Abstract
本发明公开了一种鱼子精华修复霜及其制备工艺,属于鱼子精华修复霜技术领域。且该鱼子精华修复霜含有以下原料:基质、天然型乳化剂、有机硅油、异壬酸异壬酯、维生素E、保湿剂、尿囊素、卡波姆、羟苯甲酯、三乙醇胺、SEPIGEL 305、D‑泛醇、天然植物提取物、β‑葡聚糖、改性淀粉、白花精粹抗刺激因子、鱼子提取物和水。且本发明中引入高含量的鱼子提取物,利用了鱼子提取物的细胞结构与人体皮肤结构类似,极易被皮肤吸收,能减缓皮肤老化,改善线粒体功能,从细胞内改善皮肤外观,减轻老化皮肤组织细胞周围的发炎症状,并利用改性淀粉对鱼子提取物进行包裹,避免鱼子提取物直接接触空气而失效。

本发明属于鱼子精华修复霜技术领域,具体地,涉及一种鱼子精华修复霜及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,现代人越来越快的工作和生活节奏,加上不良的生活习惯会造成众多皮肤问题的出现,如长斑、干燥无光、毛孔粗大等,而日趋严重的环境污染、紫外线、灰尘会加重上述问题。修复霜的使用可以使肌肤得到很好的修复,起到抚平痘印、淡化色斑、红血丝、修复晒伤、改善毛孔粗大、抗氧化等多重功效。
但是,市场上现有的修复霜含有的化学成分复杂,对敏感肌的人群不友好,敏感肌肤的人群使用后,会加重皮肤过敏的问题。
因此,本发明提供了一种鱼子精华修复霜及其制备工艺,以天然植物提取物代替化学组分,制备出对敏感肌人群友好的修复霜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鱼子精华修复霜及其制备工艺。
本发明要解决的技术问题:现有修复霜含有的化学成分复杂,易引起敏感肌肤的过敏问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种鱼子精华修复霜,包括以下重量百分比原料:基质3.5-8.5%、天然型乳化剂1.5-7.5%、有机硅油0.5-2.5%、异壬酸异壬酯0.5-2.5%、维生素E1.0%、保湿剂6.01-16.5%、尿囊素0.1-0.3%、卡波姆0.1-0.4%、羟苯甲酯0.1-0.2%、三乙醇胺0.1-0.3%、SEPIGEL 305 0.5-1.5%、D-泛醇0.1-0.5%、天然植物提取物0.05-0.2%、β-葡聚糖0.01-0.3%、改性淀粉0.1-0.5%、白花精粹抗刺激因子0.10-1.0%、鱼子提取物3.0-8.0%,余量为水。
进一步地,所述基质为辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯(GTCC)、C16/18醇按照质量比为6-12:1-5混合组成。
进一步地,所述天然型乳化剂为Glucate SS、Glucamate SSE-20、MONTANOV 68按照质量比1-5:1-5:1-5混合组成。
进一步地,所述有机硅油为DC200/350。
进一步地,所述保湿剂为甘油、1,3-丁二醇、氨基酸保湿剂、透明质酸按照质量比为3-8:2-5:1-3:0.01-0.5组成,采用上述混合物作为本发明的保湿剂,以氨基酸保湿剂、透明质酸两种天然型代替部分有机保湿剂,且氨基酸保湿剂是一种天然结构物质两性离子型保湿剂,其渗透性好,能迅速改善肌肤的水分保持力,并激发细胞活力,透明质酸对于皮肤长效水分含量的提高具有促进作用,因透明质酸是动物结缔组织的成分之一,与皮肤有良好的亲和性,有很好的键合作用,可以很好地促进水分进入细胞间隙,且具有成膜特性,因此,其的引入对皮肤屏障功能具有一定的调节作用,因此,上述混合物中,甘油、1,3-丁二醇发挥高效吸水作用,提高皮肤含水量,氨基酸保湿剂发挥快速渗透保湿作用,提高皮肤水分保持力,透明质酸保水作用,各成分之间相互协作,发挥综合的吸水保水功效。
进一步地,所述天然植物提取物为玫瑰提取物、薰衣草提取物、茉莉提取物、紫罗兰提取物中的一种或几种任意比的混合物。
进一步地,所述改性淀粉通过以下步骤制成:
