The arrangement of the water guide 121 and the second sealing material 112 has advantages of simple structure and convenience for the second sealing material 112 to close or open the water guide 121.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the first seal 111 is connected to the second seal 112 by a linkage 112 a; the linkage 112a is capable of moving the first seal 111 in synchronism with the second seal 112.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the first sealing member 111 and the second sealing member 112 are connected by a link member 112a, so that the first sealing member 111 and the second sealing member 112 can be moved synchronously. When the first sealing element 111 is switched from the first working condition to the second working condition, the second sealing element 112 is synchronously switched from the first working condition to the second working condition; when the first sealing element 111 is switched from the second operating condition to the first operating condition, the second sealing element 112 is synchronously switched from the second operating condition to the first operating condition.
When the sealing assembly is configured as shown in fig. 2, when the first sealing member 111 seals the filtering member 11, the second sealing member 112 correspondingly opens the water guide portion 121, and at this time, the liquid heating container can inject water into the filtering member 11 to perform a tea making function; when the first sealing member 111 opens the filter member 11, the second sealing member 112 correspondingly closes the water guide portion 121, and the liquid heating container can perform a filtering function.
When the sealing assembly is arranged in the structure shown in fig. 7, when the first sealing element 111 seals the filtering element 11, the second sealing element 112 correspondingly seals the water guide part 121, and at this time, the filtering element 11 in the liquid heating container does not feed water and does not discharge water any more, so that the tea making function of sealed water storage can be performed; when the first sealing member 111 opens the filtering member 11, the second sealing member 112 correspondingly opens the water guide portion 121, and at this time, the filtering member 11 in the liquid heating container is supplied with water and discharged with water, and at this time, the tea pouring function can be performed.
The linkage part 112a is arranged, so that the first sealing part 111 and the second sealing part 112 can move synchronously only by independently driving the first sealing part 111 or the second sealing part 112, and the advantages of simplifying a driving device and facilitating the switching of the liquid heating container between tea making states in a tea pouring state can be achieved.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the linkage member 112a is movably inserted into the filter member 11, and one end is connected to the first sealing member 111, and the other end is connected to the second sealing member 112; the linkage piece 112a can move in the vertical direction to drive the first sealing element 111 and the second sealing element 112 to synchronously lift and lower in the vertical direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the above-mentioned linkage member 112a may be specifically configured as a connecting bolt, one end of which may be fixedly connected with the first sealing member 111, and the other end of which is detachably connected with the second sealing member 112 through a nut in the bolt. Moreover, since the linkage member 112a is movably inserted into the filter member 11, in order to prevent water in the filter member 11 from dripping from the through hole penetrating the linkage member 112a, a sealing member may be correspondingly disposed on the through hole or the peripheral wall of the linkage member 112 a.
The arrangement mode of the linkage piece 112a has the advantages of simple structure, stable connection, capability of being limited and installed on the filter piece 11 and vertically moving up and down.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the adjustment mechanism comprises a swivel arm 2 and a drive 3; the rotating arm 2 is hinged through a hinge shaft, one end of the rotating arm 2 is a connecting end 21 in transmission connection with the sealing assembly, and the other end of the rotating arm 2 is a movable end 22; the driving element 3 is in transmission connection with the movable end 22, and can drive the movable end 22 to rotate around the hinge shaft, so as to change the blocking state of the sealing assembly on the water guide part 121 and the filter element 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the adjusting mechanism is provided with a rotating arm 2 and a driving element 3, the driving element 3 drives a movable end 22 of the rotating arm 2 to rotate the rotating arm 2 around the hinge shaft, and further drives a connecting end 21 to move, and finally the sealing assembly is driven to move to change the blocking state of the sealing assembly on the water guide part 121 and the filter element 11.
The distance of the connecting end 21 from the hinge axis can be set smaller than the distance of the free end 22 from the hinge axis, so that the swivel arm 2 now acts as a labour-saving lever mechanism and the connection of the free end 22 to the actuating element 3 and the connection of the connecting end 21 to the sealing assembly can be set to a direct or indirect connection.
The specific arrangement mode of the adjusting mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and capability of flexibly changing the blocking state of the sealing assembly on the water guide part 121 and the filtering piece 11 through the driving piece 3.
