Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of collateral-dredging and pain-relieving patches, in particular to a self-heating collateral-dredging and pain-relieving patch and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine foment package is also called traditional Chinese medicine fomentation method, has been in more than 2000 years from now, is a non-invasive external treatment method adopting traditional Chinese medicine fomentation combined with acupoint stimulation, absorbs the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and acupoint stimulation, and completely avoids adverse reaction of gastrointestinal stimulation of oral medicines. The hot vapor of the foment bag expands local blood capillaries, accelerates blood circulation, enhances metabolism, promotes inflammation and blood stasis absorption, and achieves the purposes of warming and activating meridians, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, regulating qi and blood, relieving swelling and pain, and eliminating dampness and dispelling cold by utilizing the warm heat.
The prior art scheme is as follows: the current methods of fomenting bags commonly used in clinic can be roughly divided into dry fomentation and wet fomentation. The dry hot compress is to wrap the Chinese medicinal powder into a cotton gauze bag, heat with a microwave oven, air to a suitable temperature, wrap the cotton gauze bag in a towel, and apply the medicated bag; the wet and hot compress is usually to put the Chinese traditional medicine into a decocting pan to decoct and keep the temperature, then to soak the liquid medicine with a towel, to wring out, to dry to the proper temperature, to carry out the external application, the treatment temperature is usually kept at about 50 ℃, and the patient's skin is flushed and comfortable. Although the application prospect of the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method including the traditional Chinese medicine fomenting bag is ideal, the application range is still relatively limited at present. There are mainly the following problems: firstly, the medicinal materials are directly pulverized and bagged (as shown in figure 1), the effective components are difficult to completely seep out, so that the medicinal materials are wasted, and the medication effect is difficult to ensure; secondly, the heating time is short, and the medicine is changed frequently in clinic; thirdly, the treatment process requires the patient to rest in bed (as shown in figure 2), the treatment is inconvenient, and the patient has poor matching degree.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the background technology, a self-heating type collateral-dredging and pain-relieving patch and a preparation method thereof are provided. The invention uses corydalis tuber, evodia rutaecarpa, cassia twig, achyranthes, notopterygium root, pubescent angelica root, slenderstyle acanthopanax bark and safflower as raw materials, pre-extracts effective components in the concentrated raw materials, replaces the traditional mode of directly pulverizing raw medicinal materials and bagging, and has the advantages of high concentration of the effective components, strong medicinal effect and good effect of dredging collaterals and relieving pain. The thin and long-lasting thermal patch device layer with heat storage is introduced to replace the traditional steam or microwave oven heating mode, so that the operation is more convenient, and the use comfort is higher. The medicine is absorbed by skin, local blood capillary is dilated, blood circulation is accelerated, metabolism is enhanced, inflammation and absorption of blood stasis are promoted by combining the common stimulation of heat and the medicine, and the heat not only assists the absorption of the medicine, but also has the effects of warming and activating channels, relieving swelling and pain, and clearing damp and dispelling cold.
The invention provides a self-heating type collateral-dredging and pain-relieving patch, which comprises a medicine layer, a medical breathable adhesive layer and a thermal patch device layer; the medicine layer and the heating power paster device layer are respectively pasted on two sides of the medical air-permeable pasting layer and are opposite in position; the heating power paster device layer comprises a back adhesive, a non-setting adhesive, a heating body, a breathable film and a non-woven fabric; one side of the back adhesive is adhered to the medical breathable adhesive layer; the other side of the gum, the non-setting adhesive, the heating body, the breathable film and the non-woven fabric are connected in sequence.
Preferably, the adhesive surface of the medical breathable adhesive layer is covered with a release film.
Preferably, the heating element is composed of iron powder, activated carbon, salt, vermiculite and resin.
Preferably, the medicinal layer is gauze with medicinal materials adsorbed thereon.
Preferably, the herbs include corydalis tuber, evodia rutaecarpa, cinnamomi ramulus, achyranthes bidentata, notopterygium root, pubescent angelica root, acanthopanax bark and safflower.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the self-heating type collateral-dredging and pain-relieving patch, which comprises the following steps:
s1, crushing medicinal materials of the collateral-dredging and pain-relieving formula (consisting of 10g of rhizoma corydalis, 10g of fructus evodiae, 20g of cassia twig, 20g of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 10g of notopterygium root, 10g of radix angelicae pubescentis, 20g of cortex acanthopanacis and 20g of safflower), sieving by a 60-mesh sieve, extracting for 2 times by using 60% ethanol, concentrating the extracting solution to 0.5g/ml, absorbing by medical gauze, drying, and preparing into a medicine layer;
s2, tearing off the release film, sticking the medicine layer on the medical air-permeable adhesive layer, and sticking the medical air-permeable adhesive layer on the acupuncture point or focus to be treated;
and S3, adhering the thermal patch device layer to the medical breathable adhesive layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
firstly, the invention adopts the modes of traditional Chinese medicine pre-extraction, concentration and drying, which not only solves the problems of the fomenting package dry-hot-compress method: the medicinal materials are directly pulverized into powder and bagged, so that the problem that the effective components are difficult to completely seep out is solved: the medicine decoction is directly dipped, the medicine carrying amount is small, and the residual medicine liquid can not be reused, thereby causing the problem of medicine waste.
The invention utilizes the existing heating patch device to heat continuously for 10 hours at constant temperature, has mature process, low price, convenience and easy obtainment and solves the problems of frequent clinical medicine change and short heating time.
The patch type traditional Chinese medicine patch is light, thin and easy to carry, is convenient for patients to operate, has high treatment matching degree, and solves the problem that the patients need to rest in bed in the traditional treatment process.