A1、将茶多酚和琥珀酸酐溶于无水异丙醇中,室温下反应48h,将反应液滴入饱和氯化钠的水溶液中,析出白色絮状沉淀,0℃冷藏过夜,再抽滤,去离子水水洗3次,用乙醇重结晶,真空干燥,获得改性茶多酚,其中,茶多酚、琥珀酸酐、无水异丙醇的用量比为100g:15-20g:250-350mL;
上述反应中在茶多酚的分子结构中引入羧基,为后续反应奠定基础;
A2、将淀粉溶解于异丙醇和去离子水的混合溶液中,制成质量分数为30-45%的淀粉溶液,并且在30-45℃下充分搅拌溶胀30min,加入对甲苯磺酸,然后滴加改性茶多酚的异丙醇溶液,滴加速度为1滴/秒,滴加完,调节反应液的pH值为8-9,升温至67℃,反应24h,用去离子水洗涤直至洗涤液的pH值为中性,旋蒸去除异丙醇,干燥,得改性淀粉,其中,淀粉、改性茶多酚的质量比为100:13-22,对甲苯磺酸的加入质量为改性茶多酚质量的1-3.5%。
在上述反应中,利用改性茶多酚中的羧基和淀粉中的羟基反应,将茶多酚结构接入淀粉的分子结构中,使得改性淀粉具有抗氧化性能。
该种鱼子精华修复霜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将基质、天然型乳化剂、有机硅油、异壬酸异壬酯和维生素E在60-80℃下搅拌20-40min,得溶液a;
步骤二、将三分之二的水、保湿剂、尿囊素、卡波姆和羟苯甲酯在60-80℃下搅拌20-40min,得溶液b;
步骤三、将剩余的水、天然植物提取物、β-葡聚糖、改性淀粉、白花精粹抗刺激因子和鱼子提取物在40-46℃下搅拌20-40min,得溶液c;
步骤四、将溶液a和溶液b在真空、60-80℃下搅拌均质化30-40min,降温至40-46℃时,加入溶液c,然后再加入SEPIGEL 305、D-泛醇和三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得一种鱼子精华修复霜。
本发明的有益效果:
所述异壬酸异壬酯与人体皮肤有兼容的特征,其的引入,可以提高修复霜的延伸性能,有润滑和使肌肤柔软的效果,且有过滤紫外线的功能,减少紫外线对皮肤的伤害;
所述卡波姆为一种丙烯酸树脂,可降低修复霜的粘度,使得修复霜延伸性更好,另外其还具有:抗紫外线的作用,可以增强皮肤对紫外线的抵抗能力,减少紫外线对皮肤的伤害;卡波姆本身是一种天然药用成分,能杀菌消炎;
尿囊素具有促进细胞生长,加快伤口愈合,软化角质蛋白等生理功能,是皮肤创伤的良好愈合剂和抗溃疡药剂可用作缓解和治疗皮肤干燥症、鳞屑性肤疾患、皮肤溃疡、消化道溃疡及炎症,对骨髓炎、糖尿病、肝硬化、痤疮均有较好疗效;
本发明中引入高含量的鱼子提取物,因鱼子提取物的细胞结构与人体皮肤结构类似,极易被皮肤吸收,且鱼子提取物蕴含的蛋白质、氨基酸、各种维生素、矿物质,不仅具备良好的保湿锁水功效,还能加速皮肤胶原蛋白的合成,丰富的维生素和矿物质能减缓皮肤老化,鱼子精华还能改善线粒体功能,从细胞内改善皮肤外观,减轻老化皮肤组织细胞周围的发炎症状;
但是,鱼子提取物在空气中极易氧化腐败而失效,因此,本发明将水、鱼子提取物、天然植物提取物、β-葡聚糖、白花精粹抗刺激因子和改性淀粉混合,形成独一相,利用改性淀粉良好的成膜性,对该相中的其他物质进行包裹,防止鱼子提取物直接接触空气失效,且改性淀粉的分子结构中接枝有茶多酚的结构,提高鱼子提取物的抗氧化能力,最后,形成包膜结构对鱼子提取物和白花精粹抗刺激因子具有一定的缓释作用。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
改性淀粉通过以下步骤制成:
A1、将100g茶多酚和15g琥珀酸酐溶于250mL无水异丙醇中,室温下反应48h,将反应液滴入200mL饱和氯化钠的水溶液中,析出白色絮状沉淀,0℃冷藏过夜,再抽滤,200mL去离子水水洗3次,用200mL乙醇重结晶,55℃真空干燥,获得改性茶多酚;
