Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present invention generally proposes a laundry treating apparatus and a control method thereof, and applies the control method to the laundry treating apparatus. The laundry treating apparatus may take many forms, such as a dryer. There are many types of clothes dryers, for example, a drum type clothes dryer, the clothes treating apparatus includes a drum 100, and a lint fabric to be dried is in the drum 100, and the laundry moves along with the rotation of the drum 100 and contacts with flowing high temperature air, and the high temperature air takes away moisture on the laundry (the moisture is taken away by evaporation), so that the laundry is dried quickly. The laundry treating apparatus includes a drum 100 and a tub 200, and the drum 100 is disposed inside the tub 200 to rotate compared to the tub 200. A heating device is provided at an air inlet of the drum 100 to adjust the temperature of air introduced into the drum 100. The laundry treating apparatus further includes a gas driving device 500, and the gas driving device 500 is disposed in a wind tunnel of the laundry treating apparatus to draw out gas inside the drum 100, so that heated air may enter the drum 100 from the air inlet and may be discharged out of the drum 100 from the air outlet of the drum 100. The gas-driven apparatus 500 may be in many forms such as a suction pump, a vacuum pump, etc. Of course, in some embodiments, in order to avoid discharging a large amount of hot and humid air directly into the room, the condenser 600 and the condensing fan 700 are disposed at the position of the air outlet, the hot and humid air passes through the condenser 600, and the condensing fan 700 cools the condenser 600, so that the hot and humid air is cooled down in temperature and humidity while passing through the condenser 600.
The specific steps of the control method of the laundry treating apparatus 300 will be mainly described below.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a laundry treating apparatus 300 includes a drum 100 and a wireless communication module, the drum 100 is configured to receive laundry, the wireless communication module is configured to implement wireless communication connection with an external apparatus, and a control method of the laundry treating apparatus 300 includes:
s100, acquiring a laundry state in the drum 100;
s200, determining that the clothes are in a winding state;
s300, sending a confirmation request to the specified external equipment 800 through the wireless communication module;
and S400, acquiring a request response fed back by the external equipment 800, and performing self-unwrapping according to the request response or waiting for external auxiliary unwrapping.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the wireless communication module can have various forms, such as a bluetooth module, a WiFi module, a 2G/3G/4G/5G module, and the like. Of course, in some embodiments, the communication connection can be made to the internet through a WiFi module and then to the outside. The devices for wireless communication with the outside are collectively referred to as the external device 800, and the external device 800 may have many forms, for example, a mobile terminal, where the mobile terminal includes one or more of a wearable device, a mobile phone, a remote controller, and a notebook computer. Wherein, wearing equipment can be wrist-watch, earphone, massage appearance etc..
Firstly, acquiring the state of the laundry in the drum 100 in many ways, such as acquiring the current of the motor of the drum 100 and observing the shape of the current-time curve to determine the entanglement of the laundry in the drum 100; the image acquisition device may be arranged to acquire the image of the inside of the drum 100 to determine the laundry winding condition inside the drum 100. And when the clothes are determined to be in the non-winding state, the clothes dryer continues to dry normally. And when the clothes are determined to be in the winding state, sending a confirmation request to the mobile terminal through the wireless communication module. After receiving the confirmation request, the mobile terminal sends a request to the user, wherein the request sending mode includes multiple modes, such as one or more of vibration prompt, light prompt and audio prompt. In this embodiment, for example, options are displayed on the display screen of the mobile terminal after the vibration prompt, such as "confirm" and "ignore" are displayed. After sending the confirmation request to the user, waiting for receiving the selection (control instruction) of the user, generating a corresponding request response according to the control instruction of the user, and sending the generated request response to the laundry processing device 300, wherein the laundry processing device 300 performs a corresponding operation according to the request response after receiving the request response. For example, when the user selects "confirm", the mobile terminal generates a first feedback signal and transmits the first feedback signal to the dryer; when the user selects 'ignore', a second feedback signal is generated and sent to the dryer. The laundry treating apparatus 300 performs a process according to the first feedback signal and the second feedback signal, respectively, after receiving the first feedback signal and the second feedback signal. For example, the dryer performs self-disentanglement when receiving the first feedback signal, and waits for the external auxiliary disentanglement when the dryer receives the second feedback signal.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus 300 first acquires a laundry state in the drum 100; after determining that the laundry is in the entangled state, transmitting a confirmation request to the designated external device 800 through the wireless communication module; and then, the request response fed back by the external device 800 is acquired, and self-unwinding or auxiliary unwinding waiting for the outside is performed according to the request response, so that the drying process of the clothes treatment device 300 can obtain the instruction sent by the user through the external device 800, thereby realizing artificial participation and being beneficial to improving the drying effect of the dryer on clothes under special working conditions.
