The device has high dependence on the traveling crane, strict requirements on the operating environment, need to switch operating appliances, complicated operation steps, long working hours, and also needs to be matched with different work types to operate, thereby influencing the operating efficiency.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a lift truck boom structure, which comprises a mast 1, a boom 2, a fork tine apparatus 3, and a base 4. The base 4 serves as a mounting support platform for the mast 1, while the base 4 also serves to accommodate a corresponding load for balancing the operation of the tine assembly 3. The gantry 1 comprises upright columns 11 and a cross beam 12, wherein the cross beam 12 is connected to the top ends of the two upright columns 11, the bottom ends of the two upright columns 11 are respectively connected to the base 4, and the upright columns 11 are located on the position, close to the edge, of one side face of the base 4. The tine arrangement 3 includes tines 30 and landing gear 31. The undercarriage 31 is slidably connected at both ends to the two uprights 11, and the undercarriage 31 can be raised or lowered along the two uprights 11 by hydraulic means. The fork teeth 30 are of an L-shaped structure, one end of each fork tooth is fixedly connected with the undercarriage 31, and the fixedly connected mode can be sleeve clamping, welding and the like. The tines 30 are mounted on opposite sides of the mast 11 with the base 4.
The beam 12 is connected with a suspension arm 2, and the suspension arm 2 is used for static bearing. The end of the boom 2 is provided with a hook 20, the hook 20 being located above the tines 30. The boom 2 is connected to the beam 12 in a sliding manner, and the boom 2 is moved back and forth along the cross section of the beam 12 so that the hook 20 is displaced relative to the beam 12, either away from or towards. The boom 2 is telescopic relative to the beam 12, the projecting amount is determined according to the weight of the object to be lifted, and the hook 20 is used for hooking and bearing the object to be lifted.

Preferably, the beam 12 is provided with a sleeve 121, and the boom 2 is slidably connected in the sleeve 121, so that the boom 2 can be conveniently connected and moved. The boom 2 is moved in the axial direction of the sleeve 121 so that the hook 20 is displaced relative to the beam 12. The sleeve 121 may be in various structures, and may be any one of a triangular sleeve, a rectangular sleeve, a trapezoidal sleeve, a polygonal sleeve, or a cylindrical sleeve. Preferably, the sleeve 121 is provided with a jack, and the suspension arm 2 is provided with a groove, so that the positions of the suspension arm 2 and the sleeve 121 can be fixed through a bolt. The sleeve 1121 may be provided with a single insertion hole, and the suspension arm 2 may be provided with grooves side by side. The fork tines 30 are connected to a tray 5, the tray 5 being mainly composed of two parts, a tray 51 and a rim 52. The bracket 51 is a main bearing frame structure of a herringbone structure consisting of a supporting rod 510 and a connecting cylinder 511, and the fork teeth 30 are connected to the lower part of the supporting rod 510. The frame 52 is a groove-shaped structure, and two side walls of the frame 52 of the groove-shaped structure extend into the connecting cylinder 511 to realize telescopic connection. The frames 52 connected to both sides of the bracket 51 can increase or reduce the transverse length of the tray in a telescopic manner, and can be adapted to a plurality of commonly used type frequency converters of different brands and different series, so that the installation operation is more firm, stable and convenient.
