Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the filler 270, the first-stage outlet 251, and the second-stage outlet 252 are sequentially arranged along the center of the case toward the edge of the case. The cover body 210 is provided with the flow guide part 213, the flow guide part 213 is connected to the bottom wall 211, the cross section of the second-stage outlet 252 limited by the flow guide part 213 and the water adding cover 220 is triangular, water flows out from the vertex angle limited by the flow guide part 213, and the flow guide part 213 plays a role in collecting the water flows out from the second-stage outlet 252 and intensively leading out the water flows. Wherein, the shape of the flow guiding part 213 is similar to the shape of the spout of the heating kettle, and the flow guiding part can play a role in flow guiding.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the bottom wall 211 is inclined downwards along the second-stage outlet 252 in the direction of the filler 270, so as to facilitate the water flowing back into the tank from the second-stage outlet 252 in the direction of the filler 270, and the opening area of the filler 270 is large, so as to ensure that the water flows back into the tank quickly, avoid water accumulation in the channel, and reduce the contact between the water and the external environment.
The filler 270, the first-stage outlet 251 and the second-stage outlet 252 are arranged in sequence, and the second-stage outlet 252 is inclined downwards towards the filler 270, so that water flowing back from the second-stage outlet 252 can flow into the box body through the first-stage outlet 251 and the filler 270.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the cap body 210 is provided with an anti-water overflowing part 212 protruding from the bottom wall 211, the anti-water overflowing part 212 being located outside the filler opening 270 and the first-stage outlet 251 and extending to the second-stage outlet 252, and the water adding cap 220 being connected to the anti-water overflowing part 212. The water overflowing preventing portion 212 increases the height of the water filling port 270 and the outside of the first-stage outlet 251 to prevent the water in the tank from overflowing from the water filling port 270 or the first-stage outlet 251. The water feeding cover 220 and the water overflowing preventing part 212 are connected in a sealing manner as much as possible, so that the sealing performance of the cover body 200 is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the water adding cap 220 is sleeved outside the water overflowing preventing portion 212 or the water overflowing preventing portion is sleeved outside the water adding cap. The water overflowing preventing part 212 of the passage can also be used for connecting the water adding cover 220, and the structure for connecting the water adding cover 220 does not need to be separately arranged, so that the structure of the cover body 210 can be simplified.
The water overflowing preventing portion 212 is formed into a U-shaped structure, an open position of the U-shaped structure faces the flow guiding portion 213 in the above embodiment, a closed position of an end of the U-shaped structure surrounds the water filling opening 270, and two sides of the U-shaped structure extend along the water filling opening 270 to the flow guiding portion 213. The water overflowing preventing part 212 has a simple structure and is convenient to process. Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the water feeding cover 220 is sleeved outside the water overflowing preventing portion 212, a groove is formed between the cover body 210 and the water overflowing preventing portion 212, and a side edge of the water feeding cover 220 is inserted into the groove, so that the connection between the water feeding cover 220 and the cover body 210 is realized, and the connection is simple and convenient and has a simple structure. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the water overflowing preventing part 212, the bottom wall 211 and the connecting part 214 in the following embodiments limit a groove for the water adding cover 220 to connect, and the cover body 200 has a smart design, a simple structure and is convenient to process. Of course, the anti-overflow part can also be sleeved on the inner side of the water feeding cover (not shown in the figure), and can also play a role in sealing the water feeding port and the first-stage outlet.
In one embodiment, the box body is provided with a communicating part which communicates the internal environment with the external environment of the box body, and when water is poured outwards through the second water outlet part, so that the internal and external pressures in the box body are balanced, the water can be poured out.
As shown in fig. 6, the communicating portion is a notch formed in the spill prevention portion 212, and the notch and the water addition lid 220 are not sealed, and the environment inside and outside the tank body is communicated through the notch. Of course, the water adding cover 220 and the water overflowing preventing part 212 need to be sealed at other positions, and a circumferential seal or an end face seal can be adopted. The water feeding cover 220 is sleeved on the outer side of the anti-overflow part 212, the position of the gap is hidden, impurities outside the box body are difficult to enter the box body through the position of the gap, and the cleanness and the safety of the interior of the box body are guaranteed.
