Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a fixed support and electronic equipment so as to solve the problems in the prior art.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fixing bracket, including a fixing portion and a supporting portion, the fixing portion is fixed on a housing of an electronic device, the supporting portion and the fixing portion are connected and fixed at a fixed angle, the two supporting portions are provided, and the two supporting portions are arranged at intervals relative to the fixing portion; the two supporting parts comprise a first supporting part for fixing the TF clamping grooves and a second supporting part for fixing the SIM clamping grooves.
Alternatively, the two supporting portions are symmetrically disposed on the fixing portion.
Optionally, the first supporting part comprises two first vertical plates, the two first vertical plates are respectively located at the end parts of the side edges of the fixing part, and an installation space is arranged between the two first vertical plates;
The second supporting part comprises two second vertical plates, the two second vertical plates are respectively positioned at the end parts of the side edges of the fixing part, and an installation space is arranged between the two second vertical plates.
Optionally, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are both provided with positioning parts.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic device, including a main board, a fixing bracket and a housing, where the fixing bracket is the fixing bracket according to the second aspect of the present invention; the main board is respectively abutted with the TF card slot and the SIM card slot through flat cables; the fixed support is fixed on the shell.
Optionally, the main board is preset with the mounting groove and is used for placing the fixed bolster, be equipped with on the shell and be used for fixing a position the reference column of fixed bolster.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the card inserting grooves of the TF card and the SIM card are in a vertical state and can be consistent with other interfaces in height so as to meet the installation requirement of the integrated machine; the problem of only the joint structure of horizontal state among the prior art is solved.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a portion of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the invention. The electronic device comprises a main board 10, a fixed support 16 and a housing. The main board 10 is preset with a mounting groove for placing the fixing bracket 16, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the mounting groove is formed for avoiding the main board 10, and in other manners, the mounting groove may also be directly formed in the main board 10. For easy installation, the housing is provided with a positioning column 13 for positioning the fixing bracket 16. The installation and the placement can be completed only by placing the positioning holes on the fixed support 16 corresponding to the positioning columns 13, so that the installation and the placement are simple and convenient; the fixing support 16 is fixed on the shell, is safe and reliable, and can meet the requirement of high consistency of a plurality of different interfaces.
In this embodiment, the fixing bracket 16 is used for fixing the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9; the motherboard 10 needs to be in communication connection with two types of card slots, i.e. connection can be realized through signal wires. In this embodiment, the motherboard 10 is respectively abutted to the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9 through a flat cable 11, and the specific structure will be described in detail later.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the fixing bracket 16 provided by the present invention is a vertical bracket, that is, is used for the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9, so that the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot are in a vertical state, and is particularly suitable for electronic devices such as an all-in-one machine. As shown in fig. 3, the fixing bracket 16 includes a fixing portion 1 and a supporting portion, and the supporting portion includes a first supporting portion 2 and a second supporting portion 3, and the contact surface between the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9 is a surface, so that the fixing portion 1 and the supporting portion are also configured in a plate shape, so that the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9 can be conveniently fixed by the surfaces of the fixing portion 1 and the supporting portion.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing portion 1 has a plate shape, and a mounting hole 15 is formed on the fixing portion, and the mounting hole 15 is a screw hole or a through hole. The main board 10 is provided with a mounting groove for placing the fixing bracket 16, and the shell is provided with a positioning column for positioning the fixing bracket 16. The fixing part 1 is fixed on a shell of the electronic equipment, and the first supporting part 2 and the second supporting part 3 are respectively connected and fixed with the fixing part 1 at fixed angles; as shown in fig. 1-3, is 90. Of course, the fixed angle may be greater or less than 90 ° in other user demands. The fixing portion 1 is not necessarily fixed to the housing, and may be provided to the main board 10.
Considering the production cost and the installation cost, the supporting parts are divided into two parts, namely a first supporting part 2 and a second supporting part 3, which are collectively called as supporting parts for convenience of description. The two supporting parts are arranged at intervals relative to the fixing part 1. As shown in fig. 2, two support portions are symmetrically disposed on the fixed portion 1. The fixing bracket 16 is generally U-shaped in projection from the direction shown in fig. 2, and two support portions are located on the left and right sides of the fixing portion 1. In one embodiment, the support part may be a plate, while in fig. 3 the first and second support parts are actually composed of four upright plates, including two first upright plates 6 and two second upright plates 7. The two first vertical plates 6 are arranged at intervals, and the interval space is used for placing the TF card slots; the two second vertical plates 7 are arranged at intervals, and the interval space is used for placing the SIM card slot. If the first supporting part and the second supporting part are both selected to use a whole plate, the plate has more materials, and the installation space of the TF card slot and the SIM card slot is not reserved, which is unfavorable for the subsequent installation of the TF plate and the SIM plate.
