Abstract
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体的涉及一种PVC防护栏组合物。本发明所述的PVC防护栏组合物,包括以下质量份数的原料:HMPVC 50~100份、CPVC树脂0~50份、有机锡稳定剂0.6~1.5份、钙锌稳定剂0~1.0份、抗冲改性剂8~10份、流动改性剂0.5~1.5份、内润滑剂0.5~1.0份、外润滑剂2.0~4.0份、抗光老化体系3~6份、纳米碳酸钙0~10份。本发明所述的PVC防护栏组合物,具有热稳定性好、强度高、耐低温、冲击强度高、耐老化的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体的涉及一种PVC防护栏组合物。
背景技术
PVC护栏也叫作塑钢护栏,在20世纪90年代由韩国率先研发了一系列的PVC护栏产品。它采用了PVC塑料作为护栏的外壳,然后在内部配置适量的钢筋或钢绞线,合成特定的复合材料,使其在应用中共同参与受力。它有许多优良的特性:强度高;富有弹性、抗冲击性能好;无需喷漆和维护保养;安装便捷;耗材少,成本低;成型性能好;装饰效果极佳、美观醒目。
如今生产的PVC护栏种类繁多,广泛应用于建筑、道路、桥梁等领域。吕江,金成浩研发了一种公路用PVC吸能防护栏,防护栏主体做成马鞍的形状,内部挖空,在内表面设置适量均匀且相互独立的泄压腔,在中间安装支撑骨架。应用了泄压腔和支撑骨架结构的防护栏,其吸能性得到了很大的提高,当失控车辆与之产生碰撞时,能够及时有效地吸收所产生的冲击力,缓解交通事故的严重性,减少人员伤亡。在工程应用中,PVC护栏主要应用在道路路侧景观护栏,学校、公园等公共场所,起装饰和美观的作用。
PVC护栏的缺点是热稳定性不好,低温下变硬脆化,高温下易软化松弛;耐冲击性不好,光稳定性差,耐老化性差等。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种PVC防护栏组合物,其具有热稳定性好、强度高、耐低温、冲击强度高、耐老化等优点。
本发明所述的PVC防护栏组合物,包括以下质量份数的原料:
所述抗光老化体系为超细铝粉、玻璃微珠中的一种或两种与金红石型钛白粉的混合物,或者为超细铝粉、玻璃微珠、金红石型钛白粉中的一种。
所述的HMPVC树脂聚合度为1700~2500。
所述的抗冲改性剂为抗冲型ACR。
所述的流动改性剂为熔体流动速率为80-120g/10min的高流动性聚丙烯。
所述的内润滑剂为多元醇酯类润滑剂。
所述的外润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡或石蜡中三种的混合物。
所述的钙锌稳定剂为用于耐热PVC制品的固体钙锌稳定剂。
所述的有机锡稳定剂为硫醇甲基锡或硫醇辛基锡。
所述的PVC防护栏组合物中可根据颜色需要加入适量着色剂。
所述的PVC防护栏组合物的制备方法,为本领域技术人员公知常识。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明使用了HMPVC与CPVC共混,HMPVC弹性好,耐热性及热稳定性亦明显优于通用PVC,CPVC具有优异的耐热性和刚性,二者复配使用,可以大大提高PVC护栏的热稳定性、耐热性和耐低温性;
(2)本发明使用高流动性聚丙烯,在保证产品热稳定性和耐热性的前提下,大大提高了流动性,改善了加工性能;
(3)本发明使用了具有协同作用的有机锡和钙锌稳定剂,大大提高了组合物的热稳定性;
(4)本发明加入了铝粉或/和玻璃微珠,大大改善了材料的物理机械性能,同时与钛白粉协同作用,大大改善了组合物的光稳定性。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
所用原料如下:
PVC 型号QS-1050P 齐鲁石化分公司生产;
HMPVC 聚合度2500;
CPVC 聚合度1000。
实施例1-8和对比例1-2的配方见表1。

实施例1-8的制备方法:
按照配方称取各组分,于高速混合釜中高速(1200r/min)搅拌10min左右,当物料温度升至110℃时,放入低速(200r/min)混合釜中冷却,物料45±5℃后出料剂的所发明混合物。
对比例1-2的制备方法同实施例1-8。
实施例和对比例的性能参照GB/T 18998.1-2003第二部分管材的检测方法检测,所制管材型号为S6.3dn32×en2.9,GB/T 18998.1-2003未含的性能检测方法如下:
平衡扭矩:德国Brabender公司Brabender Lab-station的W50EHT 3Zones型密炼机,温度180℃,转子转速60r/min,加料量55g;
色差:按照GB/T 16422.3规定的方法进行。
检测结果见表2。
表2实施例1-8和对比例1-2制备的产品的性能测试结果
对比例2与对比例1相比,使用HMPVC后,各物理机械性能、热稳定性、光老化性大大改善,但是熔体粘度(平衡扭矩)大大增加,不利于加工。
实施例1与对比例2相比,加入了流动改性剂,大大降低了熔体粘度(平衡扭矩),改善了加工性能,其他性能相当。
实施例2与实施例1相比,加入了CPVC,大大提高了耐热性(维卡软化温度)、拉伸性能。
实施例3-5与实施例6-8相比,反映了超细铝粉或玻璃微珠与钛白粉两者或三者的协同作用,大大改善了组合物的抗紫外线性能,从而改善了组合物的光老化性能。
当然,上述内容仅为本发明的较佳实施例,不能被认为用于限定对本发明的实施例范围。本发明也并不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的均等变化与改进等,均应归属于本发明的专利涵盖范围内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防护栏组合物,其特征在于:HMPVC树脂聚合度为1700~2500。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防护栏组合物,其特征在于:有机锡稳定剂为硫醇甲基锡或硫醇辛基锡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防护栏组合物,其特征在于:抗冲改性剂为抗冲型ACR。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防护栏组合物,其特征在于:流动改性剂为熔体流动速率为80-120g/10min的高流动性聚丙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防护栏组合物,其特征在于:内润滑剂为多元醇酯类润滑剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防护栏组合物,其特征在于:外润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡或石蜡中三种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的PVC防护栏组合物,其特征在于:组合物中还加入了着色剂。