The communicating portion may be a through hole provided in the cover 200, and has a simple structure.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the water retaining portion 2111 is connected to the bottom wall 211 of the passageway, the water retaining portion 2111 is provided on the wall surface of the bottom wall 211 facing the interior of the tank, and the water retaining portion 2111 is located outside the first stage outlet 251. The water retaining portion 2111 plays a role in blocking water in the box body from splashing out of the first-level outlet 251, and when the box body does not need to pour water, water leakage of the second water outlet portion 250 of the box body is avoided, so that the user experience is facilitated to be improved.
The water retaining portion 2111 is located on one side of the first-stage outlet 251, which is close to the center line of the tank, and the tank is shaken or impacted by external force to block water close to the center of the tank from splashing out of the first-stage outlet 251. Of course, the water dam 2111 may also be disposed around the outside of the first stage outlet 251 to completely prevent water from splashing out of the first stage outlet 251. The height of the water retaining portion 2111 can be set to meet the water retaining requirement according to the application occasion of the box body and the range of the box body subjected to impact acting force.
An embodiment in which a cup 230 for brewing is provided in the pod is provided below.
In one embodiment, a cup 230 is disposed in the box, the cup 230 has a first through hole 231, and the first through hole 231 communicates a first space in the cup 230 with a second space in the box. The cup body 230 is used for brewing tea leaves, lemon slices and the like, and the cup body 230 is communicated with the inner space of the box body through the first through hole 231, so that the structure is simple and the processing is simple and convenient.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the cup 230 is a cylindrical shell, and the side surface and the bottom surface of the cup 230 are both provided with first through holes 231, so as to ensure that the first space is fully communicated with the second space. The structure of the cup 230 is not limited to the cylindrical shell, and may be irregular.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, in the case where the case includes a case body 100 and a cover 200 coupled to the case body 100, the cup 230 is detachably coupled to the cover 200. The lid 200 is detached from the box body 100, so that the cup 230 can be taken out of the box body 100, and the user's hand does not need to extend into the box body 100, thereby avoiding the contamination of the water in the box body 100 during the process of detaching the cup 230, and helping to keep the water in the box body 100 clean.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in the case that the cover body 200 includes the cover body 210, the wall surface of the cover body 210 facing the inside of the box body is provided with the connecting portion 214, at least one of the cup body 230 and the connecting portion 214 is provided with the engaging member 232, and the other is provided with the engaging groove 2141, and the cup body 230 rotates to switch the engaging member 232 between the engaging position engaging with the engaging groove 2141 and the disengaging position disengaging from the engaging groove 2141. The cup 230 is connected to the cap body 210 in a rotary clamping manner, so that the cup 230 is conveniently detached and installed from the cap body 210.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the connecting portion 214 is provided with a clamping groove 2141, the cup body 230 is provided with a clamping member 232, the clamping member 232 is a protrusion arranged on the surface of the cup body 230, and the clamping groove 2141 is matched with the clamping member 232 in shape, so that the clamping member 232 can be smoothly switched between a clamping position and a disengaging position.
The connecting portion 214 is located at the periphery of the water filling port 270, the opening at the upper end of the cup body 230 vertically corresponds to the water filling port 270, water added into the box body from the water filling port 270 needs to enter the first space in the cup body 230 first and then flows to the second space from the first through hole 231, and during the water filling process, tea leaves or lemon slices and other substances to be brewed in the cup body 230 can be fully brewed.
Examples of other structures on the case are provided below.
In one embodiment, a sterilizing filter 150 is disposed within the housing, and the sterilizing filter 150 is disposed within the first outlet portion 120. The sterilizing filter 150 may play a role in sterilizing bacteria and impurities in the filter housing. The sterilization filter 150 is disposed inside the first water outlet portion 120, and the water flowing out of the first water outlet portion 120 is processed by the sterilization filter 150, so as to ensure the safety of the water flowing out of the first water outlet portion 120.
