As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the driving mechanism comprises a holding handle 10, an operating handle 11 and a driving sliding block 12, the holding handle 10 is in a spindle-shaped structure, the holding handle is convenient to hold and apply force to the hand, the holding handle 10 is fixedly installed at one end of the driving frame 2, a sliding groove is formed in the driving frame 2, the driving sliding block 12 is slidably installed in the sliding groove, the operating handle 11 is installed at the top side of the driving sliding block 12, an opening is correspondingly formed in the top side of the driving frame 2, the driving sliding block 12 slides in the sliding groove by pulling the operating handle 11 towards the side close to the holding handle 10, the top end of the operating handle 11 penetrates through the opening and extends to the outer side of the driving frame 2, one end of the driving sliding block 12 is installed at one end of the first rack 15 through a driving sliding rod 13, a reset mechanism is installed at one end of the driving sliding rod 13, the driving sliding block 12 drives the first rack 15 to slide, and accordingly the outer gear ring 18 is driven to rotate, and the reset mechanism resets the operating handle 11 to wait for the next operation.
The reset mechanism comprises a third spring 19, a limiting plate 14 is arranged in the driving frame 2, the limiting plate 14 can be any flat plate in the prior art, such as a plastic plate integrally formed with the driving frame 2, a limiting hole is formed in one side of the limiting plate 14, one end of the driving sliding rod 13 penetrates through the limiting hole, the third spring 19 is sleeved on the driving sliding rod 13, one end of the third spring 19 is connected with one side of the limiting plate 14, and the other end of the third spring 19 is connected with one end of the first rack 15.
By the arrangement of the third spring 19, when the operation handle 11 is operated to move the driving slide bar 13, the third spring 19 is pressed by force, and when the operation force to the operation handle 11 is removed, the operation handle 11 is restored to the original position by the elastic force.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a limiting sleeve 24 is arranged at the bottom side of the base frame 1, a central through hole is formed at the top side of the limiting sleeve 24, and the central through hole and the outer gear ring 18 are coaxially arranged; through the setting of stop collar 24, the bottom side of stop collar 24 is laminated with the topside of medicament bottle 33 to inject the distance of medicament bottle 33 and basal frame 1 topside, prevent that needle tubing 52 from inserting the medicament bottle 33 too deeply, cause the inconvenient complete extraction of medicament.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the first rack 15 is driven to slide through the driving mechanism, the outer gear ring 18 is driven to rotate on the base frame 1 under the meshing action, the outer gear ring 18 is driven to rotate, the second rack 16 and the third rack 17 are driven to slide on the base frame 1, synchronous equidistant reverse movement is carried out, and the two connecting fixing columns 3 are driven to be close to each other, so that the clamping mechanism arranged at the bottom end is driven to clamp the medicine bottle 33, the medicine bottle 33 is positioned at the center of the base frame 1, the elastic clamping mechanism positioned at the top of the connecting fixing column 3 synchronously clamps the injector body 5, the injector body 5 is positioned at the center of the base frame 1, the needle tube 52, the inserting hole 25 and the medicine bottle 33 are in a coaxial state, the elastic clamping mechanism is pressed, the needle tube 52 is conveniently aligned precisely and inserted into the medicine bottle 33, the base frame 1 is turned over by 180 degrees up and down, the medicine in the medicine bottle 33 is operated to be extracted, the medicine bottle 33 is replaced, and the same operation is carried out.
The sliding rod 22 slides on the pressing block 21, when two corresponding fixed clamping blocks 9 are close to each other, the two fixed clamping blocks 9 slide under the action of the elastic force of the first springs 23 and clamp the two sides of the flange edge 51 of the body, meanwhile, the two first springs 23 reach the stress balance when the two fixed clamping blocks 9 are close to each other, the injector body 5 is always positioned at the center position and always corresponds to the insertion hole 25, the medicament bottle 33 is of a circular structure, the two splayed clamping plates 8 can more effectively clamp the medicament bottle 33, under the action of the two clamping mechanisms, the outer side wall of the medicament bottle 33 is tangent to the inner side wall of the clamping plate 8, the medicament bottle 33 is positioned at the center position and corresponds to the insertion hole 25, the threaded sleeve 27 moves spirally on the threaded rod 26 and drives the square rotating ring 30 to move synchronously, the connecting rod 28, the threaded rod 26 and the clamping plate 8 form a connecting rod mechanism, and the clamping plate 8 rotate along the rotating shaft 29 in the process of moving the reverse rotating ring 30, so that the included angle between the two clamping plates 8 is adjusted.
