The invention provides a new scheme for integrally coupling water jet propulsion and a ship body, which realizes the integral coupling from structure to hydrodynamic force, and simultaneously, the water jet propulsion device is assembled and disassembled in a modular way, the process is accurate and simple, and the problem of low propulsion efficiency of the water jet propulsion ship in the range of 18-30kn can be solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a coupling technology of a water jet propeller and a ship structure, in particular to a structure capable of realizing the deep coupling of the water jet propeller and the ship from the structure to hydrodynamic force.
Background
At present, two structural types of water spraying propellers are arranged on a ship body, one type is that the propellers are arranged in a tail cabin of the ship body, a pump body of each propeller is integrally fixed on a transom, the axis of a device is basically coincident with a waterline of the ship body, water at the bottom of the ship is guided into a propeller pump through a built-in inlet flow channel, and the arrangement type of the propellers is called built-in water spraying propulsion, and is shown in fig. 1. Another arrangement is an external arrangement, in which the water jet propulsion is suspended from the bottom of the ship, see fig. 2. Whether internal or external, the water jet propulsion is well defined with the hull. The two structures have the technical problems that the water jet propulsion ship in the middle and low navigational speed ranges has low propulsion efficiency and can not realize the modular disassembly of the water jet propulsion ship and the ship body. Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 3 to 12, in the integrated coupling structure of water jet propulsion and a ship body, the water jet propulsion is integrally arranged below the waterline at the tail part of the ship body 1, and the lowest point of the lower edge of the water jet propulsion is not more than the bottom of the ship. Most of the circumference of the water jet propeller is embedded in the hull, a punching inlet runner is arranged in front of the propulsion pump 3, and the water jet propeller is fixed at the tail part (stern plate 1.1 and bottom plate 1.4) of the hull 1 through a wedge-shaped block 3.4.1 of the impeller shell 3.4 and a screw group 2, and the details are shown in figures 3 and 4.
The pump body of the propulsion pump 3 is mostly embedded in the hull 1 along the circumferential direction, the lower part of the propulsion pump is exposed out of the hull 1, and the front part of the propulsion pump 3 is provided with a punching inlet runner 1.2 which is integrated with the hull. The water jet propulsion pump is matched with the wedge-shaped groove 1.3 corresponding to the ship body through the wedge-shaped block 3.4.1 on the upper part of the impeller shell 3.4, so that the high-precision positioning and circumferential fixation of the water jet propulsion device and the ship body are realized, and the water jet propulsion device is positioned in the ship length direction and fixed on the ship body through the end plate 3.2.1 on the vane body of the propulsion pump and the screw group 2, as shown in figures 4,5 and 6.
The tail of the ship body 1 is provided with a punching type inlet runner 1.2, a cylinder-like cavity for installing a propeller is arranged behind the punching type inlet runner 1.2, and a wedge-shaped groove 1.3 is arranged above the cavity so as to be matched and positioned with a wedge-shaped block 3.4.1 at the upper part of the impeller shell 3.4. Screw holes are machined in the hull aft tail plate 1.1 to mount a screw set 2 for securing the thrust pump, see fig. 7,8.
The water jet propulsion pump 3 consists of an impeller 3.1, a guide vane body 3.2, a shafting 3.3 and an impeller shell 3.4. The guide vane body 3.2 is provided with an end plate 3.2.1 for coupling with the hull by means of a screw set 2, see fig. 9, 10. The impeller shell 3.4 is provided with a wedge-shaped block 3.4.1 for matching with the wedge-shaped groove 1.3 of the ship body, so that the accurate positioning and mounting of the propeller on the ship body are realized, and the impeller shell 3.4 and an inlet runner on the ship body 1 are in smooth transition, as shown in figures 11 and 12.
The specific implementation process of the invention comprises the following steps:
a) Processing an inlet runner 1.2 and a cylinder-like cavity with a wedge-shaped groove 1.3 for installing a propeller at the tail part of a ship body 1;
b) Assembling an impeller 3.1, a guide vane body 3.2, a thrust pump shaft system 3.3 and a thrust pump impeller shell 3.4 of the thrust pump in place, and ensuring that wedge-shaped blocks of a guide vane body end plate 3.2.1 and an impeller shell 3.4.1 are positioned right above so as to be in smooth butt joint with the ship body geometry;
c) According to the pairing principle of the wedge-shaped blocks 3.4.1 of the impeller shell 3.4 and the hull wedge-shaped grooves 1.3, the propulsion pump is installed in place, the screw group 2 is screwed on, the assembly of the propulsion pump on a ship is completed, and then a shafting is connected, so that the system installation is completed.
The invention adopts a new scheme of coupling water jet propulsion with a ship body, the water jet propulsion device is integrally arranged below the waterline at the tail part of the ship body, an inlet runner of the propulsion device and the ship body form an integral body, and the type of the inlet runner is a punching type. The propulsion pump is positioned and installed in a matched mode through wedge blocks on the impeller shell and wedge grooves corresponding to the tail of the ship body, and the propeller is fixed on the ship body through end plates on the propeller guide vane body through a set of screws. The impeller shell of the water jet propulsion pump is connected with the inlet runner smoothly and transitionally. The propelling pump is integrally assembled and disassembled with the wedge-shaped groove through the wedge-shaped block.