Of course, the sterilizing filter 150 may be disposed inside the second outlet portion 250, such as below the bottom wall 211 corresponding to the first stage outlet 251, to ensure the safety of the outlet water of the second outlet portion 250.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the sterilization filter 150 includes a housing 151 and a filter layer 152, and the filter layer 152 is made of a material capable of filtering escherichia coli, so as to ensure drinking water safety. The housing 151 is detachably connected to the box body 100, and the housing 151 may be connected to the box body 100 by means of insertion, clamping, magnetic attraction, or the like.
In one embodiment, a grip 160 is attached to the case for easy grasping by a user. The holding member 160 and the second water outlet portion 250 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the box body, when water is poured from the second water outlet portion 250, a user can conveniently pour water by holding the holding member 160, and the use convenience is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, the holding member 160 is detachably connected to the box body 100, the box body 100 is provided with a first recess 130, the first recess 130 is recessed toward the inside of the box body, the outer side of the first recess 130 is used for connecting the holding member 160, the holding member 160 is provided with a connecting groove 161, and the connecting groove 161 is in clamping connection with a protruding block on the first recess 130 for limitation, so as to ensure the connection stability of the holding member 160 on the box body 100. The holding member 160 can be processed independently of the box body 100, and the holding member 160 and the box body 100 are made of different materials, so that independent processing is more convenient. Of course, the grip 160 may be integrally formed with the box body 100 (not shown).
When the user need be dismantled the water tank of this embodiment from the cabinet body in following embodiment, the handheld portion of gripping of user can easily take off the water tank from the cabinet body, improves user's dismouting convenience.
In one embodiment, the tank body 100 is provided with scale marks to facilitate the user to observe the water level in the tank body 100. The tank body 100 may be made of a transparent material such as plastic.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7, a second recess 180 is provided on the box body 100, a clamping rib 170 is connected to the second recess 180, the second recess 180 is adapted to a supporting portion 410 in the following drinking water device embodiment, a protrusion on the supporting portion 410 is inserted into the second recess 180, the clamping rib 170 is clamped on the supporting portion 410, the supporting portion 410 is used for supporting the box body, and the second recess 180 and the supporting portion 410 are mutually limited.
Embodiments of the first valve assembly 300 are provided below.
In one embodiment, the first valve assembly 300 includes a first valve housing 310, a first valve core 320 disposed within the first valve housing 310, the first valve housing 310 connected to the tank, the first valve core 320 configured to move within the first valve housing 310 to open and close the first water outlet portion 120, and a first return member 330 disposed between the first valve housing 310 and the first valve core 320, the first return member 330 for driving the first valve core 320 from the first open position to the first closed position. The first valve assembly 300 adjusts the opening and closing of the first water outlet 120 by moving the first valve element 320, and has a simple structure, is convenient to open and close, and can ensure sealing performance. The movement of the first valve spool 320 needs to be driven by an external force, such as the second valve assembly 500 in the embodiments described below or directly by manual depression. The first restoring member 330 overcomes the elastic force during the movement of the first valve spool 320 from the first closed position to the first open position, and the elastic force of the first restoring member 330 drives the first valve spool 320 to move from the first open position to the first closed position when the external force applied to the first valve spool 320 is released.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first restoring member 330 is a spring, and has a simple structure and is easy to install. The outer wall of the first valve core 320 is sleeved with a third sealing element 350, when the first valve core 320 is in the first closed position, the third sealing element 350 seals the first valve core 320 and the first valve housing 310, and when the first valve core 320 is in the first open position, the third sealing element 350 moves synchronously with the first valve core 320, so that the sealing relationship between the first valve core 320 and the first valve housing 310 is released. And, the outer wall cover of first valve casing 310 is equipped with second sealing member 340, and first valve casing 310 pegs graft in first outlet pipe 110, and second sealing member 340 makes first valve casing 310 and the first outlet pipe 110 on the case body 100 sealing connection. The first valve housing 310 is connected to the first outlet pipe 110 of the box body in a rotary clamping manner, so that the first valve assembly 300 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.
An embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, provides a drinking device, which includes a cabinet and the water tank in the above embodiment, wherein the tank is detachably connected to the cabinet. The drinking device of the present embodiment, including the water tank of the above embodiments, has all the above beneficial effects, and is not described herein again.
When the box body is connected with the cabinet body, the box body discharges water through the first water outlet part 120; when the box body is detached from the cabinet body, the box body can be used as a kettle, and the box body can pour water from the second water outlet part 250. Of course, when the box body is detached from the cabinet body, the box body can also discharge water from the first water outlet portion 120.
Wherein, the drinking equipment can be a water dispenser, a water purifier and the like; the water dispenser can also be a refrigerating device integrated with a water dispenser function in a refrigerator, an ice chest and the like, the cabinet body of the refrigerating device comprises a cabinet body and a door body 400, and referring to fig. 7 to 10, the water tank is connected to the door body 400 of the refrigerating device, so that water can be conveniently taken. When the drinking device is a refrigeration device with the function of a drinking machine, the cup body 230 is used for containing substances to be brewed, such as lemons, white tea and the like, which are suitable for being repeatedly patted by cold water.
The water tank of this embodiment can take off from the cabinet body under the condition that has water in inside, satisfies the multi-scene user demand of user to the water tank. If water is not taken out from the water tank for a long time, when the water tank needs to be cleaned, a user can directly take the water tank down for cleaning, and the operation is simple and convenient. When water in the water tank is used up, a user can take the water tank to add water, and the water adding operation is more convenient.
In one embodiment, a second valve assembly 500 is fixedly connected to the cabinet, the second valve assembly 500 is detachably connected to the first valve assembly 300, and when the second valve assembly 500 is connected to the first valve assembly 300, the second valve assembly 500 is switched between an open state and a closed state to drive the first valve assembly 300 to open or close. The second valve assembly 500 is fixed on the cabinet body, so that the second valve assembly 500 and the control member 420 on the cabinet body can be accurately assembled, the control member 420 is used for driving the second valve assembly 500 to open, the second valve assembly 500 is used for driving the first valve assembly 300 to open, the assembly accuracy of the control member 420 and the second valve assembly 500 is high, and the second valve assembly 500 can be flexibly and accurately opened.
And, connect first valve module 300 on the box, first valve module 300 is in the closed condition, and the box can be taken off from the cabinet body under the state that is equipped with water, need not to emit water, conveniently pours water in the box to can also avoid impurity to get into the box, help keeping the cleanness of box internal environment.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second valve assembly 500 comprises a second valve housing 510, a second valve spool 520 disposed within the second valve housing 510, and a second restoring member 530 disposed between the second valve housing 510 and the second valve spool 520, the second valve housing 510 being connected to the first valve assembly 300, the second valve spool 520 being arranged and adapted to move within the second valve housing 510, i.e. to switch between a second closed position and a second open position, to drive the first valve spool 320 to switch between the first open position and the first closed position, the second restoring member 530 being adapted to drive the second valve spool 520 to move from the second open position to the second closed position.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the user presses the operating member 420, the operating member 420 drives the second valve element 520 to move, and the second valve element 520 drives the first valve element 320 to move, so that the first water outlet portion 120 of the tank is opened, and water can be discharged through the water outlet of the second valve assembly 500. When the user finishes the action of pressing the operating member 420, the restoring forces of the first restoring member 330 and the second restoring member 530 respectively drive the first valve element 320 and the second valve element 520 to restore, and the first water outlet portion 120 is closed to finish taking water once.
The second restoring member 530 is also a spring, which has a simple structure and a good restoring effect.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second valve housing 510 of the second valve assembly 500 is sleeved outside the first valve housing 310 of the first valve assembly 300, and the second valve element 520 of the second valve assembly 500 is inserted into the first valve element 320 of the first valve assembly 300. The first valve shell 310 is sleeved with the second valve body, so that the installation is simple and convenient; the first valve core 320 and the second valve core 520 are inserted, so that the first valve core 320 and the second valve core 520 are conveniently and quickly and accurately positioned.
