Abstract
The invention provides a skin care product containing a ginseng extract and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of skin care products. A skin care product containing ginseng extract comprises the following raw materials: butanediol, glycerol, glyceryl polyether, schizosaccharomyces mycelium fermentation product filtrate, ginseng root extract, monascus variegate extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, asparagus lettuce extract, emulsion stabilizer, triethanolamine, sodium hyaluronate, disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, linalool, sericin and water. Long-term experiments show that the skin care product prepared by the invention has better effects on acne, color spots, darkness, wrinkles, oil or skin aging of female faces.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, and particularly relates to a skin care product containing a ginseng extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, most people are in a sub-health state, so that the skin is dull, dry, withered and yellow, and even serious people can generate acne and freckles on the face to influence the facial image. The cosmetic should have high safety, be non-toxic to human skin, and be non-irritating as a special skin care product. In recent years, due to the doubtful toxicity and irritation of chemical cosmetics, more and more researchers tend to search for safe and efficient natural ingredients from natural plants, so as to develop a series of Chinese herbal medicine extracts and natural plant ingredient cosmetics with mild action, no toxicity and no irritation. Chinese herbal medicines have a long history of nursing and treating diseases, and cosmetics which take effective Chinese herbal medicine extracts and natural plant components as raw materials are increasingly demanded by people, so that the traditional Chinese medicine cosmetics have great market value.
The ginseng root and the ginseng seed oil in the ginseng have high medicinal value and medical value, and the ginseng root extract and the ginseng seed oil cannot be effectively added into the existing products, particularly the field of skin care products, so that the value of the ginseng is not brought into full play, and the use value of the ginseng in the field of skin care products is reduced.

In another aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a skin care product containing a ginseng extract, including the steps of:
heating and mixing linalool and an emulsion stabilizer to obtain an oil phase mixture;
heating and mixing water, butanediol, glyceryl polyether, glycerol, triethanolamine, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and sodium hyaluronate to obtain a water phase mixture;
adding the oil phase mixture into the water phase mixture, stirring for emulsification, cooling, adding Schizosaccharomyces pombe mycelium fermentation product filtrate, Ginseng radix extract, single flower mouse aspergillus extract, caulis Bambusae in Taenia extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, lettuce extract and sericin, and mixing to obtain the skin care product containing Ginseng radix extract

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
A skin care product containing ginseng extract comprises the following raw materials: butanediol, glycerol, glyceryl polyether, schizosaccharomyces mycelium fermentation product filtrate, ginseng root extract, monascus variegate extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, asparagus lettuce extract, emulsion stabilizer, triethanolamine, sodium hyaluronate, disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, linalool, sericin and water.
The ginseng root extract can be slowly absorbed by skin, has no any adverse irritation to skin, can dilate skin capillary vessel, promote skin blood circulation, increase skin nutrition, regulate water-oil balance of skin, prevent skin dehydration, sclerosis and wrinkling, and can enhance skin elasticity and make cells regenerate after long-term use of the product containing ginseng. Meanwhile, the ginseng active substance also has the function of inhibiting the reduction of melanin, so that the skin is white and smooth. In some embodiments of the present invention, the raw materials comprise, by weight: 4 parts of butanediol, 4 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of glycerol polyether, 5 parts of schizosaccharomyces mycelium fermentation product filtrate, 3 parts of ginseng root extract, 1 part of monarda variegata extract, 2 parts of bamboo shavings extract, 1.2 parts of wild jujube extract, 2 parts of chia seed extract, 3 parts of asparagus lettuce extract, 0.7 part of emulsion stabilizer, 0.35 part of triethanolamine, 0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.18 part of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.15 part of linalool, 3 parts of sericin and 65 parts of water.
In some embodiments of the invention, the emulsion stabilizer is an acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer and cetylstearyl alcohol. The emulsion stabilizer can form stable emulsion from the mixture of two immiscible components, oil phase mixture and water phase mixture.
A method for preparing skin care product containing Ginseng radix extract comprises the following steps:
heating and mixing linalool and an emulsion stabilizer to obtain an oil phase mixture;
heating and mixing water, butanediol, glyceryl polyether, glycerol, triethanolamine, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and sodium hyaluronate to obtain a water phase mixture;
adding the oil phase mixture into the water phase mixture, stirring and emulsifying, cooling, adding Schizosaccharomyces pombe mycelium fermentation product filtrate, ginseng root extract, single-flower mouse aspergillus extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, asparagus lettuce extract and sericin, and uniformly mixing to obtain the skin care product containing the ginseng extract.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the mixing temperature of the oil phase mixture is 95 to 98 ℃, and the mixing time is 10 to 20min, so that linalool and the emulsion stabilizer can be better mixed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the mixing temperature of the aqueous mixture is 85 to 90 ℃ and the mixing time is 10 to 20 min.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the stirring and emulsifying time is 10 to 30min, and the stirring speed is 200 to 300 r/min.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the temperature after the temperature reduction is 20 to 40 ℃.
The skin care product prepared by the embodiment can be added into skin care products such as skin lotion, skin milk, moisturizing cream and essence.

