泵通常设计为手动操作,例如通过手或脚操作。然而,泵也可以例如通过动力单元驱动。为了降低底盘,阀块具有下降装置,该下降装置通常也是手动操作的,用于将气缸装置连接到储罐。当下降装置致动时,通过移动医疗装置的自重将液压液从气缸装置压出到储罐,直到底盘的脚轮或轮子再次与地面接触。弹簧通常设置在气缸装置的气缸中,该气缸装置在下降过程中也支撑回程。
为了将医疗装置保持在提升位置,例如,根据EP 3 386 458 B1或DE 10 2012 001555 A1已知,在从泵到相应气缸装置的流动方向上,阀块具有止回阀。根据EP 3 386 458B1已知一种具有液压提升装置的底盘,液压提升装置具有第一气缸装置和第二气缸装置,第一气缸装置具有两个一级气缸,第二气缸装置具有两个二级气缸。两个一级气缸经由共同的第一止回阀连接到泵,由此两个二级气缸中的每一个经由二级止回阀连接到泵并因此受到保护。
随着时间的推移,对这些止回阀的密封性提出了特别高的要求。这是因为,在可能需要长期治疗的过程中,必须防止医疗装置显著或甚至完全下降。在每个气缸装置或气缸仅通过一个止回阀进行保护的情况下,由于制造公差或液压液中存在的污垢颗粒,不能可靠地保证这一点。由于所产生的小泄漏流经相应的止回阀,随着时间的推移,医疗装置可能会意外下降。如果在止回阀的下游施加相对较低(保压)压力,则该问题尤为严重。
该问题可以通过冗余保护在很大程度上解决。然而,这会显著增加阀块所需的空间。这转而会对液压提升装置的重量和成本产生影响。
发明内容
出于这种考虑,本发明的目的是提供一种用于移动装置的底盘的液压提升装置,其中可以有效地防止随时间推移的意外下降,而不会导致液压提升装置的阀块的尺寸显著增大。
该问题可以通过根据权利要求1所述的用于移动装置的底盘的液压提升装置解决。在从属权利要求中描述了其它优选实施例。
根据本发明提供的液压提升装置具有第一气缸装置和第二气缸装置。第一气缸装置经由设置在阀块中的至少一个一级止回阀连接到泵,第二气缸装置经由设置在阀块中的至少一个二级止回阀连接到泵。本发明与现有技术的区别在于,在从泵到第二气缸装置的流动方向上,阀块在至少一个二级止回阀的下游具有至少一个蓄压器。
这可确保二级止回阀随时间推移的逐渐压力损失不会因缩回第二气缸装置而导致不必要的下降。此外,此类蓄压器也可以轻松地集成到阀块中,使得阀块的整体安装空间不会显著增加。这转而会对阀块的成本和重量产生有利的影响。此外,蓄压器还可用于补偿二级止回阀处不一定发生的压力损失。此外,可以想象的是,引流装置处的微泄漏会导致蠕变压力损失。
优选地,第一气缸装置可经由第一减压阀加压,第二气缸装置可经由第二减压阀加压,其中第一减压阀的输出压力不同于第二减压阀的输出压力,特别地,大于第二减压阀的输出压力。特别优选的是,第一减压阀处的输出压力大于第二减压阀处的输出压力。在这方面,特别优选的是,蓄压器的容积不超过1cm3,特别地,不超过0.5cm3
当泵施加压力时,通过首先伸展第一气缸装置或其气缸,例如直到预定止档,减压阀可用于分级地向第一和第二气缸装置施加压力。第二气缸装置仅在作用于第二气缸装置的输出压力低于作用于第一气缸装置的输出压力的情况下进行调整。一旦第一气缸装置完全伸展,即可通过进一步致动泵在第二气缸装置处积聚保压压力,然而,该保压压力受到第二减压阀处设定的输出压力的限制。因此,第一气缸装置处的保压压力大于第二气缸装置处的保压压力,使得二级止回阀处的蠕变压力损失特别关键。这种可能的压力损失由蓄压器补偿。为免在两个气缸装置分级加压的情况下破坏上述功能,已证明优选的是,免于使用大容积蓄压器,并使用容积不超过1cm3的蓄压器,这会完全补偿可能的泄漏量。此外,此类蓄压器也很小,并且可以直接集成到阀块中,因此不会存在安装空间缺点。
优选地,第二气缸装置包括两个二级气缸,阀块包括两个二级止回阀,两个二级气缸中的每一个经由二级止回阀连接到泵。在这方面,优选的是,阀块具有第二相同的蓄压器,其中蓄压器中的每一个在从泵到相应的二级气缸的流动方向上设置在相应的二级止回阀的上游。这使得有可能防止两个二级气缸因相应的二级止回阀处的压力损失而缩回。
优选地,至少一个蓄压器是弹簧加载蓄压器,或者蓄压器是弹簧加载蓄压器。优选地,至少一个蓄压器具有弹簧和活塞,活塞在弹簧的作用下可移动地设置在阀块的接收孔中。这使得设计特别紧凑,该设计可以直接集成到阀块中。