There are various ways to determine the state of the clothing in the drum 100, and two examples will be described below.
In some embodiments, the determination may be made through a current curve of a driving motor of the drum 100, and in particular, the acquiring of the laundry state inside the drum 100 includes:
acquiring a current fluctuation curve of a driving motor of the drum 100;
and determining the wave crest and/or the wave trough of the regular current fluctuation curve, and determining that the clothes are in a winding state.
The method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining a current fluctuation curve of a driving motor of the roller 100, firstly carrying out operational amplification and numerical filtering on a real-time weak current signal, and then carrying out acquisition processing through a singlechip adc to form a current time curve of the driving motor. And then judging whether the acquired current time curve has regular wave crests and/or wave troughs, if so, indicating that the clothes are wound together, and the gravity center is easy to change when the drum 100 rotates, so that the load of the driving motor changes along with time. If the current-time curve is relatively stable and no obvious wave crest and/or wave trough exists in the preset time period, it indicates that the change of the center of gravity of the clothes in the drum 100 is not obvious and the change of the load is not obvious in the rotation process of the drum 100, so that the clothes are relatively uniform and are not wound or knotted.
Referring to fig. 4, on the basis of the above embodiment, in order to reduce the influence on the user, the drying influence on the laundry is not serious when the amount or the light winding is small, and the user confirmation is not required at this time.
Before the step of sending the confirmation request to the specified external device 800 through the wireless communication module, the method further includes:
s500, acquiring the current weight of the clothes in the drum 100;
s600, confirming that the current weight is greater than or equal to the preset weight;
s400, sending a confirmation request to the designated external device 800 through the wireless communication module.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after it is determined that the laundry is entangled, the current weight of the laundry in the drum 100 is obtained, and then the current weight is compared with the preset weight, and if the current weight is smaller than the preset weight, it indicates that the number of the laundry is small, that is, the entangled number is small, the entanglement is not serious, and the influence degree of the entanglement on the drying is not deep, and at this time, the confirmation request may not be sent to the external device 800. If the current weight is greater than or equal to the preset weight, it indicates that the number of the clothes is large, that is, the number of the clothes is large, the clothes is wound seriously, and the drying process is greatly affected, and at this time, a confirmation request needs to be sent to the external device 800, so that the user knows the current state, and makes a selection according to the current state. If the user thinks that the weather is very good and the clothes can be aired after drying, the user can instruct the clothes treatment device 300 to unwind by itself without manual intervention. If the user considers that manual intervention is required to ensure that the laundry is dried in the shortest time, the drum 100 of the laundry treating apparatus 300 may be instructed to stop rotating and then the laundry is manually disentangled. Therefore, unnecessary confirmation requests can be intercepted, the confirmation requests sent to the mobile terminal are reduced, the request precision is improved, and meanwhile the user experience is improved.
It is worth mentioning that, as for the weight M of the laundry in the drum 100 and the current magnitude I of the motor of the drum 100, the following relationship exists: I-0.2807M + 1579. The working current I is current data collected by an ADC (Analog to Digital Converter), and is positively correlated with the rotation torque of the drum 100, the larger the rotation torque of the drum 100 is, the larger the current is, the larger the load weight M in the drum 100 is, the unit is g, and the load weight M is the weight of the object to be dried at the end of drying, and the relational expression is obtained by establishing a function model through a plurality of sets of experimental data.