Example 1
A skin care product containing ginseng extract comprises the following raw materials by weight: 3.5g of butanediol, 4.5g of glycerol, 4g of glycerol polyether, 4.5g of schizosaccharomyces mycelium fermentation product filtrate, 4g of ginseng root extract, 1.5g of monascus variegatus extract, 1g of bamboo shavings extract, 2g of wild jujube extract, 1.5g of chia seed extract, 2.6g of asparagus lettuce extract, 0.3g of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.2g of hexadecyl octadecanol, 0.4g of triethanolamine, 0.3g of sodium hyaluronate, 0.15g of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.1g of linalool, 2.5g of sericin and 70g of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding cetyl stearyl alcohol, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and linalool into an oil phase pot, heating to 95 ℃, keeping the temperature, mixing, obtaining an oil phase mixture after 10min, and keeping the temperature for later use; adding water, butanediol, glyceryl polyether, glycerol, triethanolamine, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and sodium hyaluronate into a water phase pot, heating to 88 ℃, keeping the temperature for mixing, and obtaining a water phase mixture after 15 min; preheating an emulsifying pot to 80 ℃, then sequentially adding the water phase mixture and the oil phase mixture into the pot, keeping the temperature of 80 ℃, stirring at the speed of 300r/min, cooling to 38 ℃ after 10min, adding schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae filament fermentation product filtrate, ginseng root extract, monascus variegate extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, asparagus lettuce extract and sericin, and uniformly mixing to obtain the skin care product containing the ginseng extract.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding cetyl stearyl alcohol, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and linalool into an oil phase pot, heating to 95 ℃, keeping the temperature, mixing, obtaining an oil phase mixture after 12min, and keeping the temperature for later use; adding water, butanediol, glyceryl polyether, glycerol, triethanolamine, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and sodium hyaluronate into a water phase pot, heating to 88 ℃, keeping the temperature for mixing, and obtaining a water phase mixture after 12 min; preheating an emulsifying pot to 83 ℃, then sequentially adding the water phase mixture and the oil phase mixture into the pot, keeping the temperature of 83 ℃, stirring at the speed of 250r/min, cooling to 35 ℃ after 10min, adding fission yeast mycelium fermentation product filtrate, ginseng root extract, single-flower mouse aspergillus extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, asparagus lettuce extract and sericin, and uniformly mixing to obtain the skin care product containing the ginseng extract.

