Abstract
The invention relates to a fully prefabricated and assembled tramcar pile plate roadbed structure and an installation method thereof, wherein the structure comprises steel rails, fasteners, steel rail bolts, a prefabricated rail bearing platform, high-performance anti-bending bolts, a prefabricated rail plate and prefabricated pipe piles; the prefabricated track slab is provided with a first reserved groove, the bottom surface of a prefabricated track bearing platform is provided with a second reserved groove, the prefabricated track slab is arranged on a foundation, the prefabricated track bearing platform is arranged in the first reserved groove, one end of a prefabricated pipe pile is vertically inserted into the foundation, and the other end of the prefabricated pipe pile penetrates through the prefabricated track slab and then is inserted into the second reserved groove; the steel rail is fixed on the prefabricated rail bearing platform through a fastener and a steel rail bolt, and the end part of the high-performance bending-resistant bolt horizontally penetrates through the prefabricated rail plate and the prefabricated rail bearing platform along the direction perpendicular to the steel rail and is fixed through a nut. The fully-prefabricated assembled tramcar pile plate roadbed structure can be prefabricated and assembled, is simple in construction process, greatly improves construction efficiency, can reduce noise and environmental pollution in the construction process, and has great prospect in the aspect of realizing rapid construction of tramcar tracks.
The upper end of the precast tubular pile 8 is provided with two reserved threaded holes, and the steel rail bolt 3 positioned right above the precast tubular pile 8 is connected with the reserved threaded holes, so that the structural integrity is improved.
The quantity of high performance bending bolts 5 is 16, and the quantity of running through every high performance bending bolts 5 of first reservation recess 9 is 8, and many high performance bending bolts 5 set up along 1 direction interval of rail, and many high performance bending bolts 5 symmetry sets up in 8 center pin both sides of precast tubular pile.
Two high-performance bending-resistant bolts 5 close to the central shaft of the precast tubular pile 8 penetrate through the precast tubular pile 8, so that the structural integrity is improved.

hoisting the precast track plate 7 and the precast track bearing platform 4, aligning a second reserved groove 10 of the precast track bearing platform 4 with the precast tubular pile 8, and then inserting the precast tubular pile 8 into the second reserved groove 10;
4 high-performance bending-resistant bolts 5 close to the central shaft of the precast tubular pile 8 penetrate through the precast track plate 7, the precast track bearing platform 4 and the precast tubular pile 8;
placing the steel rail 1 on a prefabricated rail bearing platform 4, and installing a fastener 2 and a steel rail bolt 3 after calibration, wherein the steel rail bolt 3 positioned right above the prefabricated pipe pile 8 is connected with a reserved threaded hole;
and (4) clearing up the garbage, and finishing the installation of the fully-prefabricated assembled tramcar pile plate roadbed structure.
