In the embodiment, the positioning fixture is used for ensuring the positioning accuracy of the ring-shaped piece, the positioning part and the tightening, heat dissipation and ventilation protection part are independent from each other and do not influence each other, and the deformation of parts is effectively controlled on the premise of ensuring the quality of a welding seam; the part is through the upset and the rotation of a plurality of directions, guarantees welded efficiency, reduces the intensity of labour of artifical upset.

Claims (10)

1. A turnover fixture for welding a ring-shaped element with a circumferential boss is characterized by comprising a positioning unit, a supporting unit, an air path switching unit and a rotating unit;
the positioning unit comprises a positioning plate for centering the ring-shaped piece, positioning columns and positioning screws, the number of the positioning columns and the number of the positioning screws are consistent with that of the bosses and are used for positioning the bosses, an upper cover plate is arranged above the positioning plate, the ring-shaped piece is placed between the positioning plate and the upper cover plate, and the positioning plate is fixedly connected with the positioning columns;
the supporting unit is provided with a supporting block combination matched with the positioning column and used for profile support during welding and heat dissipation of a welding area, the supporting block combination comprises a supporting block with a closed air path at the periphery and a spray head communicated with the closed air path and used for spraying air to the reverse side of a welding line, and the supporting block is provided with a ventilation channel communicated with the closed air path;
the rotating unit comprises a base and a rotary table connected with the base through a connecting shaft, and the rotary table can rotate on the base by taking the connecting shaft as a center; the turntable is provided with a turning assembly for controlling the turning of the positioning unit, the turning assembly comprises a support plate arranged below the positioning unit, a switching seat arranged below the support plate and a rotating shaft seat connected with the switching seat through a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft seat is fixed on the turntable on the surface of the base, one end of the rotating shaft is in interference fit with the switching seat, the other end of the rotating shaft is in sliding friction with a rotating shaft seat bushing, and the support plate is freely turned over through the rotating shaft; the rotating unit is also provided with a supporting shaft penetrating through the positioning mechanism and the supporting plate, the supporting shaft is in sliding friction with the supporting plate through a bushing, and the top end of the supporting shaft penetrates through and presses the upper cover plate;
the gas path switching unit comprises an inner hole which is arranged in the base and used for conveying protective gas, and the inner hole is communicated with the inner cavity of the hollow support shaft through a flexible pipeline; the inner cavity of the support shaft is communicated with the air duct of the support unit through a channel.

The overturning clamp for welding the annular member with the circumferential boss as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting block assembly comprises a supporting block, a copper ring, a nozzle and a set screw, a transverse ventilation groove is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the supporting block, a ventilation threaded hole is formed in the lower end surface of the supporting block, the central hole and the ventilation threaded hole are connected through the transverse ventilation groove in the surface of the supporting block, the copper ring and the supporting block are welded into a whole along the circumference, and a closed air path is formed by the combination surface of the copper ring and the supporting block.

The overturning clamp for welding the ring-shaped member with the circumferential boss as claimed in claim 2, wherein the surface of the nozzle is provided with a step surface, one end of the nozzle is in clearance fit with the copper ring, and the other end of the nozzle is in interference fit with the supporting block and is fixed by a set screw; the step surface of the spray head, the central hole of the supporting block and the copper ring form an air-through ring groove, and one end of the spray head, which is close to the copper ring, is provided with an air-through small hole.

The overturning clamp for welding the annular part with the circumferential boss according to claim 3, wherein one end with a small diameter on the spray head is in clearance fit with the copper ring, and the other end with a large diameter is in interference fit with the supporting block, so that air tightness is ensured.
5. The overturning fixture for welding the ring-shaped member with the circumferential boss according to claim 1, wherein a gas spring is mounted below the supporting plate, and two ends of the gas spring are respectively connected with the supporting plate and the turntable.
6. The overturning fixture for welding the ring-shaped member with the circumferential boss as claimed in claim 1, wherein a support is arranged on the turntable, and the support is connected with one edge of the support plate to limit the overturning motion of the support plate.
7. The overturning jig for welding of annular parts with circumferential bosses as claimed in claim 1, wherein the set screws are concentric with the bosses, and the bosses are supported against end faces of the positioning posts.

The turning clamp for welding the ring-shaped member with the circumferential boss according to claim 1, wherein steel balls and a retainer for restraining rolling tracks of the steel balls are uniformly distributed between the turntable and the base along the periphery of the connecting shaft, and the turntable rotates in the horizontal direction by rolling of the steel balls.

The turning clamp for welding the ring-shaped member with the circumferential boss according to claim 5, wherein the number of the gas springs is 2, the gas springs are symmetrically arranged on the support plate, and the gas springs are respectively connected with the support plate and the rotary table through a support.
10. The overturning fixture for welding of ring-shaped members with circumferential bosses as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting device comprises an angle pin and an angle block, the angle pin is installed at one end of the turntable, the angle block is installed on the base, and the angle pin and the angle block are matched to realize angular limiting of the turntable.
