Referring to fig. 1-4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a suspension display system according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of FIG. 1 with the shift top panel 30 and the first cover trim panel 103 removed; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the display screen assembly 20 of FIG. 1 with the display screen assembly removed; fig. 4 is a schematic view of fig. 1 with the gear shifting top panel 30, the display panel assembly 20, the bezel 1021, and the first cover trim 103 removed.
The suspension display screen system in this embodiment includes the display screen assembly 20, and the display screen assembly 20 may be used to display vehicle condition information, entertainment information, and the like, and the display screen assembly 20 may further have a touch screen function, and may be used to perform control operation on a vehicle and various types of entertainment software that may be used for operation, which is not limited specifically.
It should be noted that the display screen assembly 20 in the present embodiment is located at the outer side of the instrument panel assembly, and the instrument panel assembly includes an instrument panel and a sub-instrument panel, and is disposed at the outer side, which is significantly different from the conventional structure of the display screen assembly 20 embedded in the instrument panel assembly, so that it is defined as a "suspension display screen system". The display screen assembly 20 in this scheme is located the outside of instrument board, vice instrument board, and at this moment, the upper portion and the lower part of display screen assembly 20 are fixed in the instrument board body 101 and the vice instrument board body 102 of automobile body respectively through the connecting piece, and the both sides of display screen assembly 20 are not connected with the automobile body. The instrument panel and the console panel each include a body and a cladding trim panel decorating the cladding body, the cladding trim panel may be used for covering, and the cladding trim panel may generally have a plurality of pieces, such as the first cladding trim panel 103 and the second cladding trim panel 106, which are separate bodies, as described below, depending on the cladding position and the cladding curve, but of course, the cladding trim panels may be integrally formed depending on the structure.
As shown in fig. 3, the console body 102 may further include a bezel 1021, and the bezel 1021 is disposed at an inclination such that one end thereof is located at a position substantially lower than the shift lever mounting position and the other end thereof is located close to the console body 101, so that the bezel 1021 can serve as a support member for the display panel assembly 20 and can shield the back of the display panel assembly 20. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a mounting groove structure formed by the console body 102 is formed below the shift top panel 30, a gear shift lever and other parts can be mounted inside the mounting groove, the bottom end of the bezel 1021 is located at both sides of the top of the mounting groove, and both sides extend horizontally for a certain distance, the panel body of the bezel 1021 is arranged obliquely and is close to the console body 101, and can have a certain gap with the console body 101, and can also be in contact with or connected to the console body 101. The size of the bezel 1021 does not need to match the size of the display screen assembly 20, and as shown in fig. 1, the bezel 1021 supports and covers most of the back of the display screen assembly 20, and the upper end of the display screen assembly 20 extends a distance beyond the bezel 1021 and is connected to the instrument panel body 101.
With continued reference to FIGS. 5-7, FIG. 5 is a rear view of the display screen assembly of FIG. 1; FIG. 6 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the middle portion of the suspended display screen system of FIG. 1; fig. 7 is an enlarged view of the junction of the mounting bracket 20a of fig. 2.
The display screen assembly 20 includes a display screen 201 and a support base 202 supporting the display screen 201, and the support base 202 may be in a frame arrangement, i.e., a support frame. The upper portion of the support base 202 may be provided with one or more mounting brackets 202a, with two mounting brackets 202a being provided in fig. 2, particularly on the back of the upper portion of the support base 202. The mounting bracket 202a is provided with a mounting hole, the instrument panel body 101 is correspondingly provided with two mounting points, the connecting part between the upper part of the display screen assembly 20 and the instrument panel body 101 is specifically a screw, which is defined as a first screw 104, and during assembly, the first screw 104 penetrates through the mounting hole and the mounting point of the instrument panel body 101 to be fixed. The screw is simple in connection mode and low in cost, and other detachable connection modes such as pins and the like can be adopted.
