The actuator-based device for controlling braking and clutch of vehicle of claim 6, wherein the second spring guide post is U-shaped, the open end of the second spring guide post is hinged to the fourth swing arm, and the closed end of the second spring guide post is fixedly connected to the second compression spring.

The actuator-based control device for braking and clutch of automobile according to any of claims 6-9, characterized in that the first motor and the second motor are internally provided with encoders, and the first motor, the second motor and the encoders are all electrically connected with a central processing unit.
