Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has novel design, when in use, a signal tower maintainer enters the box body, when the driving component works forward, the sliding component is driven to move, the sliding component drives the scissor group to move, so that the heights of the first transverse plate, the second transverse plate and the box body are increased, otherwise, the heights of the first transverse plate, the second transverse plate and the box body are reduced, the effective lifting function of the device is realized, the parallel connecting rod component moves, the second transverse plate horizontally deviates, thereby being convenient for the maintainer to properly adjust the horizontal position at a high position, and meanwhile, the parallel connecting rod component drives the rotating component to move through the transmission component, and the rotating component drives the counterweight component to move, so that the balance of the box body is maintained, and the safety during maintenance operation is greatly improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the first connecting rod 6 connected to the first transverse plate 12 is provided with a bar-shaped through groove 11, the second connecting rod 7 connected to the first transverse plate 12 is provided with a sliding rail, a sliding block 30 is slidably disposed in the sliding rail, and a protruding portion 27 slidably engaged with the bar-shaped through groove 11 is fixedly disposed on the sliding block 30.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the driving assembly works, the sliding assembly is driven to move, and the sliding assembly drives the scissor group to move, in the process, the protruding part 27 slides with the strip-shaped through groove 11, and the sliding block 30 slides in the sliding rail, so that the ends of the first connecting rod 6 and the second connecting rod 7 do not displace on the first transverse plate 12 in the moving process of the scissor group, and the stable connection state of the first connecting rod 6 and the second connecting rod 7 with the first transverse plate 12 is ensured.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the parallel link assembly includes a first rotating rod 13 and a second rotating rod 14, both ends of which are rotatably connected to the first transverse plate 12 and the second transverse plate 17, respectively, the first transverse plate 12 is rotatably provided with a second hydraulic cylinder 15, and a piston rod 16 of the second hydraulic cylinder 15 is hinged to the second rotating rod 14.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the second hydraulic cylinder 15 extends the piston rod 16 in the maintenance process, the first rotating rod 13 and the second rotating rod 14 are rotated clockwise, so that the second transverse plate 17 and the box 18 are driven to deviate in the horizontal position, and the function of convenient adjustment of the maintenance position in the high-place operation is realized.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the transmission assembly includes a disk 28 fixedly installed on a connection shaft of the first rotating lever 13 and the first traverse plate 12, a first bevel gear 19 rotatably installed on the first traverse plate 12, and a transmission belt 29 connecting a rotation shaft of the first bevel gear 19 and the disk 28, and the first bevel gear 19 is connected with the rotation assembly.
In the embodiment of the invention, the parallel connecting rod assembly works, the first rotating rod 13 rotates clockwise, the connecting shaft of the first rotating rod 13 and the first transverse plate 12 drives the disc 28 to rotate, the disc 28 drives the first bevel gear 19 to rotate through the transmission belt 29, and the first bevel gear 19 drives the rotating assembly and the counterweight assembly to move, so that the effective transmission function of the rotating assembly and the counterweight assembly is realized.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the rotating assembly includes a rotating shaft 21 rotatably mounted on the first traverse plate 12, a second bevel gear 20 fixedly mounted on one end of the rotating shaft 21 and engaged with the first bevel gear 19, a rotating plate 22 fixedly mounted on the other end of the rotating shaft 21, and a slide bar 23 fixedly disposed at the bottom of the rotating plate 22 and slidably engaged with the weight assembly.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the transmission assembly works, the first bevel gear 19 drives the second bevel gear 20 and the rotating shaft 21 to rotate, the rotating shaft 21 drives the rotating plate 22 and the sliding rod 23 to rotate, the sliding rod 23 is in sliding fit with the counterweight assembly, and the counterweight assembly moves to maintain the balance of the box 18, so that the safety during maintenance operation is greatly improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the counterweight assembly includes two guide shafts 26 fixedly installed below the first transverse plate 12 and a counterweight 24 slidably disposed on the guide shafts 26, and the slide bar 23 is slidably engaged by two long strips 25 fixedly disposed on the counterweight 24.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the clockwise rotation process of the first rotating rod 13, the rotating assembly moves, and the sliding rod 23 is in sliding fit with the balancing weight 24 through the long strip plate 25, so that the balancing weight 25 slides on the guide shaft 26 towards the direction opposite to the movement direction of the box 18, thereby ensuring the balance of the box 18 and improving the safety during maintenance operation.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the sliding assembly includes two fixed shafts 3 fixedly installed between two vertical plates 2, and a fixed sleeve 5 and a movable sleeve 4 provided on the fixed shafts 3, wherein the fixed sleeve 5 is fixedly installed on the fixed shafts 3 by bolts, and the movable sleeve 5 is slidably provided on the fixed shafts 3;
the fixed sleeve 5 is hinged with the end part of the first connecting rod 6 close to the base 1, the movable sleeve 4 is hinged with the end part of the second connecting rod 7 close to the base 1, and the movable sleeve 5 is connected with the driving assembly.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the driving assembly works positively, the movable sleeve 4 is driven to slide on the fixed shaft 3 towards the fixed sleeve 5, so that the scissor group moves, the heights of the first transverse plate 12, the second transverse plate 17 and the box 18 are increased, and otherwise, the heights of the first transverse plate 12, the second transverse plate 17 and the box 18 are reduced, so that the effective lifting function of the device is realized.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the driving assembly includes a first hydraulic cylinder 8 mounted on the base 1, and a connection plate 9 fixedly mounted on the movable sleeve 4 and fixedly connected to a telescopic end of the first hydraulic cylinder 8, and a pulley 10 contacting the base 1 is mounted at a bottom of the connection plate 9.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the first hydraulic cylinder 8 extends the telescopic end of the telescopic sleeve, the movable sleeve 4 is driven to slide on the fixed shaft 3 towards the fixed sleeve 5 through the connecting plate 9, so that the scissor group moves to enable the box 18 to ascend, otherwise, the box 18 descends, the arrangement of the pulley 10 is beneficial to the normal sliding of the movable sleeve 4, and finally, the arrangement of the driving assembly provides effective power for the lifting of the device.