In addition, the present embodiment provides another alternative to the adjustment mechanism in the liquid heating vessel, the rotatable arm 2 comprising a first rotatable arm 23 and a second rotatable arm 24; the first rotating arm 23 and the second rotating arm 24 are respectively provided with a connecting end 21 and a movable end 22; the driver 3 includes a first driving portion 31 and a second driving portion 32; the first driving part 31 is in transmission connection with the movable end 22 of the first rotating arm 23, and the second driving part 32 is in transmission connection with the movable end 22 of the second rotating arm 24; the driving member 3 can drive the first rotating arm 23 and the second rotating arm 24 to move separately or simultaneously, so that the first sealing element 111 and the second sealing element 112 can move up and down separately or simultaneously.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rotating arm 2 is provided with a first rotating arm 23 and a second rotating arm 24, the driving member 3 is provided with a first driving part 31 and a second driving part 32, the first driving part 31 is in transmission connection with the movable end 22 of the first rotating arm 23, and the second driving part 32 is in transmission connection with the movable end 22 of the second rotating arm 24, so that the driving member 3 can separately or simultaneously trigger the first driving part 31 and the second driving part 32 to separately or simultaneously drive the first rotating arm 23 and the second rotating arm 24 to move, thereby separately or simultaneously enabling the first sealing member 111 and the second sealing member 112 to separately or simultaneously move up and down.
The specific arrangement mode of the adjusting mechanism can enable the first sealing element 111 and the second sealing element 112 to move up and down independently or simultaneously, and the sealing assembly can simultaneously open the water guide part 121 and the filtering element 11, or open the water guide part 121 to seal the filtering element 11, or close the water guide part 121 to open the filtering element 11, or simultaneously close the water guide part 121 and the filtering element 11, so that the liquid heating container can perform multiple functions of making tea, pouring tea, steaming tea and the like.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, the second rotating arm 24 is in driving connection with the first sealing member 111 through the lifting rod 241, and the lifting rod 241 is in driving connection with the filtering member 11 through the spring 241 a; when the second rotating arm 24 does not press the lifting rod 241, the spring 241a can drive the lifting rod 241 to move upwards so that the first sealing member 111 blocks the filter element 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the lifting rod 241 may penetrate through the filter element 11 to be in transmission connection with the first sealing element 111, and the spring 241a may be sleeved on the outer circumferential wall of the lifting rod 241, and one end of the spring 241a abuts against the filter element 11, and the other end of the spring 241 is fixed to the lifting rod 241, so that an upward elastic force may be provided to the lifting rod 241 by the spring 241a, and thus, when the connecting end 21 of the second rotating arm 24 moves upward, the connecting end 21 does not need to be directly connected with the lifting rod 241, and the first sealing element 111 may still move upward, which has the advantages of simplifying the connecting structure and facilitating the first sealing element 111 to block the filter element 11.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the swivel arm 2 is provided with a magnetic attraction 221 at the movable end 22; the driving member 3 is an electromagnet corresponding to the magnetic attraction member 221, and the electromagnet can attract the magnetic attraction member 221 to move downwards when being powered on, so as to drive the connecting end 21 to move upwards through the rotating arm 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a magnetic attraction piece 221 is disposed at the movable end 22 of the rotating arm 2, and the driving piece 3 is disposed as an electromagnet corresponding to the magnetic attraction piece 221, so that the electromagnet can attract and drive the rotating arm 2 to move downwards at the movable end 22 by virtue of magnetic force due to the characteristic that the electromagnet is electrified to generate magnetism.
The driving part 3 is provided with the electromagnet, the rotating arm 2 is provided with the magnetic attraction part 221 corresponding to the electromagnet at the movable end 22, the function of driving the rotating arm 2 to rotate and further changing the plugging state of the sealing component to the water guide part 121 and the filtering part 11 can be realized in a magnetic attraction non-contact mode, and the sealing device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and control and non-contact transmission.
Of course, the upper actuating element 3 can also be arranged in other ways, for example, the actuating element 3 can be arranged as a drive motor and connected to the pivoted arm 2 at the free end 22 via a rack-and-pinion gear mechanism, and the function of driving the pivoted arm 2 to rotate can also be realized.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the liquid heating container further comprises a cover 4 for covering the kettle body 1; the rotating arm 2 is hinged to the cover body 4 through a hinge shaft; a first compression spring 41 is arranged between the cover body 4 and the connecting end 21; the connecting end 21 can press the second sealing member 112 downwards under the action of the first compression spring 41, so that the second sealing member 112 normally closes off the water guide part 121.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the rotating arm 2 is hinged to the lid 4 through a hinge shaft, so that the rotating arm 2 can be flexibly detached from the pot body 1 along with the lid 4; furthermore, the first compression spring 41 is arranged between the cover 4 and the connecting end 21 of the rotating arm 2, so that the connecting end 21 can press the second sealing element 112 by the elastic force of the first compression spring 41, so that the second sealing element 112 normally closes the water guide 121, and thus the water collecting member 12 can be prevented from guiding water to the filter member 11 through the water guide 121 in the standby state of the driving member 3.