Of course, in some embodiments, the state of the laundry may be obtained by an image capturing device, specifically, a light source and an image capturing device are disposed on the inner sidewall of the drum 100, and the obtaining of the state of the laundry in the drum 100 includes:
acquiring a current state image of the laundry in the drum 100;
and acquiring the clothes state according to the current state image.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the state of the clothes in the drum 100 needs to be determined, the light source is turned on first, and after the operation with the light source is stable, the image capturing device operates to capture the image of the clothes in the drum 100, so as to obtain the current state image of the clothes in the drum 100. The image acquisition device can be a camera, a camera and the like. And performing image analysis on the current state image to acquire the current state of the clothes, or comparing the current state image with a reference image (a part where the clothes are wound or knotted) prestored in a storage device, wherein if the reference image is included in the current state image, the clothes are in a wound state currently. It is worth noting that not only whether the laundry is entangled or not can be judged, but also the degree and amount of entanglement of the laundry can be obtained, whether by image analysis of the current state image or by comparison with the reference image prestored in the storage means. The degree and amount of the laundry entangled may be used as a basis for whether to transmit a confirmation request to the external device 800.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, in order to ensure that the laundry has enough time to be dried after being unwound, before the step of sending a confirmation request to the designated external device 800 through the wireless communication module, the method further includes:
s700, acquiring the residual time length of the drying process;
s800, confirming that the residual time length is greater than or equal to a first preset time length;
s400, sending a confirmation request to the designated external device 800 through the wireless communication module.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the remaining time of the drying process is first obtained, and the remaining time is equal to the set drying time minus the time already spent in the drying process. Of course, the drying time period may also be directly obtained from the laundry treating apparatus 300, and the laundry treating apparatus 300 has a timer to provide the remaining time period of the drying process in real time. After the remaining time period is obtained, the remaining time period is compared with the first preset time period, if the remaining time period is greater than or equal to the first preset time period, it indicates that the time remaining in the drying process is sufficient, and even after the entangled laundry is unwound, sufficient time still exists for drying the laundry, at this time, the laundry processing apparatus 300 may send a confirmation request to the designated external apparatus 800 through the wireless communication module. If the remaining time is less than the first preset time, it indicates that the time remaining in the drying process is insufficient, that is, after the winding-releasing process is performed on the wound laundry, there is not enough drying time to dry the laundry, at this time, the laundry processing apparatus 300 may not send the confirmation request to the designated external apparatus 800 any more, because the meaning of the request is not great, and the user may be affected.
Of course, in some embodiments, in the case that the remaining time length is less than the first preset time length, the whole drying time length may be subjected to a delay processing, so as to solve the problem of insufficient time. Specifically, the method further comprises the following steps after the step of acquiring the remaining time of the drying process:
confirming that the residual time length is less than a first preset time length;
increasing the time length of the drying process to increase the residual time length to a first preset time length;
a confirmation request is sent to the designated external device 800 through the wireless communication module.
Specifically, in this embodiment, if it is determined that the remaining time period is less than the first preset time period, the total time period of the drying process is increased, so that the remaining time period is increased to the first preset time period, that is, the laundry has enough time to be dried after being disentangled. On this basis, a confirmation request is transmitted to the external device 800, and the disentanglement process is performed on the laundry in response to the request fed back from the external device 800, or a manual disentanglement process by the user is awaited. Therefore, when the clothes are confirmed to be wound, enough time is provided for drying the clothes, the drying effect of the clothes can be greatly improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In some embodiments, the request response fed back by the external device 800 includes a first response signal and a second response signal, and the step of performing self-unwinding according to the request response or waiting for performing auxiliary unwinding from the outside includes:
confirming that the request response is a first response signal, and waiting for auxiliary unwinding from the outside;
and confirming that the request response is the second response signal, and performing self-unwinding.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first response signal has the same meaning as the first feedback signal in the previous embodiment, and may be the same or different, and mainly functions to feed back a control instruction sent by the user through the external device 800. Similarly, the second response signal has the same meaning as the second feedback signal in the previous embodiment, and may be the same or different, and mainly plays a role in feeding back the control command sent by the user through the external device 800. In the present embodiment, the second response signal represents that the user does not perform preparation for manually releasing the laundry from the winding, and instructs the laundry treating apparatus 300 to perform an operation of automatically releasing the winding.
There are various ways how to automatically unwind and wait for the auxiliary unwinding from the outside, and specifically, the self-unwinding step includes:
the conversion frequency of the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the roller 100 is improved, or the roller 100 is controlled to perform variable-speed forward and reverse rotation movement; and/or the step of waiting for the external auxiliary unwinding comprises the following steps: the driving motor of the drum 100 is turned off for a second preset time period.
In the present embodiment, the self-unwinding may be achieved by increasing the switching frequency of the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the drum 100, for example, the switching period of the forward rotation and the reverse rotation may be 2 minutes before the step of the self-unwinding, and the switching period of the forward rotation and the reverse rotation may be adjusted to 1 minute when the step of the self-unwinding is performed. Alternatively, the drum 100 may be controlled to perform variable speed forward and reverse rotation, for example, before the self-unwinding step, the forward rotation and the reverse rotation are both constant, and the speed change of the forward rotation and the reverse rotation may be set to be gradually increased or gradually decreased when the self-unwinding step is performed, which is also advantageous for unwinding of the wound laundry.
