The radiation coil is a core component of the ethylene cracking furnace, the ethylene cracking reaction is completed in a radiation coil cavity, the radiation coil runs under the high-temperature working condition, the radiation coil is positioned in a radiation section hearth, and the upper part of the radiation coil is connected with a quenching heat exchanger. For the initial installation of the radiant coil of the cracking furnace, generally, before the rapid cooling heat exchanger is installed, the whole group of radiant coils is hoisted into a hearth from a slotted steel on the top of the furnace, and then the rapid cooling heat exchanger is hoisted. The disadvantages of this approach are:
1. the hoisting radiation coil is used as a procedure immediately before hoisting the quenching heat exchanger, is positioned in a key path, and has higher requirement on the coordination of project purchasing and installation progress;
2. the radiant coil is hoisted into the hearth too early, and the surface of the radiant coil is easily stained in the later period in the construction process of refractory materials.
Because the radiant coil has higher operating temperature, the radiant coil needs to be replaced in a whole group after being used for a certain period of time, and for the replacement of the radiant coil after being used for a certain period of time, the radiant coil generally has the following two methods:
one is that the coil pipe enters the hearth from a manhole door in a pipe section form and then is assembled and welded in the hearth; the method has the disadvantages of large on-site welding workload, difficult control of welding quality and assembly precision and longer construction period.
The other is that the whole group of radiant coils enters the hearth from the bottom of the furnace; the defects of the scheme are that the combustor and the related pipelines at the bottom of the cracking furnace, the air preheater and the related pipelines, and the return hearth coking pipelines need to be temporarily dismantled, and the furnace tubes are restored after being in place, so that the construction scheme is complex and the technical difficulty is high; and the method needs to complete the rotation of the coil pipe from the horizontal state to the vertical state in the hearth, and is not easy to implement in a narrow hearth space.

9. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide rail is connected to the furnace at one end and extends out of the furnace at the other end.
10. A method of installing a radiant coil of a pyrolysis furnace comprising:
arranging an operation door on the end wall of the cracking furnace;
arranging a guide rail at the top of the cracking furnace;
providing a mounting bracket in sliding fit with the guide rail;
carrying the radiant coil on the mounting;
and moving the mounting rack bearing the radiation coil to a coil mounting position in the cracking furnace through the operation door along the guide rail.