A2、将100g淀粉溶解于150mL异丙醇和183.3mL去离子水的混合溶液中,制成质量分数为30%的淀粉溶液,并且在30℃下充分搅拌溶胀30min,加入0.23g对甲苯磺酸,然后滴加13g改性茶多酚的异丙醇溶液,滴加速度为1滴/秒,滴加完,调节反应液的pH值为8,升温至67℃,反应24h,用200mL去离子水洗涤直至洗涤液的pH值为中性,50℃旋蒸去除异丙醇,40℃干燥至恒重,得改性淀粉。
实施例2:
改性淀粉通过以下步骤制成:
A1、将100g茶多酚和17g琥珀酸酐溶于300mL无水异丙醇中,室温下反应48h,将反应液滴入200mL饱和氯化钠的水溶液中,析出白色絮状沉淀,0℃冷藏过夜,再抽滤,200mL去离子水水洗3次,用200mL乙醇重结晶,55℃真空干燥,获得改性茶多酚;
A2、将100g淀粉溶解于150mL异丙醇和100mL去离子水的混合溶液中,制成质量分数为40%的淀粉溶液,并且在35℃下充分搅拌溶胀30min,加入0.2g对甲苯磺酸,然后滴加18g改性茶多酚的异丙醇溶液,滴加速度为1滴/秒,滴加完,调节反应液的pH值为9,升温至67℃,反应24h,用200mL去离子水洗涤直至洗涤液的pH值为中性,50℃旋蒸去除异丙醇,40℃干燥至恒重,得改性淀粉。
实施例3:
改性淀粉通过以下步骤制成:
A1、将100g茶多酚和20g琥珀酸酐溶于350mL无水异丙醇中,室温下反应48h,将反应液滴入200mL饱和氯化钠的水溶液中,析出白色絮状沉淀,0℃冷藏过夜,再抽滤,200mL去离子水水洗3次,用200mL乙醇重结晶,55℃真空干燥,获得改性茶多酚;
A2、将100g淀粉溶解于122.2mL异丙醇和100mL去离子水的混合溶液中,制成质量分数为45%的淀粉溶液,并且在45℃下充分搅拌溶胀30min,加入0.5g对甲苯磺酸,然后滴加22g改性茶多酚的异丙醇溶液,滴加速度为1滴/秒,滴加完,调节反应液的pH值为8,升温至67℃,反应24h,用200mL去离子水洗涤直至洗涤液的pH值为中性,50℃旋蒸去除异丙醇,40℃干燥至恒重,得改性淀粉。
实施例4:
一种鱼子精华修复霜,通过以下步骤制成:
步骤一、称取以下重量原料:基质3.5g、天然型乳化剂1.5g、有机硅油0.5g、异壬酸异壬酯0.5g、维生素E1.0g、保湿剂6.01g、尿囊素0.1g、卡波姆0.1g、羟苯甲酯0.1g、三乙醇胺0.1g、SEPIGEL 305 0.5g、D-泛醇0.1g、天然植物提取物0.05g、β-葡聚糖0.01g、改性淀粉0.1g、白花精粹抗刺激因子0.10g、鱼子提取物3.0g,水82.73g;所述基质为辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯(GTCC)、C16/18醇按照质量比为6:1混合组成;所述天然型乳化剂为Glucate SS、Glucamate SSE-20、MONTANOV 68按照质量比1:1:1混合组成;所述有机硅油为DC200/350;所述保湿剂为甘油、1,3-丁二醇、氨基酸保湿剂、透明质酸按照质量比为3:2:1:0.01组成;所述天然植物提取物为玫瑰提取物、薰衣草提取物、紫罗兰提取物按照质量比为2:1:2组成;
步骤二、将基质、天然型乳化剂、有机硅油、异壬酸异壬酯和维生素E在80℃下搅拌20min,得溶液a;
步骤三、将三分之二的水、保湿剂、尿囊素、卡波姆和羟苯甲酯在80℃下搅拌20min,得溶液b;
步骤四、将剩余的水、天然植物提取物、β-葡聚糖、改性淀粉、白花精粹抗刺激因子和鱼子提取物在46℃下搅拌20min,得溶液c;
步骤五、将溶液a和溶液b在真空、60℃下搅拌均质化30min,降温至40℃时,加入溶液c,然后再加入SEPIGEL 305、D-泛醇和三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得一种鱼子精华修复霜。
对比例5:
一种鱼子精华修复霜,通过以下步骤制成:
