It may be evident, however, that such embodiment(s) may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form in order to facilitate describing one or more embodiments.
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for repairing a waterproof impermeable layer of a mountain cave depot according to the invention;
as shown in fig. 1, the method for repairing the waterproof and impermeable layer of the mountain cave depot according to the embodiment repairs the leakage conditions caused by different positions and different reasons of the cave depot according to the characteristics of the separated wall type mountain cave depot. The leakage of the mountain cave depot is generally linear or point-plane.
The method comprises the following steps: repairing a structural layer, repairing a surface layer and repairing a decoration layer.
1. Repair of structural layers
When the vault of the cave depot needs to be repaired, the repair of the structural layer comprises laying at least three terylene waterproof coiled material layers in the leakage range of the outer wall of the leakage part. The vault of the wall-type mountain cave depot is far away from the rock wall, so that workers can be accommodated in the vault, the workers can be accommodated above the outer wall of the vault for operation, and the structural layer of the vault can be repaired by adopting a method of paving waterproof coiled materials.
Laying at least three polyester waterproof coiled material layers comprises: and dismantling a base layer in the seepage range on the upper part of the outer wall of the vault, leveling, and paving each layer of terylene waterproof coiled material layer, wherein the terylene waterproof coiled material layer comprises the steps of uniformly brushing cement slurry adhesive and paving the terylene waterproof coiled material.
The concrete operation can be to clear up the rubble on the outer wall earlier for a long time, demolish the basic unit, clear up the rubbish that produces after demolishing, after the clean up, basic unit face levels, scribbles three-layer dacron waterproofing membrane layer in this embodiment. When three polyester waterproof coiled material layers are coated, a first cement paste binder layer is uniformly coated on a base layer surface, a first polyester waterproof coiled material layer is paved, a second cement paste binder layer is uniformly coated, a second polyester waterproof coiled material layer is paved, a third cement paste binder layer is uniformly coated, and a third polyester waterproof coiled material layer is paved.
Each layer of cement paste adhesive is uniformly coated, does not expose the bottom and is not accumulated, and the polyester waterproof coiled material is paved immediately after the cement paste adhesive is coated, so that the bonding quality is prevented from being influenced by overlong time. The full-paving method is adopted for paving each layer of terylene waterproof coiled material, the terylene waterproof coiled material cannot be wrinkled, the coiled material cannot be stretched by force, and air and redundant adhesive under the terylene waterproof coiled material are removed while paving. The bonding compactness between the first layer of terylene waterproof coiled material and the base layer and between the first layer of terylene waterproof coiled material and each layer of terylene waterproof coiled material is ensured. When each layer of terylene waterproof coiled material is paved, the lap joint width of each layer of terylene waterproof coiled material is not smaller than 100mm, the joints of two adjacent terylene waterproof coiled materials are staggered by one third of the width, and the joints of the upper layer of terylene waterproof coiled material and the lower layer of terylene waterproof coiled material are staggered by one third of the width, so that the leakage at the joints is avoided.
The preparation of the cement paste binder is very important, the preparation quality is related to the bonding quality, and the cement paste binder is a mixture of 425 cement and waterproof glue powder. The proportion of the rubber powder, 425 cement and water is controlled to be (8-9) to 100 to (20-25), and the mixture is fully stirred for 10 minutes by electric power, so that the mixture has excellent plasticity, is uniform, has no sediment, has no coagulum and has no segregation phenomenon, and can be used.
Because the vault at the corner of the cave depot is easy to leak, when the vault at the corner of the cave depot needs to be repaired, one more terylene waterproof coiled material layer is paved compared with the vault at the straight passage; the terylene waterproof coiled material layer at the inner and outer corners of the vault is paved into an arc shape, so that the terylene waterproof coiled material is prevented from being folded and damaged, and the radius of the arc shape can be 20mm.
Because the distance from the wall body of the wall-type mountain cave depot to the rock wall is smaller, workers cannot be accommodated, and leakage repair of the wall body can only be operated on the inner wall side of the cave depot, so that the repair of the wall body structural layer adopts grouting repair in the wall body.
In the method, when the wall body of the cave depot needs to be repaired, the corresponding slurry is selected for injection according to the leakage condition during the repair of the structural layer. Specifically, the surface leakage part is injected by adopting water curing grouting material; injecting the acrylate grouting material into the point-like leakage position; injecting the linear leakage part by using epoxy resin grouting material; the leakage part of the deformation joint is injected by hydrophilic two-component polyurethane grouting material.
The external form is in the form of planar leakage, which is generally caused by concrete honeycomb pitting surface, and is injected by water curing grouting material. The water curing grouting material is a nano biological grouting plugging material, is a nuclear molecular polymer taking water as a dispersion medium, namely, a small amount of A component material and a trace amount of B component material are mixed with a large amount of water to form an acid and alkali corrosion resistant, high-flexibility and high-elasticity waterproof colloid, and can play roles in stopping water, seepage and plugging. Under the control of special grouting equipment pressure (0.4 MPa-0.6 MPa), the water curing grouting material can infiltrate into a water-permeable gap in the construction process, and after AB two components are mixed, a quantum curing reaction can be instantaneously generated, so that a damaged and empty waterproof layer and a seepage channel can be filled and repaired and are glued with capillary seepage channels in concrete to form a dynamic waterproof layer, and planar seepage caused by honeycomb pitting surface and the like is effectively treated, thereby achieving the aim of repairing the waterproof and impermeable layer.
