However, this operation is less accurate and labor intensive. Through setting up sensor and controlgear, realize the automatic control, the regulation to temperature and humidity, realized the automation.

Preferably, the driving device is a rotating motor, and the rotating motor is connected to the first driving roller 110 through a belt.
Preferably, the outer wall of the first driving roller 110 is formed with embossed patterns, which are matched with the meshes of the first belt.

The drying agent is food drying agent, and the body and the product are nontoxic and harmless. Since the evaporation of moisture is accelerated by the exhaust fan and heat loss is caused, the drying box is provided in the oven 200 to absorb moisture by using a drying agent.

1. The dried kiwi fruit baking equipment is characterized by comprising a first conveyor belt component (100), a baking box (200) and a second conveyor belt component (300);
the first belt member (100) includes a first driving roller (110), a first driven roller (120), and a first belt; the first driving roller (110) is arranged on the first bracket (130), and the first driving roller (110) is connected with a driving device; the first driven roller (120) comprises an inner ring (121) and an outer ring (122); the inner ring (121) is of a cylindrical structure, and supports for supporting the ground are formed at two ends of the inner ring (121); the outer ring (122) is a cylindrical shell with two through ends, and the outer ring (122) is sleeved on the inner ring (121); the first belt is sleeved on the first driving roller (110) and the outer ring (122), and a gap is formed between the first belt and the outer ring (122);
the baking oven (200) is a hollow oven body, and a heating device is arranged in the baking oven (200); the baking box (200) is mounted on the first bracket (130), the first driven roller (120) is located in the baking box (200), the baking box (200) comprises a middle side wall arranged between the first driving roller (110) and the first driven roller (120), a through hole is formed in the middle side wall, and the first belt passes through the through hole;
the second conveyor belt part (300) comprises a second driving roller, a second driven roller and a second belt; second driven roller installs toast in case (200), just second driven roller is located between the upper strata and the lower floor of first belt, second initiative gyro wheel is located toast outside case (200), second initiative gyro wheel with the line perpendicular to of second driven roller first initiative gyro wheel (110) with the line of first driven roller (120), the second belt cover is established second initiative gyro wheel with on the second driven roller, follow the kiwi fruit piece that drops on the first belt falls on the second belt.

The kiwi fruit dry fruit roasting apparatus of claim 1, wherein a cleaning device is disposed between the first driving roller (110) and the first driven roller (120), the cleaning device comprising a hollow housing (410), a shower head (420), a brush (430), and a waste water tank (440); holes for penetrating the first belt are formed in two opposite side walls of the hollow shell (410), and the first belt positioned on the upper side penetrates through the hollow shell (410); the spray header (420) is mounted on the top plate of the hollow shell (410), and the spray header (420) sprays water towards the first belt; the brush (430) is arranged above the first belt, and bristles of the brush (430) are in contact with the first belt; the waste water box (440) is detachably installed right below the first belt, and the waste water box (440) is used for collecting waste water after the first belt is cleaned.
3. The dry kiwi fruit roasting apparatus of claim 1, wherein said roasting oven (200) has a moisture detector installed therein, said moisture detector being configured to obtain moisture information in said roasting oven (200).
4. The roasting apparatus for dry kiwi fruit of claim 3, wherein said roasting chamber (200) has a hole formed in a side wall thereof, said hole having an exhaust fan installed therein.
5. The dry kiwi fruit roasting apparatus of claim 4, further comprising a controller; the controller is in signal connection with the humidity detector and the exhaust fan; the controller is used for acquiring the humidity information and controlling the rotating speed of the exhaust fan according to the humidity information.
6. The kiwi fruit dry fruit roasting apparatus of any one of claims 1-5, wherein said first belt is made of a plain woven wire woven square mesh.
7. The kiwi fruit roasting apparatus of any one of claims 1-5, wherein both the inner ring (121) and the outer ring (122) are of a mesh structure.
8. The kiwi fruit dry fruit roasting apparatus of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the outer ring (122) is connected to the inner ring (121) by a bearing (123).
9. The dry kiwi fruit roasting apparatus of any one of claims 1-5, wherein said drive means is a rotating motor, said rotating motor being connected to said first drive roller (110) via a belt.
10. The roasting apparatus for dry kiwi fruit of claim 6, wherein said first drive roller (110) has an outer wall formed with ribs, said ribs matching meshes of said first belt.
