In view of the above technical problems, the present invention provides a fixing bracket and an electronic device, so as to solve the problems of the prior art.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fixing bracket, comprising a fixing portion and two supporting portions, wherein the fixing portion is fixed on a housing of an electronic device, the two supporting portions are connected and fixed at a fixed angle with the fixing portion, and the two supporting portions are arranged at an interval relative to the fixing portion; the two supporting parts comprise a first supporting part for fixing the TF card slot and a second supporting part for fixing the SIM card slot.
Optionally, the two support parts are symmetrically arranged on the fixing part.
Optionally, the first supporting portion includes two first vertical plates, the two first vertical plates are respectively located at end portions of the side edges of the fixing portion, and an installation space is arranged between the two first vertical plates;
the second supporting portion comprises two second vertical plates, the two second vertical plates are respectively located at the end portions of the side edges of the fixing portions, and an installation space is arranged between the two second vertical plates.
Optionally, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are both provided with positioning portions.
Optionally, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are both provided with fixing hole sites.
Optionally, the first supporting portion further includes a TF plate fixedly connected to the first vertical plate, the second supporting portion further includes a SIM plate fixedly connected to the second vertical plate, and the TF plate and the SIM plate are both provided with wire docking slots.
Optionally, a plurality of screw holes for fixing are provided on both the SIM board and the TF card.
Optionally, the fixing portion is plate-shaped and provided with a mounting hole.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic apparatus, comprising a main board, a fixing bracket and a housing, wherein the fixing bracket is the fixing bracket of the second aspect of the present invention; the main board is respectively butted with the TF card slot and the SIM card slot through a flat cable; the fixed bracket is fixed on the shell.
Optionally, the main board is preset with a mounting groove for placing the fixing support, and the housing is provided with a positioning column for positioning the fixing support.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the plug-in card slot of the TF card and the SIM card can be in a vertical state and can be consistent with the heights of other interfaces so as to meet the installation requirements of the all-in-one machine; the problem of only horizontal clamping structure among the prior art is solved.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a partial schematic view of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the invention. The electronic device includes a main board 10, a fixing bracket 16, and a housing. The main board 10 is provided with a mounting groove for placing the fixing bracket 16, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the mounting groove is a clearance for the main board 10, and in other manners, the mounting groove may be directly provided in the main board 10. For mounting, positioning posts 13 for positioning the fixing brackets 16 are provided on the housing. The installation and placement can be completed only by placing the positioning holes on the fixing support 16 corresponding to the positioning columns 13, so that the installation and placement are simple and convenient; the fixed support 16 is fixed on the shell, is safe and reliable, and can meet the requirement that the heights of a plurality of different interfaces are consistent.
In this embodiment, the fixing bracket 16 is used for fixing the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9; the main board 10 needs to be in communication connection with two card slots, that is, the connection can be realized through a signal line. In this embodiment, the main board 10 is respectively connected to the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9 through a flat cable 11, and the specific structure will be described in detail later.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the fixing bracket 16 provided by the present invention is a vertical bracket, that is, the fixing bracket is used for the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9, so that the TF card slot and the SIM card slot are in a vertical state, and is particularly suitable for electronic devices such as an all-in-one machine. As shown in fig. 3, the fixing bracket 16 includes a fixing portion 1 and a supporting portion, the supporting portion includes a first supporting portion 2 and a second supporting portion 3, and since the contact surfaces with the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9 are planes, the fixing portion 1 and the supporting portion are also both configured as plates, so as to fix the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9 through the planes of the fixing portion and the supporting portion.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing portion 1 is in a plate shape, and a mounting hole 15 is formed on the fixing portion, and the mounting hole 15 is a screw hole or a through hole. The main board 10 is provided with a mounting groove for placing the fixing support 16, and the housing is provided with a positioning column for positioning the fixing support 16. The fixing part 1 is fixed on a shell of the electronic equipment, and the first supporting part 2 and the second supporting part 3 are respectively connected and fixed with the fixing part 1 at a fixed angle; as shown in fig. 1-3 at 90. Of course, the fixed angle may be greater or less than 90 ° in other user requirements. In addition, the fixing portion 1 is not necessarily fixed to the housing, and may be provided on the main board 10.
Considering the production cost and the installation cost, the support is made into two parts, namely a first support 2 and a second support 3, which are collectively referred to as a support for convenience of description. The two support portions are spaced apart from each other with respect to the fixing portion 1. As shown in fig. 2, two support portions are provided on the fixing portion 1 in bilateral symmetry. The projection of the fixing bracket 16 from the direction shown in fig. 2 is substantially U-shaped, and two support portions are located on the left and right sides of the fixing portion 1. In one embodiment, the support portion may be a plate, and in fig. 3, the first and second support portions are actually composed of four vertical plates, including two first vertical plates 6 and two second vertical plates 7. The two first vertical plates 6 are arranged at intervals, and the interval space is used for placing TF clamping grooves; the two second vertical plates 7 are arranged at intervals, and the interval space is used for placing an SIM card slot. If the first support part and the second support part both select to use one whole plate, the plates are more in material consumption, and the installation space of the TF card slot and the SIM card slot is not reserved, so that the subsequent installation of the TF plate and the SIM plate is not facilitated.