It is sealed through fourth sealing member 540 between second valve casing 510 and the first valve casing 310, and fourth sealing member 540 is equipped with a plurality of sealed faces towards one side of first valve casing 310, carries out multistage sealing between fourth sealing member 540 and the first valve casing 310, promotes sealed effect, avoids leaking water.

Claims (15)

1. A water tank, comprising:
the box body limits a first water outlet part and a second water outlet part positioned above the first water outlet part; the second water outlet part comprises a first-stage outlet, a second-stage outlet and a channel, the channel is communicated with the first-stage outlet and the second-stage outlet so that water in the box body can be poured out through the first-stage outlet, the channel and the second-stage outlet, and the first-stage outlet and the second-stage outlet are staggered;
a first valve assembly connected to the tank for opening and closing the first water outlet portion, the first valve assembly being adapted to open to take water from the first water outlet portion.
2. The tank of claim 1, wherein the tank body comprises a tank body and a cover connected to the tank body, the cover defining the second outlet portion.
3. The water tank as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cover body includes a cover body and a water adding cover connected to the cover body, the water adding cover being switchable between a cover position covering the first stage outlet and an open position opening the first stage outlet, the cover body and the water adding cover defining the passage in the cover position, the first stage outlet being opened to add water into the tank body in the open position.
4. The water tank as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cover body is provided with a bottom wall of the channel, the bottom wall is provided with a filler and the first-stage outlet, the filler cover is arranged on the filler and the first-stage outlet, and the filler, the first-stage outlet, the channel and the second-stage outlet are communicated.
5. The water tank of claim 3 wherein a gap is provided between the water addition cap and the cap body to restrict the second stage outlet.
6. The water tank as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cover body is provided with an anti-water overflowing portion protruding from the bottom wall, the anti-water overflowing portion is located outside the water filling port and the first-stage outlet and extends to the second-stage outlet, and the water filling cover is connected to the anti-water overflowing portion.
7. The water tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water blocking portion is connected to a bottom wall of the passage, and is provided on a wall surface of the bottom wall facing the inside of the tank body, the water blocking portion being located outside the first-stage outlet.
8. The water tank as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the tank body comprises a tank body and a cover body connected to the tank body, a cup body is provided on the cover body, and a first through hole is provided on the cup body to communicate an inner space of the cup body with an inner space of the tank body.
9. The water tank as claimed in claim 8, wherein the cover body comprises a cover body, a connecting portion is arranged on a wall surface of the cover body facing the inside of the tank body, at least one of the cup body and the connecting portion is provided with a clamping member, the other one of the cup body and the connecting portion is provided with a clamping groove, and the cup body is rotated to switch the clamping member between a clamping position where the clamping member is clamped in the clamping groove and a disengagement position where the clamping member is disengaged from the clamping groove.
10. A water tank according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a sterilising filter is provided within the tank, the sterilising filter being provided in the first outlet portion.
11. The tank of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first valve assembly comprises a first valve housing, a first valve element disposed within the first valve housing, the first valve housing being connected to the tank body, the first valve element being arranged and adapted to move within the first valve housing to open and close the first water outlet portion, and a first return element disposed between the first valve housing and the first valve element, the first return element being adapted to drive the first valve element from a first open position to a first closed position.
12. The water tank as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a grip is attached to the tank body.
13. A drinking water appliance comprising a cabinet and a water tank as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, the tank being removably connected to the cabinet.
14. The water fountain apparatus of claim 13, wherein a second valve assembly is fixedly connected to the cabinet and removably connected to the first valve assembly, the second valve assembly being switchable between an open state and a closed state to actuate the first valve assembly to open or close.
15. The water fountain apparatus of claim 14, wherein the second valve housing of the second valve assembly is nested outside the first valve housing of the first valve assembly, and the second valve spool of the second valve assembly is nested with the first valve spool of the first valve assembly.
