the counterweight movable frame (112) and the counterweight (12) are integrally and movably arranged below the lifting platform (1), the counterweight (12) forms a movable telescopic structure at the side end of the lifting platform (1), and the telescopic direction of the counterweight movable frame (112) and the counterweight (12) is opposite to the horizontal displacement direction of the lifting platform (1);
the connecting movable frames (113) are connected with the adjacent protective frames (14) through linkage inhaul cables (15), the linkage inhaul cables (15) bypass the bottom edge of the lifting platform (1) through fixed pulley structures, and the length of the linkage inhaul cables (15) is equal to the lifting stroke of the protective frames (14);
the side protection frame (13) is provided with a lifting slide rail (16) at the joint part with the protection frame (14), and the protection frame (14) forms a sliding lifting structure along the lifting slide rail (16);
elastic support is kept between the upper side of the protective frame (14) and the lower side end of the lifting slide rail (16) through a support spring (17).