For the sake of distinction and description, the two support parts are divided into a first support part 2 for fixing the TF card slot 5 and a second support part 3 for fixing the SIM card slot 9. I.e. the left side in fig. 2 is the first support 2 and the right side is the second support 3. The first supporting part 2 and the second supporting part 3 are symmetrically arranged and have the same structure.
The symmetrical structure is adopted, so that the mounting action of screw fixation can be reduced and the cost is reduced compared with a structure adopting two brackets; the product production management and control of two supporting structures, material management and control all can increase cost expense. The symmetrical structure of the present invention is not required.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the first supporting portion 2 is composed of two vertical plates located on the left side, that is, first vertical plates 6, the first vertical plates 6 are respectively located at the end portions of the sides of the fixing portion 1, and an installation space is provided between the first vertical plates 6. The mounting space between the first vertical plates 6 can accommodate the TF clamping groove. The end of the side edge in the embodiment is actually the position of the left edge of the fixing part 1, which is close to the front end and the rear end of the fixing part 1; the first vertical plate 6 forms a mounting surface for mounting the TF card slot and the TF plate.
The first supporting part 2 further comprises a TF plate 4 fixedly connected with the first vertical plate 6 through screws, the TF plate 4 is provided with a plurality of screw holes for fixing, the first vertical plate 6 is correspondingly provided with fixing hole positions, the fixing hole positions can adopt screw hole positions, and screws or other fixing pieces can fix the TF plate and the first vertical plate through the screw holes. A plurality of screw holes on the TF plate 4 can be adapted to different installation requirements, and fixing requirements of different positions are met.
In addition, the first vertical plate 6 is further provided with a positioning portion 14, the positioning portion 14 is located on the outer side of the first vertical plate 6, the positioning portions 14 on the two first vertical plates are equal in height, and accordingly, the TF plate 4 is matched with the positioning hole. As shown in fig. 2, the TF plate 4 is located on the left side of the first vertical plate 6, and the TF slot 5 is located between the two first vertical plates 6, so that the space of the equipment can be saved.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 3, the second supporting portion 3, which is arranged in bilateral symmetry with the first supporting portion 2, is composed of two vertical plates located on the right side, that is, the second vertical plates 7, which are respectively located at the end portions of the sides of the fixing portion 1, and an installation space is provided between the second vertical plates 7.
The mounting space between the second vertical plates 7 can accommodate the SIM card slot. The end of the side edge in the embodiment is actually the position near the front end and the rear end of the fixing part 1 arranged along the edge of the right side of the fixing part 1; the second vertical plate 7 forms a mounting surface for mounting the SIM card slot and the SIM plate.
The second supporting portion 3 further comprises a SIM plate 8 fixedly connected with the second vertical plate 7 through screws, the SIM plate 8 is provided with a plurality of screw holes for fixing, the second vertical plate 7 is correspondingly provided with fixing hole positions (screw hole positions), and screws or other fixing pieces can fix the second vertical plate and the second vertical plate through the screw holes. A plurality of screw holes on the SIM board 8 can adapt to different installation requirements, and the fixing requirements of different positions are met.
In addition, the second vertical plate 7 is further provided with a positioning portion 14, the positioning portion 14 is located on the outer side of the second vertical plate 7, the positioning portions 14 on the two second vertical plates are equal in height, and correspondingly, the SIM plate 8 is provided with positioning holes which are matched with each other. As shown in fig. 2, the SIM board 8 is located on the left side of the second vertical board 7, and the SIM card slot 9 is located between the two second vertical boards 7, so that the space of the device can be saved.
Furthermore, the SIM board 8, the TF board 4 and the SIM board 8 are all provided with wire docking card slots. As shown in fig. 1, the main board 10 is provided with line butt-jointers 12 respectively located at the left and right sides of the fixing bracket 16, and the line butt-jointers 12 are distributed to connect the TF board 4 and the SIM board 8 through a flat cable 11 and are connected with the TF card slot 5 and the SIM card slot 9.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the plug-in card slots of the TF card and the SIM card can be in a vertical state and can be consistent with other interfaces in height so as to meet the installation requirements of the all-in-one machine; the problem of only horizontal clamping structure among the prior art is solved.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed devices and structures may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus, structural embodiments are merely illustrative. For example, the division of each unit is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. For example, various elements or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented.