External forms are shown as punctiform leaks, typically caused by concrete holes, and are injected with an acrylate grouting material. The grouting material of acrylic acid salt is an environment-friendly waterproof and seepage-proof chemical grouting material, which is based on acrylic acid salt, takes water as a diluent and contains a resin and an initiator. Under the action of a certain initiator, a high-elasticity gel is formed through chemical reaction. The concrete can permeate into a gap with the width of 0.1mm, can effectively treat spot leakage caused by concrete holes and the like, has adjustable curing time, can be controlled to be 30s-2min after rapid curing, and can be controlled to be more than 10min after slow curing.
The external form is a linear leakage, which is generally caused by concrete cracks, and is injected by using epoxy resin grouting materials. The epoxy resin slurry can be used for grouting micro cracks in a concrete structure and cracks on the surface of a rock mass base layer, so that the overall compactness and safety of the structure are achieved, and particularly in concrete micro-crack treatment, the effect of the epoxy resin grouting slurry is outstanding. The adhesive has better performance, the slurry has small viscosity and good fluidity, and the adhesive is matched with toughening agent, thixotropic agent and other auxiliary agents, so that the solidified colloid polymer has good compression resistance and impermeability, larger bonding strength and good toughness.
The external form is shown as large-area leakage at the deformation joint, generally leakage caused by the deformation joint, and hydrophilic two-component polyurethane grouting material is adopted for injection. The hydrophilic double-component polyurethane chemical grouting material is a polymer grouting plugging material which is chemically synthesized by polycyanate and polyhydroxy polyether, and the slurry is quickly foamed after being mixed with water, and then is expanded and solidified to form an elastic colloidal aggregate, and when encountering water again, the slurry can continuously absorb water to expand, and the state is similar to a piece of sponge, so that linear leakage caused by concrete cracks is effectively treated.
Grouting process: measuring paying-off, distributing pouring points, drilling pouring holes, burying grouting pipes, grouting operation, grouting effect inspection and plugging grouting holes.
Aiming at linear leakage and deformation joint leakage, V-shaped grooves with the depth of 30mm-40mm are chiseled at intervals along the leakage lines or joints on the inner wall, grouting pipes are buried in the V-shaped grooves, and leakage blocking agents are adopted for compaction and sealing between the grouting pipes and the V-shaped grooves to prevent slurry from being discharged during grouting. The maximum continuous grouting pressure is not more than 0.6MPa, preferably 0.4-0.6 MPa, and the grouting is carried out, if the slurry leakage is found in the injection process, the slurry leakage is blocked by adopting a plugging agent in time; and (3) under the specified maximum grouting pressure of 0.6MPa, injecting until no slurry is fed, keeping the slurry shielding time at least 5 minutes, and ending the injection. If the grouting pipe is desized after the fact that the grouting pipe is desized (caused by fine cracks of concrete and capillary absorption), the supplementary grouting is necessary. The set distance may be 300mm.
Holes with the depth of 30mm-40mm are drilled on the surface or points of the leakage on the inner wall aiming at the planar leakage and the point leakage, grouting pipes are buried in the holes, and the grouting pipes and the holes are compacted and sealed by adopting a plugging agent to prevent slurry from being discharged during grouting.
After the structural layer of the vault or the wall is repaired, the repair of the surface layer of the vault or the wall and the repair of the decoration layer adopt basically the same method, and the construction of workers in a cave depot is realized.
2. Repair of surface layer
The repair of the surface layer comprises the steps of firstly scraping a cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof layer on the inner wall of the leakage part, and then scraping a plugging agent for leveling.

The cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material can repair cracks below 0.3mm, can effectively fill various gaps in concrete, is closely linked with the concrete, forms a stable structure, increases structural strength, is not easy to undergo chemical reaction again, and prolongs the service life of the concrete structure.
The doctor blade coating and leveling the leakage stopping agent comprises doctor blade coating a first layer of leakage stopping agent with the thickness of 0.7-0.8 mm, spraying the surface of the first layer of leakage stopping agent to be wet after the first layer of leakage stopping agent is hardened, and carrying out moisture preservation and maintenance after the first layer of leakage stopping agent and the second layer of leakage stopping agent are hardened.
The scraping time interval of each layer of plugging agent is about 1 hour, and the scraping of two layers of plugging agents is compact when scraping, so that the strict joint is important to pay attention to. The total thickness of the two layers of the plugging agent is about 1.5mm. And after the two layers of the plugging agent are hardened, immediately performing moisture preservation and maintenance to prevent pulverization. The site can be maintained by adopting a water spraying mode, and the maintenance time is 2 days.
The ingredients of the plugging agent are retarder plugging agent, and the ingredients are powder comprising water=1: (0.32-0.35), and stirring with a hand-held stirrer to obtain precipitate particles, clot, etc.
3. Repair of finishing layer
The repair of the decoration layer comprises the steps of spraying primer and then spraying waterproof special mortar on the repaired surface layer. The process comprises the steps of basic layer treatment, primer spraying, additional layer construction, waterproof special mortar spraying by a multifunctional spraying machine, inspection and repair. The multifunctional spraying machine is controlled in a full pressure state.
The primer adopts emulsion paint, and the whole inner wall in all restoration ranges is basically decorated neatly by adopting the primer. Because the primer with darker color used at the leaking part can not be completely covered when the surface layer is repaired, the primer or putty powder is added on the primer with darker color at the upper part for further covering, and finally the integral spraying machine is used for spraying waterproof special mortar.
The waterproof special mortar material comprises waterproof agent, cement and sand, wherein the proportion of the waterproof agent, cement, sand and water is 0.05:1:2.6:3.3, the thickness of the waterproof special mortar is more than 1.5mm.
The repair process of the wall body of the cave depot is also suitable for repairing the wall body of the wall-attached cave depot.
The repairing method of the waterproof and impermeable layer of the mountain cave depot according to the present invention is described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the method for repairing a waterproof barrier for a cave depot as set forth in the present invention described above without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