In some embodiments, the user does not timely disentangle the laundry in the laundry treating apparatus 300 after selecting the manual disentanglement of the entangled laundry, and after the step of turning off the driving motor of the drum 100 for the second preset time period, the method further includes:
acquiring a laundry state within the drum 100;
and determining that the clothes are in a winding state, and performing self-unwinding.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, after the laundry treating apparatus 300 stops the operation of the scroll motor for the second preset time period in response to the request, the state of the laundry in the drum 100 is acquired again, and if the disentanglement process has been performed by the user, the normal drying process is performed according to a predetermined procedure. If the laundry winding state is determined to still exist, it indicates that the manual disentanglement operation effect of the user is not obvious, and even the user does not perform the manual disentanglement processing on the laundry, at this time, the laundry processing apparatus 300 performs the self-disentanglement processing to improve the drying effect of the laundry as much as possible.
In some embodiments, when the user sends the control instruction to the external processing device, a malfunction (e.g. a selection error) may occur, or after the user sends the control instruction, the idea is changed, and the control instruction needs to be modified (e.g. a modification option), a modification instruction may be sent to the laundry processing device 300 through the external device 800, and after the step of obtaining the request response fed back by the external device 800, the method further includes:
acquiring a correction instruction sent by the specified external equipment 800;
and carrying out self-unwrapping according to the correction instruction or waiting for external auxiliary unwrapping.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the correction instruction transmitted from the designated external device 800 is acquired, and the policy of the laundry disentanglement is readjusted according to the correction instruction. After the correction instruction is acquired, the correction instruction is compared with the prior request response, and if the contents of the correction instruction and the prior request response are consistent (for example, the contents of the correction instruction and the prior request response are both the first response signal or the second response signal), the prior request response is continuously executed at this moment. If the correction command is inconsistent with the content of the previous request response (for example, the first response signal is used first, and the correction command is used second response signal), the strategy for unwinding needs to be adjusted according to the correction command. In the case where the correction command does not match the content of the previous request response, if the laundry treatment apparatus 300 has already performed the previous request response, the current operation is immediately stopped, and a new operation is performed instead (for example, if the previous request response requires waiting for external assist unwinding, and the received correction command is to perform automatic unwinding, the stopping behavior of the motor of the drum 100 is interrupted, and the motor of the drum 100 is controlled to perform the self-unwinding operation), and if the laundry treatment apparatus 300 has not yet performed, the execution operation is directly modified.
Since the laundry treating apparatus 300 operates in response to the previous request before receiving the correction command, it takes a time period of the drying process, and it is necessary to acquire and judge a current remaining time period in order to ensure that the remaining time period of the drying process is sufficient for a new operation when the correction command is performed. Specifically, the step of performing self-unwinding or waiting for external auxiliary unwinding according to the correction instruction includes:
acquiring the current residual time length of the drying process according to the correction instruction;
confirming that the current remaining time length is less than a third preset time length;
increasing the time length of the drying process to increase the residual time length of the drying process to a third preset time length;
and carrying out self-unwrapping according to the correction instruction or waiting for external auxiliary unwrapping.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the current remaining time length of the drying process is first obtained according to the modification instruction, then the current remaining time length is compared with a third preset time length, and if the current remaining time length is greater than or equal to the third preset time length, it is described that the time remaining in the drying process at this time is enough for the modification instruction to execute the required time, and at this time, the drying process is continued according to the modification instruction. If the current remaining time length is less than the third preset time length, the remaining time of the drying process at this time is not enough to provide the required time for executing the correction instruction, and at this time, the total time length of the drying process needs to be increased, so that the remaining time length of the drying process is increased to the third preset time length to meet the time length required for executing the correction instruction.
It should be noted that the third preset time period in this embodiment may be the same as or different from the first preset time period in the previous embodiment, and specifically, may be set and adjusted according to an actual working condition.
The present invention also proposes a laundry treating apparatus 300 comprising a memory for storing a program for implementing a control method of the laundry treating apparatus 300, a processor, and a control method stored on the memory for implementing the laundry treating apparatus 300; the processor is used to execute a program implementing the control method of the laundry treating apparatus 300 to implement the steps of the control method of the laundry treating apparatus 300.
