target material.
According to the material price management device provided by the invention, the latest purchase price of the raw material is obtained from the cost management system through the price obtaining time of the raw material based on the linkage rule; when the trigger linkage is determined based on the linkage rule price difference and the latest purchase price of the raw materials, acquiring information of target materials corresponding to the raw materials from a bill of material management system, wherein the information of the target materials comprises the unit consumption of the raw materials of the target materials; acquiring the current selling price of the target material from a material price management system; according to the latest purchase price, the unit consumption of raw materials and the current sale price, the adjusted price of the target material is determined, the cost management system, the bill of material management system and the material management system are subjected to linkage processing, so that when the price of the raw materials in the cost management system changes, the adjusted price of the material can be automatically determined through the bill of material management system and the material price management system under the action of linkage, the complex operation of manually exporting a plurality of excel files for data processing is avoided, meanwhile, the timeliness of data processing can be guaranteed through the automatic processing of the system, and the price management efficiency is effectively improved.
Further, the linkage rule in this embodiment is established for determining the raw material, the price acquisition time of the raw material, the linkage rule price difference of the raw material, and the mutual linkage relationship between the target materials corresponding to the raw material.
Further, the linkage module 31 in this embodiment is specifically further configured to:
determining the latest purchasing price difference of the current raw materials from the cost management system, wherein the latest purchasing price difference is the difference between the latest purchasing price and the historical purchasing price;
and if the latest purchase price difference is larger than or equal to the linkage rule price difference corresponding to the current raw material, triggering linkage.
Further, the determining module 34 in this embodiment is specifically configured to:
determining the unit raw material price difference of the latest purchase price difference;
determining the material price difference of the target material according to the unit raw material price difference and the unit consumption of the raw material;
and if the purchase information of the historical raw materials corresponding to the target material is consistent with the purchase information of the current raw materials, adding the price difference of the materials and the current selling price to determine the adjusted price of the target material, wherein the purchase information comprises supplier information, purchase organization information and purchase type information.
Further, the present raw materials in this embodiment include independent type raw materials and/or combined type raw materials;
when the current raw material is a combined raw material, the determination module 34 is specifically configured to:
determining the ratio of each component of the combined raw material and the individual price of each component;
determining the latest purchase price of the combined raw materials according to the component proportion and the individual price of each component;
and determining the unit raw material price difference of the combined raw materials according to the latest purchase price of the combined raw materials.
Further, the present embodiment further includes a rechecking module, configured to:
generating price adjustment report details of the target material, wherein the report details comprise the adjusted price of the target material and the calculation process information of the adjusted price;
rechecking the calculation process of the adjusted price according to the calculation process information;
and when a rechecking passing instruction is received, updating the adjusted price to an sap price table in the material price management system so that the target material is sold at the adjusted price.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)410, a communication Interface 420, a memory (memory)430 and a communication bus 440, wherein the processor 410, the communication Interface 420 and the memory 430 are communicated with each other via the communication bus 440. Processor 410 may invoke logic instructions in memory 430 to perform a material price management method comprising: acquiring the latest purchase price of the current raw material from the cost management system based on the price acquisition time of the raw material in the linkage rule; when the trigger linkage is determined based on the linkage rule price difference and the latest purchase price of the raw materials, obtaining target materials corresponding to the current raw materials from a bill of materials management system, wherein the target materials comprise the unit consumption of the raw materials of the target materials; capturing the current selling price of the target material from a material price management system; and determining the adjusted price of the target material according to the latest purchase price, the unit consumption of the raw materials and the current sale price of the target material.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 430 may be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the software functional units are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a computer, enable the computer to perform the material price management method provided by the above methods, the method comprising: acquiring the latest purchase price of the current raw material from the cost management system based on the price acquisition time of the raw material in the linkage rule; when the trigger linkage is determined based on the linkage rule price difference and the latest purchase price of the raw materials, obtaining target materials corresponding to the current raw materials from a bill of materials management system, wherein the target materials comprise the unit consumption of the raw materials of the target materials; capturing the current selling price of the target material from a material price management system; and determining the adjusted price of the target material according to the latest purchase price, the unit consumption of the raw materials and the current sale price of the target material.