A skin care product containing ginseng extract comprises the following raw materials by weight: 4.5g of butanediol, 3.5g of glycerol, 2.9g of glycerol polyether, 7g of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae filament fermentation product filtrate, 2g of ginseng root extract, 0.8g of monascus variegatus extract, 1.2g of bamboo shavings extract, 1.5g of wild jujube extract, 2.1g of chia seed extract, 1g of asparagus lettuce extract, 0.2g of acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.3g of hexadecyl octadecanol, 0.25g of triethanolamine, 0.4g of sodium hyaluronate, 0.17g of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, 0.13g of linalool, 5g of sericin and 50g of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding cetyl stearyl alcohol, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and linalool into an oil phase pot, heating to 96 ℃, keeping the temperature for mixing, obtaining an oil phase mixture after 10min, and keeping the temperature for later use; adding water, butanediol, glyceryl polyether, glycerol, triethanolamine, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and sodium hyaluronate into a water phase pot, heating to 88 ℃, keeping the temperature, mixing, and obtaining a water phase mixture after 10 min; preheating an emulsifying pot to 80 ℃, then sequentially adding the water phase mixture and the oil phase mixture into the pot, keeping the temperature of 80 ℃, stirring at the speed of 270r/min, cooling to 28 ℃ after 10min, adding fission yeast mycelium fermentation product filtrate, ginseng root extract, single-flower mouse aspergillus extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, asparagus lettuce extract and sericin, and uniformly mixing to obtain the skin care product containing the ginseng extract.
Example 6
A skin care product containing ginseng extract comprises the following raw materials by weight: 7g of butanediol, 2g of glycerol polyether, 10g of schizosaccharomyces mycelium fermentation product filtrate, 4g of ginseng root extract, 1g of monarda variegata extract, 3g of bamboo shavings extract, 1.6g of zizyphus jujube extract, 3.5g of chia seed extract, 1.2g of asparagus lettuce extract, 0.6g of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.2g of hexadecyl octadecanol, 0.4g of triethanolamine, 2g of sodium hyaluronate, 0.23g of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 0.2g of linalool, 3g of sericin and 70g of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding cetyl stearyl alcohol, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and linalool into an oil phase pot, heating to 95 ℃, keeping the temperature for mixing, obtaining an oil phase mixture after 13min, and preserving heat for later use; adding water, butanediol, glyceryl polyether, glycerol, triethanolamine, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and sodium hyaluronate into a water phase pot, heating to 85 deg.C, maintaining the temperature, mixing, and obtaining a water phase mixture after 13 min; preheating an emulsifying pot to 82 ℃, then sequentially adding the water phase mixture and the oil phase mixture into the pot, keeping the temperature of 82 ℃, stirring at the speed of 250r/min, cooling to 30 ℃ after 10min, adding fission yeast mycelium fermentation product filtrate, ginseng root extract, single-flower mouse aspergillus extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, asparagus lettuce extract and sericin, and uniformly mixing to obtain the skin care product containing the ginseng extract.
Comparative example
The present comparative example differs from example 1 in that it contains only plant extracts (4 g ginseng root extract, 1g monanthus japonicus extract, 3g bamboo shavings extract, 1.6g wild jujube extract, 3.5g chia seed extract, 1.2g asparagus lettuce extract) and 90.45g water.
Examples of the experiments
Volunteer experiment
80 female volunteers with acne, color spots, darkness, wrinkles, oil or skin aging on the face of 30-50 years old are selected and randomly divided into 8 experimental groups, 10 in each group, wherein the experimental groups 1-7 respectively adopt the skin care products prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative example 1 to continuously use the face skin (the specific use method is to add the product into common toner and moisturizing milk), the experimental group 8 is a blank experimental group (without adding the product of the invention), the use time is 6 months, the fine, wrinkles, deoiling, complexion and moisturizing conditions of the skin are observed according to the use conditions, the skin is divided into three grades of effective, effective and ineffective according to the effect conditions, and the number of people in each grade is shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, compared with the control group, the skin care products prepared by the embodiments 1 to 6 of the present invention have greatly improved effects on the aspects of skin smoothness, wrinkles, oil removal, skin color and moisture retention, wherein the effects of the embodiments 1 and 2 are particularly the best; compared with examples 1 to 6, the effective component in comparative example 1 only contains the plant extract, and the effect is obviously reduced.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides a skin care product containing ginseng extract and a preparation method thereof, the invention takes the ginseng extract as a raw material, and adds various plant extracts such as monascus variegate extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, asparagus lettuce extract, chia seed extract and the like, wherein the ginseng extract promotes skin blood circulation and regulates water-oil balance, and the monascus variegate extract is matched to remove free radicals and resist oxidation, and the bamboo shavings extract reduces melanin synthesis, so as to jointly play a whitening effect; the wild jujube extract improves cellular immunity and reduces oil secretion, and plays a role in controlling skin oil production; the asparagus lettuce extract and the chia seed extract promote cell proliferation, and are matched with the wild jujube extract to finally achieve the effects of reducing acne, reducing wrinkles, preserving moisture and moistening skin. The skin care product prepared by the invention has better effects on acne, color spots, darkness, wrinkles, oil production or skin aging of female faces.

