Abstract

The wire harness adhesive tape is specially used for winding wire harnesses in the automobile industry. The existing hot-melt pressure-sensitive automobile wire harness adhesive tape is easy to have the problem of poor adhesive residue in the use process, and is difficult to meet the use requirement of the automobile industry on the quality of the automobile wire harness adhesive tape.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the automobile wire harness adhesive tape provided by the invention has certain antimagnetic performance, and can effectively prevent the circuit in the automobile wire harness from being influenced by external electromagnetism; the heat resistance of the automobile wire harness adhesive tape can be effectively improved by adopting terpene resin, petroleum resin and zinc resinate with high softening point, so that the automobile wire harness adhesive tape is suitable for a working environment of about 105 ℃; in addition, in the normal use process, the automobile wire harness adhesive tape is free from adhesive residue, and meets the use requirements of the automobile industry.

Preferably, the viscose surface layer is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
5% of synthetic rubber, 2.8% of toenail rubber, 5% of styrene-butadiene rubber, 4% of petroleum resin, 4% of zinc resinate, 7% of terpene resin, 0.2% of antioxidant and 72% of toluene.
Further, the adhesive further comprises a base coat and a base layer, wherein the base coat is positioned between the adhesive surface layer and the base layer.
Furthermore, the base layer is made of soft PVC.
Wherein the primer coating is formed by coating the surface of the base layer with a primer, and the primer is preferably an aqueous primer;
the base layer is made of soft PVC material, and can effectively improve the flame retardance and the water resistance of the automobile wire harness adhesive tape.
Preferably, the thickness of the adhesive surface layer is 10-14 mu m, the thickness of the base layer is 1-2 mu m, and the thickness of the base layer is 75-165 mu m.

5% synthetic rubber SP20,2.8% natural rubber MG30,5% styrene-butadiene rubber 1013,4% c5 petroleum resin a100,4% zincoumar z,7% beta-terpene resin TRB115,0.2% antioxidant 1010 and 72% toluene.
The preparation method of the viscose surface layer comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the components together according to the formula proportion, and stirring for 11 hours at the ambient temperature of 65 ℃ and the rotating speed of 65rpm to obtain the viscose with the viscosity of 42500cps at 23 ℃; and coating the adhesive on the surface of the base coat to obtain the adhesive surface layer.

The automobile harness adhesive tape differs from example 1 in that: the adhesive surface layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
4% of synthetic rubber SP20,2% of natural rubber MG30,6% of styrene-butadiene rubber 1013,5.6% of c5 petroleum resin a100,3% of zincoumar z,7% of beta-terpene resin TRB115,0.4% of antioxidant 1010 and 72% of toluene.

The automobile harness adhesive tape differs from example 1 in that: the adhesive surface layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

The automobile harness adhesive tape differs from example 1 in that: the adhesive surface layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
4% of synthetic rubber SP20,4% of natural rubber MG30,4% of styrene-butadiene rubber 1013,6% of c5 petroleum resin a100,4%Zincogral Z,5.6% of beta-terpene resin TRB115,0.4% of antioxidant 1010 and 72% of toluene.
Detection example 1
Physical properties of the automobile wire harness tapes prepared in examples 1 to 4 were measured, and the measurement results are shown in table 3:

As can be seen from Table 3, the temperature grade of the automobile wire harness adhesive tape provided by the invention is T2, namely the working temperature is-25-100 ℃, the peeling strength is 2-3N/cm, the initial viscosity is 20-100 mm, and the holding viscosity is more than or equal to 30mins.
Detection example 2
And detecting the residual glue amount. Taking a steel plate with the mass of m0 at room temperature, adhering the automobile wire harness adhesive tapes prepared in examples 1-4 on the steel plate, peeling off the automobile wire harness adhesive tapes after 24 hours, measuring the mass m1 of the steel plate, and calculating the residual adhesive rate w1 by w 1= (m 1-m 0)/m 0 multiplied by 100%;

As can be seen from Table 4, the adhesive residue rates of examples 1 to 4 are all less than 0.1%, which shows that the adhesive residue rate of the automobile wire harness adhesive tape provided by the invention is extremely small, the adhesive residue is not easy to occur, and the use requirement of the automobile industry on the quality of the automobile wire harness adhesive tape is met.
In conclusion, the automobile wire harness adhesive tape provided by the invention has certain antimagnetic performance, and can effectively prevent the circuit in the automobile wire harness from being influenced by external electromagnetism; the heat resistance of the automobile wire harness adhesive tape can be effectively improved by adopting terpene resin, petroleum resin and zinc resinate with high softening point, so that the automobile wire harness adhesive tape is suitable for a working environment of about 105 ℃; in addition, in the normal use process, the automobile wire harness adhesive tape is free from adhesive residue, and meets the use requirements of the automobile industry.

4 to 6 percent of synthetic rubber SP20,2 to 4 percent of toenail rubber MG30,4 to 6 percent of styrene-butadiene rubber 1013,4 to 6 percent of petroleum resin, 3 to 4 percent of zinc resinate, 5 to 7 percent of beta-terpene resin, 0.2 to 0.4 percent of antioxidant and 72 percent of toluene;
the preparation method of the viscose surface layer comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the components together according to the formula proportion, and stirring for 11 hours at the ambient temperature of 65 ℃ and the rotating speed of 65rpm to obtain the viscose with the viscosity of 42500cps at 23 ℃; coating the adhesive on the surface of the bottom coating to obtain an adhesive surface layer;
the temperature grade of the obtained automobile wire harness adhesive tape is T2, and the adhesive residue rate is less than 0.1%.

5% of synthetic rubber, 2.8% of turbinate rubber, 5% of styrene-butadiene rubber, 4% of petroleum resin, 4% of zinc resinate, 7% of beta-terpene resin, 0.2% of antioxidant and 72% of toluene.