优选地,蓄压器具有密封压盖,密封压盖固定在阀块上并闭合接收孔。以这种方式,可以进一步减小阀块的安装空间。
此外,该问题可以通过根据权利要求9所述的底盘解决,该底盘包括如上所述的根据本发明提供的液压提升装置。该问题还可以通过根据权利要求10所述的移动装置解决,该移动装置包括此类底盘。特别地,移动装置可以是移动医疗器械。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明提供的用于移动医疗装置(例如,外科手术机器人)的液压提升装置1的液压回路图。液压提升装置1具有阀块2、手动操作泵3、储罐4、第一气缸装置5以及第二气缸装置6。阀块2包括第一和第二蓄压器9、10。第一气缸装置5包括两个一级气缸5a、5b,第二气缸装置6包括两个二级气缸6a、6b。在示出的实施例中,一级气缸5a、5b和二级气缸6a、6b配置为具有复位弹簧的单作用液压缸。
泵3连接到储罐4,阀块经由第一连接件21连接到泵3。当泵3致动时,液压液经由第一连接件21从储罐4泵送到阀块2。在阀块2中,第一管线装置22向第一气缸装置5供给压力,第二管线装置23向第二气缸装置6供给压力。在从泵3到第一气缸装置5的流动方向上看,第一减压阀22、一级止回阀7和具有可手动操作的泄放阀18的泄放管线24设置在第一管线装置22中。因此,单个一级止回阀7设置在第一管线装置22中,可固定第一气缸装置5的两个一级气缸5a、5b。
在从泵3到第二气缸装置6的流动方向上,第二减压阀12设置在第二管线装置23中。在第二减压阀12的下游,第二管线装置23分支成第一分支25和第二分支26。在每个分支25、26中,二级止回阀8a、8b和具有可手动操作的泄放阀19、20的泄放管线27、28设置在第二减压阀12的下游。蓄压器9、10中的一个设置在二级止回阀8a、8b中的每一个的下游。在该示例性实施例中,蓄压器9、10中的每一个的容积为0.5cm3。在第二管线装置23中,二级止回阀8a、8b中的每一个固定第二气缸装置6的两个二级气缸6a、6b中的一个。
第一减压阀11设定有大于第二减压阀12的输出压力的输出压力。这使得实现第一气缸装置5和第二气缸装置6的分级加压。当泵3致动时,液压液从储罐4泵送到阀块2中,在那里经由第一管线装置22泵送到第一液压缸装置5,并且经由第二管线装置23泵送到第二液压缸装置6。一级气缸5a、5b和二级气缸6a、6b会均匀伸展,直到两个一级气缸5a、5b(或连接到其上的支撑脚等)接触地面。由于第一减压阀11的输出压力较高,一级气缸5a、5b随后加压;由于第二减压阀12处的输出压力较低,二级气缸6a、6b会重新调整或缩回。一旦一级气缸5a、5b伸展到其机械限制的最大位置,泵3进一步致动就会在二级气缸6a、6b中产生一定的保压压力,但至少对应于第二减压阀12的输出压力。优选地,将第二减压阀12的输出压力设置为移动医疗装置的重量。
当二级气缸6a、6b伸展时,或者当第一和第二分支25、26分别加压时,装载两个蓄压器9、10。一旦到达二级止回阀8a、8b下游的最大压力,移动医疗装置就会完全顶起或升起。作用于第二气缸装置6的保压压力低于作用于第一气缸装置5的保压压力,使得经由蓄压器9、10补偿二级止回阀8a、8b处可能的蠕变压力损失。因此,上述每个蓄压器9、10的容积为0.5cm3便已足够。由于显著较高的保压压力,一级止回阀7处可能的蠕变压力损失并不严重。然而,可以想象的是,还会使用作用于一级止回阀7下游的第一管线装置22上的蓄压器。这可以为第一气缸装置5提供进一步的保护。此外,可以想象的是,只有一个蓄压器9、10用于两个二级气缸6a、6b。
此外,提供了一种桥接泵3的减压阀17。当一级气缸5a、5b和二级气缸6a、6b完全伸展并且泵3继续致动时,减压阀17会打开,并且液压液会泵入回路中。
为使移动医疗装置下降,致动泄放阀18、19、20,使得第一管线装置22和第二管线装置23经由相应的泄放管线24、27、28和第二连接件29连接到储罐4。可以想象的是,泄放阀18、19、20一起手动操作,从而形成引流装置。
下面将参考图2至4描述蓄压器9、10的结构。为了清楚起见,仅描述两个蓄压器9、10中的一个。