More than one mounting bracket 202a is arranged on the upper part of the supporting base 202, so that the mounting reliability can be improved; the arrangement of the more than one mounting brackets 202a in a dispersed manner can ensure that the display screen assembly 20 can be mounted and fixed at multiple points without interfering with the assembly of other parts on the instrument panel body 101. Since the mounting brackets 202a are distributed, in order to ensure the strength of the installation, the mounting brackets 202a may be metal brackets to meet the strength requirement, and the supporting base 202 may be made of plastic, which is lower in cost, lighter in weight, and easier to process.
With continued reference to fig. 6, the instrument panel body 101 is provided with auxiliary positioning ribs 101a corresponding to the two mounting brackets 202a, one auxiliary positioning rib 101a is provided on the left side of the left mounting bracket 202a, the other auxiliary positioning rib 101a is provided on the right side of the right mounting bracket 202a, and the auxiliary positioning rib 101a and the corresponding mounting bracket 202a have a predetermined gap. The predetermined gap may be about 0.5mm, which is used to absorb the tolerance requirement of the installation of the display screen assembly 20 on the left and right sides, and also can satisfy the matching gap between the display screen assembly 20 and the instrument panel body 101 in the transverse direction.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first covering decorative plate 103 is disposed at a fixed position between the upper portion of the display panel assembly 20 and the dashboard body 101, and after the upper portion of the display panel assembly 20 is fixed to the dashboard body 101, the first covering decorative plate 103 can be inserted through the inner side of the back surface of the display panel assembly 20 to cover the dashboard body 101 and cover the fixed position between the mounting bracket 202a and the dashboard body 101, thereby achieving the appearance requirement. In addition, the mounting bracket 202a is disposed on the back of the display screen assembly 20 support base 202, so that the display screen assembly 20 itself can cover the mounting position from the front without affecting the overall structure of the front of the display screen assembly 20.
Additionally, as shown in FIG. 8, FIG. 8 is a transverse cross-sectional view of the upper portion of the suspended display screen system of FIG. 1.
In this arrangement, the support base 202 of the display screen assembly 20 has a front width that is greater than a rear width. As shown in fig. 8 in particular, the side walls of the support base 202 are disposed to be gradually inclined outward from rear, i.e., in a direction close to the dashboard or sub-dashboard, to front, i.e., in a direction away from the dashboard or sub-dashboard, and to the outside, i.e., in a direction toward the side of the display screen assembly 20 and away from the display screen assembly 20. Of course, other methods are possible, for example, the front part has the same width, the rear part has the same width, and a step is formed between the front part and the rear part, or the like.
In the scheme, the two sides of the display screen assembly 20 are not connected with the vehicle body, and only up-down connection is adopted, the display screen assembly 20 basically protrudes out of the auxiliary instrument board and the instrument board of the vehicle body except for the back end face, so that the suspension design purpose is achieved, the coating decorative board does not need to be specially designed, and the original instrument board body 101 or the auxiliary instrument board body 102 can be still coated.
More importantly, the width of the display screen assembly 20 can be changed more flexibly by connecting only the upper and lower parts, and is not limited by the auxiliary instrument panel body 102 and the instrument panel body 101. On the basis, the support base 202 is further provided with a structure with a wide front part and a narrow rear part, so that the support base 202 can shield the position where the rear part of the support base 202 is connected with the vehicle body after the support base 202 substantially protrudes out of the vehicle body, for example, in fig. 8, the positions of two sides of the support base 202 corresponding to the instrument panel body 101 are provided with the second coating decoration plates 106, the second coating decoration plates 106 extend to the side walls of the support base 202, and the front part of the support base 202 can shield the positions where the side walls are close to the second coating decoration plates 106 without adding coating decoration plates. In FIG. 8, the support base 202 has side walls that are sloped to varying degrees, a back slope angle that is small to avoid interference with the second decorative trim panels 106 on both sides, and a front slope angle that is large to quickly increase the width for better shading while also providing sufficient width to support the display screen 201.