In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the material price management method provided above, the method comprising: acquiring the latest purchase price of the current raw material from the cost management system based on the price acquisition time of the raw material in the linkage rule; when the trigger linkage is determined based on the linkage rule price difference and the latest purchase price of the raw materials, obtaining target materials corresponding to the current raw materials from a bill of materials management system, wherein the target materials comprise the unit consumption of the raw materials of the target materials; capturing the current selling price of the target material from a material price management system; and determining the adjusted price of the target material according to the latest purchase price, the unit consumption of the raw materials and the current sale price of the target material.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)
1. A material price management method, comprising:
acquiring the latest purchase price of the current raw material from the cost management system based on the price acquisition time of the raw material in the linkage rule;
when the trigger linkage is determined based on the linkage rule price difference and the latest purchase price of the raw materials, obtaining target materials corresponding to the current raw materials from a bill of materials management system, wherein the target materials comprise the unit consumption of the raw materials of the target materials;
capturing the current selling price of the target material from a material price management system;
and determining the adjusted price of the target material according to the latest purchase price, the unit consumption of the raw materials and the current sale price of the target material.
2. The material price management method according to claim 1, wherein the linkage rule is established by determining a mutual linkage relationship among a raw material, a price acquisition time of the raw material, a linkage rule price difference of the raw material, and a target material corresponding to the raw material.
3. The material price management method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining the target material corresponding to the current raw material from the bill of material management system, the method further comprises:
determining a latest purchasing price difference of the current raw material from the cost management system, wherein the latest purchasing price difference is a difference value between the latest purchasing price and a historical purchasing price;
and if the latest purchase price difference is larger than or equal to the linkage rule price difference corresponding to the current raw material, triggering linkage.
4. The material price management method according to claim 3, wherein the determining the adjusted price of the target material based on the latest purchase price, the unit consumption of raw material, and the current selling price of the target material comprises:
determining the unit raw material price difference of the latest purchase price difference;
determining the material price difference of the target material according to the unit raw material price difference and the unit consumption of the raw material;
and if the purchase information of the historical raw materials corresponding to the target material is consistent with the purchase information of the current raw materials, adding the material price difference and the current selling price to determine the adjusted price of the target material, wherein the purchase information comprises supplier information, purchase organization information and purchase type information.
5. The material price management method according to claim 1, wherein the current raw material includes an independent type raw material and/or a combined type raw material;
when the current raw material is a combined raw material, the obtaining of the latest purchase price of the current raw material includes:
acquiring the ratio of each component of the combined raw material from a material management and clearing system, and acquiring the individual price of each component from a cost management system;
determining a latest purchase price for said combined raw material based on said ingredient proportions and said individual prices for said individual ingredients.
6. The material price management method according to claim 1, wherein after determining the adjusted price of the target material, further comprising:
generating price adjustment report details of the target material, wherein the report details comprise the adjusted price of the target material and the calculation process information of the adjusted price;
rechecking the calculation process of the adjusted price according to the calculation process information;
and when a rechecking passing instruction is received, updating the adjusted price to an sap price table in the material price management system so as to sell the target material at the adjusted price.
7. A material price management device, characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the latest purchase price of the current raw material from the cost management system based on the price acquisition time of the raw material in the linkage rule;
the linkage module is used for acquiring a target material corresponding to the current raw material from a bill of material management system when determining to trigger linkage based on the linkage rule price difference of the raw material and the latest purchase price, wherein the target material comprises the unit consumption of the raw material of the target material;
the grabbing module is used for grabbing the current selling price of the target material from a material price management system;
and the determining module is used for determining the adjusted price of the target material according to the latest purchase price, the unit consumption of the raw materials and the current sale price of the target material.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on said memory and executable on said processor, characterized in that said processor, when executing said program, carries out the steps of the material price management method according to any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the material price management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the steps of the material price management method according to any of claims 1 to 6 when being executed by a processor.
