The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a tilt-shift multi-wheel polishing apparatus for floors, including: the device comprises a movable base 1, a polishing wheel set, a motor 3 and a pinch roller 4.
Two bar-shaped sliding grooves 101 which are oppositely arranged are formed in the bottom of the movable base 1. The strip-shaped chute 101 is provided with a sliding part in a sliding way. The two sliding members are respectively elastically connected to the back ends of the two strip-shaped sliding grooves 101.
The polishing wheel set comprises two polishing wheels 21, a wheel shaft 22, a driven wheel 23 and a driving belt 24.
The axle 22 is rotatably mounted to the glide. The hub 22 is connected to the polishing wheel 21. Wherein the wheel shaft is coaxially connected with the polishing wheel. The driven pulley 23 is coaxially connected to the wheel shaft 22. The drive belt 24 is wound around the wheel shafts 22 of the two polishing wheels 21 in an 8-shape. The motor 3 is drivingly connected to the drive belt 24 to drive the drive belt in rotation. The motor 3 is installed on the movable base 1. In this embodiment, the motor is mounted on the upper portion of the mobile base.
The pinch roller 4 is used to push against the drive belt 24. The pinch roller 4 is aligned with the belt face of the drive belt 24, and the pinch roller 4 is rotatably mounted with a moving shaft 41. The moving shaft 41 is position-adjustably mounted to the bottom of the traveling base 1. After adjusting the position of the moving shaft 41, the pinch roller 4 pushes against the belt face of the drive belt 24, so that the two sliders in the bar-shaped slide grooves slide toward the opposite ends of the two bar-shaped slide grooves 101, respectively.
The working principle of the shaft-shifting multi-wheel polishing equipment for the floor is as follows:
the motor drives the driving belt to rotate, the driving belt drives the two driven wheels to rotate, and the rotation directions of the two driven wheels are opposite, so that the left and right adjacent polishing wheels rotate oppositely. In the polishing process of the polishing wheel, the position of the moving shaft at the bottom of the movable base is adjusted, so that the pinch roller 4 pushes against the belt surface of the driving belt, and then two sliding pieces in the strip-shaped sliding grooves slide to opposite ends of the two strip-shaped sliding grooves respectively, namely, the polishing wheel can move along the length direction of the strip-shaped sliding grooves while rotating.
The polishing wheels of the shaft-shifting multi-wheel polishing equipment for the floor are designed in pairs, and are mechanically linked through driving belts, and the rotating directions are opposite, so that the whole equipment is more stable in operation, and the noise is reduced. In the present embodiment, a plurality of support rollers 12 are installed at the bottom of the mobile base 1. The movable base is rectangular, and a plurality of supporting rollers are respectively arranged at the bottom of the movable base and are arranged in a triangular shape, a rectangular shape and other polygons.
In some embodiments, the support rollers are connected to the movable base through support rods with adjustable lengths, so that the bottom elevations of the polishing wheels can be accurately controlled, and the flatness of the polishing surface can be controlled.
In a preferred embodiment, the motor 3 is mounted on the upper portion of the mobile base 1. The movable base 1 is provided with a through and vertically arranged shaft hole. A main shaft 32 is rotatably mounted in the shaft hole. The upper end of the main shaft 32 is coaxially connected to the output shaft of the motor 3. The lower end of the main shaft 32 extends to the lower part of the movable base 1 and is coaxially connected with a driving wheel 31. The drive belt 24 is wound around the drive wheel 31.
In fig. 2, the drive belt is not shown for clarity in showing the layout positions of the wheel shafts, main shafts, and moving shafts. In this embodiment, the drive belt may be a drive belt, or a drive chain. When the driving belt is a driving chain, the corresponding driving wheel and the corresponding driven wheel are chain wheels.
In this embodiment, two strip-shaped chutes 101 at the bottom of the movable base are arranged at intervals along the radial direction of the main shaft 32. The sliding member moves in a radial direction of the main shaft. The sliding piece is a sliding block, and the length of the sliding block is matched with the width of the strip-shaped sliding groove. The sliding block can only move along the length of the strip-shaped sliding groove in the strip-shaped sliding groove.
In a preferred embodiment, a tie spring 11 is connected between the sliding member and the opposite end of the strip-shaped sliding chute 101. After the pinch roller is withdrawn from the drive belt, the drag spring pulls the slide block so that the polishing wheel expands toward the outside of the mobile base. After the pinch roller pushes or presses the belt surface of the driving belt, the polishing wheel is folded around the main shaft towards the direction of the main shaft.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a strip-shaped guide groove 102 is formed at the bottom of the mobile base 1. The upper end of the moving shaft 41 is slidably disposed in the bar-shaped guide groove 102. The pinch roller 4 is rotatably mounted to the lower end of the moving shaft 41. A pusher 42 for driving the moving shaft 41 is connected between the side wall of the bar-shaped guide groove 102 and the upper end of the moving shaft 41. In this example, pusher 42 is an electro-hydraulic push rod. By controlling the extension and retraction of the electric hydraulic push rod, the polishing wheel is expanded and furled.
Referring to fig. 4, the number of the polishing wheel sets is two, the two polishing wheel sets are arranged in a central symmetry manner with the spindle 32 as a symmetry center, and two adjacent left and right polishing wheels rotate in opposite directions.

the pinch roller is used for pushing the driving belt, the pinch roller is aligned with the belt surface of the driving belt and is rotatably provided with a moving shaft, the position of the moving shaft is adjustably provided with the bottom of the movable base, and after the position of the moving shaft is adjusted, the pinch roller pushes the belt surface of the driving belt, so that the two sliding pieces respectively slide to the opposite ends of the two strip-shaped sliding chutes.
