In addition, the vitamin C and the vitamin B can also relieve the psychological pressure of patients, so that the effect of relieving psychological fatigue is achieved, and the use value is higher.
It is noted that other types of vitamins, such as vitamin a and vitamin E, may also be used.
The invention provides a method for relieving sports fatigue and chronic fatigue syndrome, which mainly comprises the following steps:
cutting pleurotus eryngii, soaking in salt water, curing at 95-105 ℃ to obtain a cured product, drying and grinding the cured product to obtain first powder; mashing rhizoma Zingiberis recens, fructus Cucumidis sativi and Auricularia, filtering to obtain filtrate and residue, concentrating the filtrate, mixing with Lac regis apis and extractive solution of plant extractant, and drying to obtain powder II; drying the filter residue to obtain powder III; mixing the first powder, the second powder and the third powder to obtain the composition.
In detail, after the pleurotus eryngii is cut into pieces, the particle size of the pleurotus eryngii is 2mm-4mm, and the contact area of the pleurotus eryngii and saline water is larger, so that the expected saline water soaking effect is achieved. When the particle size is larger, the specific surface area of the pleurotus eryngii is smaller, so that the inside of the pleurotus eryngii cannot be infiltrated, and when the particle size is smaller, the chopping cost is higher, and the pleurotus eryngii is easy to float and has poorer infiltration effect.
When the pleurotus eryngii is soaked in saline water, the saline water can clean mucus or other bacteria on the surface of the pleurotus eryngii, so that the cleaning effect of the pleurotus eryngii is better. In the invention, the mass ratio of the salt to the water is (1-2):150, and at the moment, the concentration of the salt not only has good sterilization effect, but also does not damage the effective components in the pleurotus eryngii, and the action effect is good.
Soaking in saline water for 20-40 min, aging at 95-105 deg.C to obtain cooked product, drying, and grinding to obtain powder I. In the curing process, the pleurotus eryngii can be eaten by curing, so that the pleurotus eryngii is more beneficial to digestion and absorption of a human body, and the using effect is better. It should be noted that the curing time is 3min to 6min, which can make the pleurotus eryngii cured to a better degree without wasting energy or energy, and when the curing time is reduced, the pleurotus eryngii cured to a lower degree, for example, the inside of the pleurotus eryngii is not well-cured, which is not effective. When the curing time is longer, the curing degree of the pleurotus eryngii is excessive, on one hand, the subsequent grinding and drying are not facilitated, the drying difficulty of the pleurotus eryngii is increased, on the other hand, the nutrient components of the pleurotus eryngii are damaged due to excessive curing, and the nutrient value is lower.
It should be noted that the temperature for drying the cured product is 180-220 deg.C, and the drying time is 10-15 min. Under the condition, the moisture in the cured product can be quickly evaporated, the drying speed is high, and the drying effect is good. And after drying, a space for filling water is left in the pleurotus eryngii, so that the grinding effect is better.
It is also noted that the Pleurotus eryngii can be washed with water for several times before being cured, so that the problem that the salinity of the composition is high and the taste and flavor are influenced when the composition is eaten is avoided.
Mashing rhizoma Zingiberis recens, fructus Cucumidis Sativi and Auricularia, and filtering to obtain filtrate and residue. After being mashed, slurry is formed, and then a filter membrane with the thickness of 500 mu m-1mm is used as a filter medium for filtration, thereby achieving the filtration effect. Before mashing, can be with ginger and green cucumber dicing, so more do benefit to crushing and mashing, reduce the operation degree of difficulty. Moreover, after the filter membrane with the aperture is used for filtering, loss caused by drying of filter residues after a large amount of colloid substances are filtered can be avoided, so that the utilization rate of the ginger, the green cucumber and the agaric is higher, and the cost performance is higher.
After the filter residue and the filtrate are prepared, the extract of the plant extractant and the royal jelly are mixed with the filtrate which is concentrated by 15 to 17 times, and the mixture is dried to prepare powder II. Mixing after concentration can prevent loss of Lac Regis Apis and extractive solution during concentration process, thereby reducing nutritional value of the composition. Therefore, after the preparation, the loss amount of the nutrient components in the powder II is small, the nutrient value is high, and then the filter residue is dried to prepare the powder III.
It should be noted that the water content of the first powder, the second powder and the third powder is less than 5%, and the particle sizes are all 100 μm to 200 μm. Therefore, the brewing method is beneficial to storage, longer in service life, better in brewing effect and lower in subsequent manufacturing difficulty.
The filter residue is mainly cellulose or precipitates, so that the mass ratio of the powder I to the powder II to the powder III is 1:1 (0.3-0.5), the composition not only contains a certain proportion of cellulose and is beneficial to gastrointestinal absorption and digestion, but also the brewed composition has less precipitates and better taste and flavor.
Mixing vitamin C and vitamin B in sealed environment, wrapping in gel matrix, drying at low temperature to obtain granule, and mixing with powder I, powder II and powder III to obtain the composition. After the coating, the gel matrix of the outer layer can effectively prevent vitamins from being damaged by oxidation, and the protection effect is better.
It is noted that the composition can be mixed with a gum product, such as honey, gelatin, xanthan gum, konjac gum, etc., and then made into a pill for more convenient administration and convenience.
It is also noted herein that the extract of the plant extractant is prepared as follows:
soaking herba Dendrobii, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, herba Taraxaci and radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain soaking material, decocting the soaking material twice, and mixing decoctions to obtain medicinal liquid. Concentrating the medicinal liquid by 20-22 times to obtain extractive solution.