蓄压器9、10配置为弹簧加载蓄压器,并具有弹簧13、活塞14以及密封压盖16。弹簧13一方面支撑在密封压盖的第一插座30上,另一方面支撑在活塞14的第二插座31上。密封压盖16通过夹子32和两个螺钉33固定在阀块2上,使得活塞14在弹簧13的作用下可在阀块2的接收孔15中移动。如图所示,密封压盖16会闭合接收孔15。
当第二管线装置23加压时,活塞14在弹簧13的作用下在密封压盖16的方向上移动,使得在活塞14的最大位置处提供0.5cm3的存储容积。已经表明,至多1cm3的存储体积足以补偿二级止回阀8a、8b处的蠕变压力损失。此外,还已经表明,此类存储容积仍然允许上述分级加压,因为过大的存储容积将需要在第二减压阀12处具有较高输出压力。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于移动装置的底盘的液压提升装置(1),其具有阀块(2)、泵(3)、储罐(4)、第一气缸装置(5)以及第二气缸装置(6),其中所述第一气缸装置(5)和所述第二气缸装置(6)可由所述泵(3)选择性地加压或经由所述阀块(2)连接到所述储罐(4),
所述第一气缸装置(5)经由设置在所述阀块2中的至少一个一级止回阀(7)连接到所述泵(3),
所述第二气缸装置(6)经由设置在所述阀块(2)中的至少一个二级止回阀(8a、8b)连接到所述泵(3),
其特征在于,
在从所述泵(3)到所述第二气缸装置(6)的流动方向上,所述阀块(2)在所述至少一个二级止回阀(8a、8b)的下游具有至少一个蓄压器(9、10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压提升装置(1),
其特征在于,
所述第一气缸装置(5)可经由第一减压阀(11)加压,所述第二气缸装置(6)可经由第二减压阀(12)加压,其中所述第一减压阀(11)的输出压力不同于所述第二减压阀(12)的输出压力,特别地,大于所述第二减压阀(12)的输出压力。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液压提升装置(1),
其特征在于,
所述蓄压器(9、10)的容积至多为1cm3,特别地,至多为0.5cm3
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液压提升装置(1),
其特征在于,
所述第二气缸装置(6)包括两个二级气缸(6a、6b),所述阀块(2)包括两个二级止回阀(8a、8b),所述两个二级气缸(6a、6b)中的每一个经由所述二级止回阀(8a、8b)中的一个连接到所述泵(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的液压提升装置(4),
其特征在于,
所述阀块(2)具有第二相同的蓄压器(9、10),所述蓄压器(9、10)中的每一个在从所述泵(3)到所述相应的二级气缸(6a、6b)的流动方向上设置在所述相应的二级止回阀(8a、8b)的上游。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液压提升装置(1),
其特征在于,
所述至少一个蓄压器(9、10)是弹簧加载蓄压器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的液压提升装置(6),
其特征在于,
所述蓄压器(9、10)具有弹簧(13)和活塞(14),所述活塞(14)在所述弹簧(13)的作用下可移动地设置在所述阀块(2)的接收孔(15)中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的液压提升装置(7),
其特征在于,
所述蓄压器(9、10)具有密封压盖(16),所述密封压盖(16)固定在所述阀块(2)上并闭合所述接收孔(15)。
9.一种具有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的液压提升装置(1)的移动装置的底盘。
10.一种具有根据权利要求9所述的底盘的移动装置,特别地,移动医疗器械。