Claims (10)
1. A skin care product containing ginseng extract is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: butanediol, glycerol, glyceryl polyether, schizosaccharomyces mycelium fermentation product filtrate, ginseng root extract, monascus variegate extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, asparagus lettuce extract, emulsion stabilizer, triethanolamine, sodium hyaluronate, disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, linalool, sericin and water.
2. The skin care product containing the ginseng extract according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of butanediol, 3-5 parts of glycerol, 2-6 parts of glycerol polyether, 2-8 parts of schizosaccharomyces mycelium fermentation product filtrate, 1-5 parts of ginseng root extract, 0.5-2 parts of monarda affine cudweed extract, 0.5-3 parts of bamboo shavings extract, 0.2-2 parts of wild jujube extract, 0.1-3 parts of chia seed extract, 0.1-5 parts of asparagus lettuce extract, 0.3-1 part of emulsion stabilizer, 0.2-0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.2 part of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, 0.01-0.2 part of linalool, 0.1-5 parts of sericin and 50-80 parts of water.

The skin care product containing the ginseng extract according to claim 2, wherein the raw materials comprise, in parts by weight: 3.5 parts of butanediol, 4.5 parts of glycerol, 4 parts of glycerol polyether, 4.5 parts of schizosaccharomyces mycelium fermentation product filtrate, 4 parts of ginseng root extract, 1.5 parts of monarda variegata extract, 1 part of bamboo shavings extract, 2 parts of wild jujube extract, 1.5 parts of chia seed extract, 2.6 parts of asparagus lettuce extract, 0.5 part of emulsion stabilizer, 0.4 part of triethanolamine, 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.15 part of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.1 part of linalool, 2.5 parts of sericin and 70 parts of water.

The skin care product containing the ginseng extract according to claim 2, wherein the raw materials comprise, in parts by weight: 4 parts of butanediol, 4 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of glycerol polyether, 5 parts of schizosaccharomyces mycelium fermentation product filtrate, 3 parts of ginseng root extract, 1 part of monarda variegata extract, 2 parts of bamboo shavings extract, 1.2 parts of wild jujube extract, 2 parts of chia seed extract, 3 parts of asparagus lettuce extract, 0.7 part of emulsion stabilizer, 0.35 part of triethanolamine, 0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.18 part of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.15 part of linalool, 3 parts of sericin and 65 parts of water.
5. The ginseng extract-containing skin care preparation according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the emulsion stabilizer is an acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and cetylstearyl alcohol.
6. The method for preparing a skin care product containing a ginseng extract according to claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
heating and mixing linalool and an emulsion stabilizer to obtain an oil phase mixture;
heating and mixing water, butanediol, glyceryl polyether, glycerol, triethanolamine, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and sodium hyaluronate to obtain a water phase mixture;
adding the oil phase mixture into the water phase mixture, stirring and emulsifying, cooling, adding Schizosaccharomyces pombe mycelium fermentation product filtrate, ginseng root extract, single-flower mouse aspergillus extract, bamboo shavings extract, wild jujube extract, chia seed extract, asparagus lettuce extract and sericin, and uniformly mixing to obtain the skin care product containing the ginseng extract.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the oil phase mixture is mixed at 95-98 deg.C for 10-20 min.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the mixing temperature of the aqueous mixture is 85 to 90 ℃ and the mixing time is 10 to 20 min.
9. The method for preparing a skin care product containing a ginseng extract according to claim 6, wherein the stirring and emulsifying time is 10 to 30min, and the stirring speed is 200 to 300 r/min.
10. The method of claim 6, wherein the temperature of the cooled skin care product is 20-40 ℃.
