Abstract
The present invention relates to a tactical (ballistic) shield carrier device secured to a steel vest or human body which facilitates the carrying of tactical (ballistic) shields used by safe forces during field conflicts.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a tactical (ballistic) shield carrier device fastened to a steel vest or a human body, which facilitates the carrying of tactical (ballistic) shields used by safe forces during field conflicts.
Background
US2013098234 a1 describes a ballistic protection device in which the technology described in the present application provides a lightweight and easy to use ballistic protection and also maintains the protective integrity of the shield, thereby attempting to address these issues. One way to achieve this is to provide a partially hybrid or complete composite armor protective shield that is held together by the shield support at the front of the body by armor latches, support rods, slip joints, friction rings. A rotary/adjustable handle, with multiple functions, can provide a protective position and shock absorbing resting/lifting platform for the supported hands and forearms. At the same time, it allows for internal back surface and peripheral expansion.
The invention also protects the user's support arm and hand from high impact energy due to the allowed rest position of the shock absorbing device; thereby reducing the likelihood that the shield user will discard the shield after suffering. It captures bullets in the event of a dangerous ballistic impact and/or ensures that the composite armor is not crushed.
Another feature of the technology described in this specification is the addition of a "cushion rubber" attachment of two distinct lengths designed to allow the shield user to place the shield high and upright in a "hands-free" manner.
The fixed protective position allows the user to release both hands without using the support arms/hands while remaining in a very protected fixed position. The attachment allows for effective use and positioning of an attack and shield gun and/or long-tube weapon without interference from the inner shield surface and/or fastening equipment, and provides a method for quickly releasing the entire shield.
Since the existing bullet-proof shields of law enforcement have a weight between 18 and 30 kg, it is difficult to handle these bullet-proof shields during transport and handling due to their weight.
Summary of The Invention
The present invention relates to a tactical shield (ballistic) carrier fastened to a steel vest or to the human body, which has been developed to obviate the above-mentioned drawbacks and bring new advantages to the related art.
In the prior art, the main object of said recent document is a lightweight tactical shield structure.
One object of the invention is to fasten to a vest or steel vest.
It is another object of the invention to fasten to the vest or body on one side and to the tactical shield on the other side.
It is another object of the present invention to reduce the load felt by the user of the tactical shield without changing the weight of the tactical shield.
It is another object of the present invention to allow a user to use two hands during operation without having to hold a tactical shield.
The ballistic shield carrier system consists of two main parts. The carrier system is reinforced by adjustable clips mounted on a wearable vest. Thus, it comprises a spring-loaded arm that can be moved left, right, up and down.
It is another object of the present invention to fasten to any tactical shield without requiring any additional attachment means.
It has been determined that personnel carrying the shield are difficult to face the armed conflicts that can occur with police and constitutional forces because they must carry the ballistic shield with one arm. In the system of the present invention, weight is distributed to the body by means other than arms.
In addition, automatic long-tube weapons may be mounted on the products of the present invention.

Detailed Description
In this detailed description, preferred alternatives of tactical (ballistic) shield carriers fastened on the steel vest or body embodiment of the invention are described only for the purpose of better understanding the present subject matter without limiting any effect.
The main parts of the product are combined by the following devices: a waist device 1 for fastening the product of the invention to the waist, chest and waist fastening means 3 to the waist device 1, waist fastening means 2 to the chest and waist fastening means, and a vest device 4 to be fastened thereto.
One end of the bearing fastening means 5 is fastened to the chest fastening means 2 by a shaft 8 and the other end is fastened to the bearing fastening means 7 by a shaft 8.
The bearing-joint fastening device 7 has two joints 6 connected to each other. The main purpose of these joints 6 is to move the shield, which is kept stationary, by forming the joints. The upper carrying arm 9a is connected to the outer joint 6, wherein the two interconnected outer joints 6 at one end of the bearing-joint fastening means 7 are positioned from the upper part, and the lower carrying arm 9b is positioned from the lower part, i.e. the outer joint. At the other end of the support arms 9a, 9b there is an interlocking joint 6. The shroud fastening means 10 is associated with the inner joint 6 of the set of joints 6. The bearing 10a is vertically provided on the shroud fastening means 10. A shaft clamping housing 10b is provided for clamping at least one, preferably 2, shafts 8 to fix the shaft 8 attached to the bearing 10 a.
In addition, the body fastening means for the transportation process comprises movement joints 6s, 6b, movement supply means, left and right and upper and lower carrying arms 9a, 9b and shield fixing bearings 10 parts.
The lumbar device 1 comprises a double row of fastening slots preferably placed vertically.
The chest fastening device 2 preferably comprises a single row of fastening slots in the upper portion and a single row of irregular fastening slots in the middle on the left and right sides of the lower portion.
The chest and waist fastening means 3 are octagonal, preferably of non-equilateral configuration, for fastening the chest fastening means 2 to the waist means 1, comprising vertical line-shaped fastening slots on the left and right sides and a single row of fastening slots parallel to the sides on the other side.
The vest device 4 is positioned on the horizontal arm of this generally "T" shaped structure having strap fastening slots on the left and right, preferably disposed on the right and left sides parallel to the sides near the bottom of the vertical arm.
In the middle of these strap fastening slots, there are vertical fastening slots for fastening to the chest fastening device 2.
At least two, preferably four fastening slots are provided in the part of the bearing fastening means 5 fastened to the chest fastening means 2. On the part of the bearing 5 fastened to the bearing nipple fastening means 7, there are arranged two bearings, preferably positioned vertically.
The product of the invention and a tactical shield weighing 28 kg are difficult to carry during a collision or fight operation. One end of the product of the invention is fastened to the tactical shield and the other end is fastened to the steel vest, or the other end is fastened directly to the body, thus eliminating the transportation weight and difficulty of 28 kg. The joints 6 providing the movement provide a movement from right to left and up and down. Furthermore, the perceived weight is reduced by the vehicles 9a, 9b, thereby facilitating transport.