步骤一、称取以下重量原料:基质5.0g、天然型乳化剂4.5g、有机硅油1.5g、异壬酸异壬酯1.5g、维生素E1.0g、保湿剂10.0g、尿囊素0.2g、卡波姆0.3g、羟苯甲酯0.1g、三乙醇胺0.2g、SEPIGEL 305 1.0g、D-泛醇0.4g、天然植物提取物0.1g、β-葡聚糖0.2g、改性淀粉0.3g、白花精粹抗刺激因子0.5g、鱼子提取物4g,水69.2g;所述基质为辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯(GTCC)、C16/18醇按照质量比为7:3混合组成;所述天然型乳化剂为Glucate SS、GlucamateSSE-20、MONTANOV 68按照质量比2:1.5:1.5混合组成;所述有机硅油为DC200/350;所述保湿剂为甘油、1,3-丁二醇、氨基酸保湿剂、透明质酸按照质量比为4:3.5:2.1:0.4组成;所述天然植物提取物为玫瑰提取物、薰衣草提取物、茉莉提取物、紫罗兰提取物按照质量比为1:1.5:1:1.5组成;
步骤二、将基质、天然型乳化剂、有机硅油、异壬酸异壬酯和维生素E在70℃下搅拌30min,得溶液a;
步骤三、将三分之二的水、保湿剂、尿囊素、卡波姆和羟苯甲酯在70℃下搅拌30min,得溶液b;
步骤四、将剩余的水、天然植物提取物、β-葡聚糖、改性淀粉、白花精粹抗刺激因子和鱼子提取物在45℃下搅拌30min,得溶液c;
步骤五、将溶液a和溶液b在真空、70℃下搅拌均质化35min,降温至45℃时,加入溶液c,然后再加入SEPIGEL 305、D-泛醇和三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得一种鱼子精华修复霜。
实施例6:
一种鱼子精华修复霜,通过以下步骤制成:
步骤一、称取以下重量原料:基质8.5g、天然型乳化剂7.5g、有机硅油2.5g、异壬酸异壬酯2.5g、维生素E1.0g、保湿剂16.5g、尿囊素0.3g、卡波姆0.4g、羟苯甲酯0.2g、三乙醇胺0.3g、SEPIGEL 305 1.5g、D-泛醇0.5g、天然植物提取物0.2g、β-葡聚糖0.3g、改性淀粉0.5g、白花精粹抗刺激因子1.0g、鱼子提取物8.0g,水48.6g;所述基质为辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯(GTCC)、C16/18醇按照质量比为12:5混合组成;所述天然型乳化剂为Glucate SS、Glucamate SSE-20、MONTANOV 68按照质量比5:3:1混合组成;所述有机硅油为DC200/350;所述保湿剂为甘油、1,3-丁二醇、氨基酸保湿剂、透明质酸按照质量比为3:5:3:0.5组成;所述天然植物提取物为玫瑰提取物、薰衣草提取物、茉莉提取物、紫罗兰提取物按照质量比为1:1:1:1组成;
步骤二、将基质、天然型乳化剂、有机硅油、异壬酸异壬酯和维生素E在80℃下搅拌40min,得溶液a;
步骤三、将三分之二的水、保湿剂、尿囊素、卡波姆和羟苯甲酯在80℃下搅拌40min,得溶液b;
步骤四、将剩余的水天然植物提取物、β-葡聚糖、改性淀粉、白花精粹抗刺激因子和鱼子提取物在40℃下搅拌40min,得溶液c;
步骤五、将溶液a和溶液b在真空、60℃下搅拌均质化40min,降温至40℃时,加入溶液c,然后再加入SEPIGEL 305、D-泛醇和三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得一种鱼子精华修复霜。
对比例1:
一种鱼子精华修复霜,通过以下步骤制成:与实施例4相比,不添加鱼子提取物,其余相同。
对比例2:
一种鱼子精华修复霜,通过以下步骤制成:与实施例5相比,不添加改性淀粉,其余相同。
实施例7:
将实施例4-6和对比例1-2获得的修复霜用于以下试验:
