Description

Wound-treating pain-relieving plaster
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a plaster for treating injuries and relieving pain.
Background
Pain is one of the most common symptoms in clinic, and is brought into the category of pain syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. The causes of pain are complex, and cold and heat exogenous pathogens, traumatic injuries, contusion, emotional injuries and overexertion are all the causes of pain. The pathogenesis of the pain is classified into excess pain and deficiency pain according to deficiency and excess, and the excess pain is caused by the obstruction of meridians and collaterals due to the unsmooth qi and blood caused by cold invasion into the body; deficiency pain is caused by qi and blood stagnation and malnutrition of the zang-fu organs and meridians. The traditional Chinese medicine adopts acupuncture, massage, fumigation, hot ironing, application, plaster, magnetic therapy and other means to dredge channels and collaterals, remove cold and dampness, promote qi and blood circulation, tonify qi and enrich blood, achieve the effects of 'dredging channels and not causing pain, and nourishing blood', and promote the body to recover the normal physiological state of 'the circulation of meridians is not continuous and the surrounding is not easy'.
The Chinese iris-people's secret recipe for treating injuries and teasel roots by virtue of the immortal professor is the earliest monograph in orthopedics and traumatology in China, and the experience of internal and external application of the Chinese iris-carried syndrome differentiation and injury treatment becomes a regular script for later-life syndrome differentiation, establishment of law, prescription and application of medicine. The treatment principle of the rush is that the treatment principle of treating wind first and self-extinguishing blood-flowing wind is included, and the formula is used for tonifying liver and kidney, promoting blood circulation and replenishing blood and dispelling wind and eliminating dampness. The pain relieving pill recorded by the secret recipe is composed of radix aconiti preparata, radix clematidis, fried szechwan chinaberry fruit (also named jinlingzi) and star anise, has little medicine, has the effects of dredging channels and collaterals, dispelling wind and removing dampness, promoting qi and blood circulation and warming channels to relieve pain, is a secret recipe Yunling pain relieving pill, and is used for treating primary injury and lumbar pain, and does not ask men, women, virgin and old children for all, and is mainly used for treating blood-qi stagnation and foot and waist pain in the formula Yun in the formula of Yongzhi formula.
The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience, cheapness and verification, and compared with the internal treatment, the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the wonderful effect of 'returning from different ways and working differently'. The heat treatment and the magnetic therapy have the effects of dredging the channels and regulating the blood and qi, cause a series of changes of the nerve and the body fluid metabolism of a human body and promote the absorption and the synergism of the medicine, and have a long history for treating related diseases. For example, in the book of Ling Shu, shou Fu Ling and Fu Ling, there is a record of using cotton cloth to soak medicated wine and apply it for treating arthralgia due to cold, and in the book of Shi Ji: ' Yu Shi Jia Shi Ying, Shi Qiao and kang du Zhu Zheng when ancient times. The application of magnetic therapy is also recorded in ancient books, for example, the records of Shen nong's herbal classic: the main indications of magnetite are periarthralgia and rheumatism, swelling and pain of limbs and joints, unrelieved substance, washing and acid washing Xie, removing intense heat and restlessness and deafness, all of which are the most common in modern magnetic acupoint application, the magnetite is placed on the affected part to treat diseases in Qian jin Yao Fang and Ben Cao gang mu. Relevant documents believe that the optimal heat treatment temperature of a human body is 50 +/-5 ℃, traditional Chinese medicine hot compress is carried out within the temperature range of 50-60 ℃, the local blood circulation can be increased, the drug effect is improved, the hot compress treatment time is about 4 hours, and the low-temperature burn condition is avoided. The magnetic therapy effect is that the strength is too strong or too weak, which can cause potential harm to human body, and the strength, time and course of treatment need to be determined according to the condition of the patient.
The Chinese medicine cataplasm has all the features of transdermal medicine feeding system and may be used widely in treating various kinds of closed traumatic diseases. However, the existing preparation does not organically combine the traditional Chinese medicine cataplasm, the thermotherapy and the magnetic field therapy together, and the medicine can not completely play the treatment effects of dredging channels and collaterals, dispelling wind and removing dampness, and promoting qi circulation and relieving pain, especially aiming at pain caused by deficiency cold, strain and falling and sudden contusion due to cold invasion to the body and blood and qi stagnation, such as closed soft tissue injury, lumbar muscle strain, joint sprain, scapulohumeral periarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, lumbocrural pain and other pain diseases, and the effects of 'no pain in dredging and tenderness in honor' can not be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problems of the prior preparation and provides a wound-treating and pain-relieving plaster which is characterized in that the plaster is organically combined with the thermotherapy and the magnetic therapy by focusing on the syndrome differentiation prescription of 'rush' and the experience of internal and external application and utilizing the characteristics of thermotherapy and magnetotherapy, so that the medicine plays the treatment roles of dredging channels and collaterals, dispelling wind and removing dampness, and promoting qi circulation and relieving pain under the continuous synergy of the magnetic stimulation and the thermotherapy.