In addition, as shown in fig. 8, the two side walls of the display panel assembly 20 are equivalently inserted between the two second covering decorative boards 106, which can limit the display panel assembly 20 in the width direction, and at this time, the second covering decorative boards 106 and the side walls of the support base 202 can have a predetermined gap, which can be 1.5-2mm, so that a certain redundant space is left, which is convenient for the assembly of the second covering decorative boards 106 and the support base 202, and the predetermined gap can also be blocked by the front part of the support base 202.
With reference to fig. 2, the bottom of the supporting base 202 may be formed with more than one mounting hole, in this embodiment, the bottom of the supporting base 202 is formed with two mounting holes, the console body 102 is correspondingly formed with two mounting points, the connecting member between the lower portion of the display screen assembly 20 and the console body 102 is also a screw, which is defined as a second screw 105, and the second screw 105 passes through the mounting hole and is fixed to the mounting point of the console body 102. The lower portion of the support base 202 extends to the lower portion of the console, and there are few components to be assembled, so that the lower portion of the support base 202 may be an integral structure extending from left to right, the strength may be ensured, one or more mounting holes may be directly provided, and the mounting bracket 202a need not be separately provided as in the case of the upper portion.
The display screen assembly 20 extends to the lower portion of the sub dash body 102, and the lower portion of the display screen assembly 20 and the installation position of the sub dash body 102 can be covered by the shift upper panel 30, as shown in fig. 1. The shift top panel 30 is located at a position of the shift handle, the shift handle penetrates through the shift top panel 30, and one end of the shift top panel 30 facing forward can extend to a bottom position of the display screen assembly 20 to cover the installation position of the display screen assembly 20 and the console body 102.
In the display screen system, the display screen assembly 20 is arranged outside the instrument panel and the auxiliary instrument panel in a suspending manner, and the upper part and the lower part of the display screen assembly are fixed with the instrument panel body 101 and the auxiliary instrument panel body 102 through the connecting pieces, so that when the sizes of the display screen assemblies 20 with different sizes are required to be matched, the structure of the instrument panel or the auxiliary instrument panel does not need to be changed as long as the installation positions of the display screen assemblies 20 and the instrument panel body 101 or the auxiliary instrument panel body 102 are kept unchanged. As shown in fig. 2, as the length or width dimensions of screen assembly 20 vary, the mounting points of the dash and center dash may continue to meet the mounting requirements as long as the spacing between the two upper mounting brackets 202a and the two lower mounting holes of screen assembly 20 remains constant.
As shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of a floating display screen system according to the present invention.
FIG. 9 differs from FIG. 1 in that the display screen assembly 20 'of FIG. 9 is smaller in size, such as the 10.4 inch display screen assembly 20' of FIG. 9 and the 14 inch display screen assembly 20 of FIG. 1. The instrument panel assembly in fig. 1 and the instrument panel assembly in fig. 9 are completely consistent in arrangement, and when the gear shifting device is suitable for the display screen assembly 20 'in fig. 9, the gear shifting upper panel 30' can be extended upwards for a certain length due to the fact that the display screen assembly 20 'is shorter in length direction, the covering function can be continuously completed, the gear shifting upper panel 30' belongs to a smaller component, and the influence of the change on the development cost is far smaller than the change on the instrument panel assembly.
Therefore, the display screen system provided by the embodiment enables the same instrument panel assembly to adapt to the display screen components 20 and 20 'with different sizes, so that the instrument panel assembly is shared, the development cost of the instrument panel can be saved, different requirements of users on the display screen components 20 and 20' are met, and the personalized customization of the users is facilitated. Meanwhile, because the display screen components 20 and 20 'are suspended on the instrument panel assembly, the sizes of the display screen components 20 and 20' are not limited by the instrument panel assembly, thereby meeting the pursuit of users for large-screen display.
The invention further provides an automobile provided with the display screen system as described in any one of the above embodiments, which has the same technical effects and is not described in detail.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and improvements should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.