选择的150名30-50岁人员,并将这些人员随机分配成5组,5组人员分别使用实施例4-6和对比例1-2获得的修复霜,使用时间相同,为晚间8:00,使用50天,试验期期间试验人员饮食和活动相同,在使用50天后,统计皱纹明显减轻以及皮肤弹性明显增加的人员数量,所得结果如表1所示。

从上述数据可以看出,实施例4-6获得的修复霜的使用效果明显优于对比例1-2获得的修复霜效果。

1.一种鱼子精华修复霜,其特征在于:包括以下原料:基质、天然型乳化剂、有机硅油、异壬酸异壬酯、维生素E、保湿剂、尿囊素、卡波姆、羟苯甲酯、三乙醇胺、SEPIGEL 305、D-泛醇、天然植物提取物、β-葡聚糖、改性淀粉、白花精粹抗刺激因子、鱼子提取物和水;
所述改性淀粉通过以下方法制成:
将淀粉溶解于异丙醇和去离子水的混合溶液中,制成质量分数为30-45%的淀粉溶液,并在30-45℃下搅拌溶胀30min,加入对甲苯磺酸,然后滴加改性茶多酚的异丙醇溶液,滴加完,调节反应液的pH值为8-9,升温至67℃,反应24h,经后处理,得改性淀粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼子精华修复霜,其特征在于:所述鱼子精华修复霜包括以下重量百分比原料:基质3.5-8.5%、天然型乳化剂1.5-7.5%、有机硅油0.5-2.5%、润肤剂0.5-2.5%、维生素E1.0%、保湿剂6.01-16.5%、尿囊素0.1-0.3%、卡波姆0.1-0.4%、羟苯甲酯0.1-0.2%、三乙醇胺0.1-0.3%、SEPIGEL 305 0.5-1.5%、D-泛醇0.1-0.5%、天然植物提取物0.05-0.2%、β-葡聚糖0.01-0.3%、改性淀粉0.1-0.5%、白花精粹抗刺激因子0.10-1.0%、鱼子提取物3.0-8.0%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼子精华修复霜,其特征在于:所述淀粉、改性茶多酚的质量比为100:13-22,对甲苯磺酸的加入质量为改性茶多酚质量的1-3.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼子精华修复霜,其特征在于:所述改性茶多酚通过以下方法制成:
将茶多酚和琥珀酸酐溶于无水异丙醇中,室温下反应48h,经后处理,得改性茶多酚。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种鱼子精华修复霜,其特征在于:所述茶多酚、琥珀酸酐、无水异丙醇的用量比为100g:15-20g:250-350mL。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼子精华修复霜,其特征在于:所述基质为辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、C16/18醇按照质量比为6-12:1-5混合组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼子精华修复霜,其特征在于:所述天然型乳化剂为Glucate SS、Glucamate SSE-20、MONTANOV 68按照质量比1-5:1-5:1-5混合组成。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种鱼子精华修复霜的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将基质、天然型乳化剂、有机硅油、异壬酸异壬酯和维生素E在60-80℃下搅拌20-40min,得溶液a;

步骤四、将溶液a和溶液b在真空、60-80℃下搅拌均质化30-40min,降温至40-46℃时,加入溶液c,然后再加入SEPIGEL 305、D-泛醇和三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得一种鱼子精华修复霜。