It should be noted that the magnitude of the elastic force of the first compression spring 41 can be flexibly selected, and the second sealing member 112 can be ensured to block the water guide portion 121 in a stable and normally closed manner, and at the same time, the rotating arm 2 can be ensured to normally rotate against the elastic force of the first compression spring 41 when the driving member 3 drives the rotating arm 2.
Furthermore, the connecting end 21 of the swivel arm 2 may be in direct abutment with the second seal 112 or may be in indirect abutment with an intermediate connection.
In an alternative of this embodiment, a second compression spring 113 is further provided between the second sealing member 112 and the filter member 11; when the driver 3 drives the connection end 21 to move upward, the second sealing member 112 can move upward to open the water guide 121 by the elastic force of the second compression spring 113.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the second compression spring 113 may be specifically sleeved on the pipe section of the water guide portion 121 extending into the filter element 11, one end of the second compression spring 113 is connected to the filter element 11, and the other end of the second compression spring 113 is connected to the second sealing element 112, and the second sealing element 112 may have a tendency of moving upward by the elastic force of the second compression spring 113, so that when the connecting end 21 of the driving element 3 moves upward and no longer presses the second sealing element 112, the second sealing element 112 may move upward to open the water guide portion 121.
Through the second compression spring 113, the connection end 21 of the driving element 3 is not required to be directly connected with the second sealing element 112, and the water guide part 121 can be opened by the second sealing element 112 only by allowing the connection end 21 of the driving element 3 not to extrude the second sealing element 112 any more, so that the water guide part 121 can be opened by the second sealing element 112 conveniently and the connection structure can be simplified.
In an alternative of this embodiment, one end of the water guide part 121 is movably inserted into the filter element 11; a third compression spring 13 is arranged between the water collecting piece 12 and the filtering piece 11; one end of the third compression spring 13 is connected with the filter element 11, and the other end is connected with the water guide part 121; the water-collecting member 12 can press down the bottom wall of the kettle body 1 under the elastic force of the third compression spring 13.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, one end of the water guide part 121 is movably inserted into the filtering member 11, and a third compression spring 13 is arranged between the water collecting member 12 and the filtering member 11, so that the water collecting member 12 has a tendency of moving away from the filtering member 11 by the elastic force of the third compression spring 13, and thus when the filtering member 11 and the water collecting member 12 are installed on the pot body 1, the water collecting member 12 can press the bottom wall of the pot body 1, so that the siphon effect can be utilized, and water at the bottom of the pot body 1 can flow upwards into the filtering member 11 through the water guide part 121 during heating.
It should be noted that the water collecting member 12 may be specifically configured as a bell mouth structure, and a water inlet may be formed on a side wall of the water collecting member 12, so that water in the kettle body 1 can enter the water collecting member 12.

Claims (14)

1. A liquid heating vessel, comprising:
the kettle comprises a kettle body (1), wherein a filter element (11) and a water collecting element (12) are arranged in the kettle body (1), and the water collecting element (12) can guide water to the filter element (11) through a water guide part (121);
the sealing assembly is arranged on the kettle body (1) and is used for sealing the filter element (11) and the water guide part (121);
and the adjusting mechanism is in transmission connection with the sealing assembly and is used for adjusting the sealing state of the sealing assembly to the filtering piece (11) and the water guide part (121).
2. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said sealing assembly comprises a first seal (111);
the first sealing element (111) is arranged outside or inside the filter element (11) for sealing off the filter element (11);
and the first sealing element (111) is used for correspondingly plugging and opening the filter element (11) when being in a first working condition and a second working condition.
3. A liquid heating vessel according to claim 2, wherein the filter element (11) is provided with filter apertures only at a side corresponding to the first sealing member (111).
4. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 2, wherein said sealing assembly further comprises a second seal (112);
the second sealing piece (112) is arranged inside the filter piece (11) and used for sealing the water guide part (121);
the second sealing element (112) is used for correspondingly plugging and opening the water guide part (121) when being in a first working condition and a second working condition respectively;
wherein the adjusting mechanism can drive the first sealing element (111) and the second sealing element (112) to switch between a first working condition and a second working condition.
5. A liquid heating vessel according to claim 4, wherein the water conducting portion (121) extends partially into the filter element (11) and one end of the water conducting portion extending into the filter element (11) forms a water outlet;
when the second sealing element (112) is in a first working condition, the second sealing element and the water outlet are arranged at intervals so as to open the water outlet;
when the second sealing element (112) is in a second working condition, part of the second sealing element is inserted into the water outlet so as to seal the water outlet.
6. A liquid heating vessel according to claim 4, wherein said first seal (111) is connected to said second seal (112) by a linkage (112 a);
the linkage (112a) is capable of moving the first seal (111) in synchronism with the second seal (112).
7. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 6, wherein said linkage member (112a) is movably inserted through said filter member (11) and is connected at one end to said first sealing member (111) and at the other end to said second sealing member (112);
the linkage piece (112a) can move along the vertical direction so as to drive the first sealing piece (111) and the second sealing piece (112) to synchronously lift and move along the vertical direction.
8. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 4 wherein said adjustment mechanism comprises:
the rotating arm (2) is hinged through a hinge shaft, one end of the rotating arm (2) is a connecting end (21) in transmission connection with the sealing assembly, and the other end of the rotating arm is a movable end (22);
the driving piece (3) is in transmission connection with the movable end (22) and can drive the movable end (22) to rotate around the hinge shaft so as to change the blocking state of the sealing assembly on the water guide part (121) and the filtering piece (11).
9. A liquid heating vessel according to claim 8, characterized in that the swivel arm (2) comprises a first swivel arm (23) and a second swivel arm (24), and the first swivel arm (23) and the second swivel arm (24) have a respective connecting end (21), a free end (22);
the drive member (3) comprises a first drive portion (31) and a second drive portion (32);
the first driving part (31) is in transmission connection with the movable end (22) of the first rotating arm (23), and the second driving part (32) is in transmission connection with the movable end (22) of the second rotating arm (24);
the driving piece (3) can drive the first rotating arm (23) and the second rotating arm (24) to move separately or simultaneously so as to enable the first sealing piece (111) and the second sealing piece (112) to move up and down separately or simultaneously.
10. A liquid heating vessel according to claim 9, wherein the second rotatable arm (24) is drivingly connected to the first sealing member (111) by a lifting lever (241), and the lifting lever (241) is drivingly connected to the filter member (11) by a spring (241 a);
when the second rotating arm (24) does not press the lifting rod (241), the spring (241a) can drive the lifting rod (241) to move, so that the first sealing piece (111) blocks the filter piece (11).
11. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the rotatable arm (2) is provided with a magnetic attraction (221) at the movable end (22);
the driving piece (3) is arranged to be an electromagnet corresponding to the magnetic attraction piece (221), and the electromagnet can attract the magnetic attraction piece (221) to move downwards when being electrified so as to drive the connecting end (21) to move upwards through the rotating arm (2).
12. A liquid heating vessel as claimed in claim 11, characterised in that it further comprises a lid (4) for closing the kettle body (1);
the rotating arm (2) is hinged to the cover body (4) through the hinge shaft;
a first compression spring (41) is arranged between the cover body (4) and the connecting end (21);
the connecting end (21) can press the second sealing element (112) downwards under the action of the first compression spring (41) so that the second sealing element (112) normally closes and blocks the water guide part (121).
13. A liquid heating vessel according to claim 11, wherein a second compression spring (113) is further provided between said second sealing member (112) and said filter member (11);
when the driving element (3) drives the connecting end (21) to move upwards, the second sealing element (112) can move upwards to open the water guide part (121) under the action of the elastic force of the second compression spring (113).
14. A liquid heating container as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein one end of the water guide part (121) is movably inserted into the filter member (11);
a third compression spring (13) is arranged between the water collecting piece (12) and the filtering piece (11);
one end of the third compression spring (13) is connected with the filter element (11), and the other end is connected with the water guide part (121);
the water collecting piece (12) can press the bottom wall of the kettle body (1) downwards under the elastic force of the third compression spring (13).