For convenience of distinction and description, the two support parts are a first support part 2 for fixing the TF card slot 5 and a second support part 3 for fixing the SIM card slot 9. Namely, the first support portion 2 is on the left side in fig. 2, and the second support portion 3 is on the right side. The first supporting part 2 and the second supporting part 3 are symmetrically arranged and have the same structure.
The symmetrical structure is adopted, so that the installation action of screw fixation can be reduced and the cost can be reduced compared with a structure adopting two brackets; product production control of two support structures, material control can both increase cost. The symmetrical structure of the invention is not required.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the first supporting portion 2 is composed of two vertical plates located at the left side, namely, first vertical plates 6, the first vertical plates 6 are respectively located at the end portions of the side edges of the fixing portion 1, and an installation space is provided between the first vertical plates 6. The TF clamping groove can be accommodated in the installation space between the first vertical plates 6. The end parts of the side edges described in the embodiment are actually the positions of the left side of the fixing part 1 along the edges near the front and rear end parts of the fixing part 1; the first vertical plate 6 forms a mounting surface for mounting the TF card slot and the TF board.
The first supporting part 2 further comprises a TF board 4 fixedly connected with the first vertical plate 6 through screws, the TF board 4 is provided with a plurality of screw holes for fixing, the first vertical plate 6 is correspondingly provided with fixing holes, the fixing holes can be screw holes, and the first supporting part and the first vertical plate can be fixed through screws or other fixing pieces through the screw holes. The screw holes on the TF board 4 can be matched with different installation requirements, so that the fixing requirements of different positions are met.
In addition, the first vertical plates 6 are further provided with positioning portions 14, the positioning portions 14 are located at the outer sides of the first vertical plates 6, the positioning portions 14 on the two first vertical plates are equal in height, and accordingly, the TF board 4 is matched with the positioning holes. As shown in fig. 2, the TF board 4 is located on the left side of the first vertical boards 6, and the TF card slot 5 is located between the two first vertical boards 6, so that the equipment space can be saved.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 3, the second supporting portion 3 symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the first supporting portion 2 is composed of two vertical plates located on the right side, namely, second vertical plates 7, the second vertical plates are located at the end portions of the side edges of the fixing portion 1, and an installation space is provided between the second vertical plates 7.
The installation space between the second vertical plates 7 can accommodate the SIM card slot. The end parts of the side edges described in the embodiment are actually the positions of the right side of the fixing part 1 along the edges near the front and rear end parts of the fixing part 1; the second vertical plate 7 forms a mounting surface for mounting the SIM card slot and the SIM plate.
The second supporting part 3 further comprises a SIM plate 8 fixedly connected with the second vertical plate 7 through screws, the SIM plate 8 is provided with a plurality of fixing screw holes, and the second vertical plate 7 is correspondingly provided with fixing hole sites (screw hole sites), and the second vertical plate can be fixed through screws or other fixing pieces through the screw holes. The plurality of screw holes on the SIM plate 8 can adapt to different installation requirements, and the fixing requirements of different positions are met.
In addition, the second vertical plates 7 are further provided with positioning portions 14, the positioning portions 14 are located at the outer sides of the second vertical plates 7, the positioning portions 14 on the two second vertical plates are equal in height, and correspondingly, the SIM plate 8 is provided with positioning holes to be matched. As shown in fig. 2, the SIM board 8 is located on the left side of the second vertical boards 7, and the SIM card slot 9 is located between the two second vertical boards 7, so that the equipment space can be saved.
Further, the SIM board 8, the TF board 4 and the SIM board 8 are provided with a wire butt joint slot. As shown in fig. 1, the main board 10 is provided with wire docks 12 respectively located at the left side and the right side of the fixed bracket 16, and the wire docks 12 are distributed to connect the TF board 4 and the SIM board 8 through the flat cable 11 and realize connection with the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the card inserting grooves of the TF card and the SIM card are in a vertical state and can be highly consistent with other interfaces so as to meet the installation requirement of the integrated machine; the problem of only the joint structure of horizontal state among the prior art is solved.
In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, structure may be implemented in other manners. For example, the apparatus, structural embodiments described above are merely illustrative. For example, the division of each unit is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. For example, multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed.
