Abstract
The invention relates to a tactical (ballistic) shield carrier apparatus which is fastened to a steel vest or human body which facilitates the carriage of the tactical (ballistic) shield used by security forces during a conflict in the open field.
Description
The invention relates to a tactical (ballistic) shield carrier apparatus which is fastened to a steel vest or human body which facilitâtes the carriage of the tactical (ballistic) shield used by security forces during a conflict in the open field.
STATE OF ART
US2013098234 A1 describes a ballistic protection device, wherein the technology described in this application provides lightweight and easy to use ballistic protection apparatus and also maintains the protection integrity of the shield, thereby attempting to solve these problems. One of the methods to achieve this is to provide a partial hybrid or complété composite armor protective shield panel to be held together by the shield carrier in front of the body using armored plug bolts, abutment rods, sliding joints, friction rings. A rotary/adjustable handle for multiple functions of providing a protective stance and shock absorbing rest/lift platform for the supporting hand and forearm. Simultaneously, it allows the expansion of the inner back surface and the outer perimeter.
The invention also protects and insulates the user's supporting arm and hand from high impact energy thanks to the rest position allowed by the shock absorbing device; thus reducing the possibility of the shield user to drop the shield following the expérience of pain. It captures the bullets during a dangerous ballistic impact event and/or ensures that the composite armor is not crushed.
A further feature of the technology described in this spécification is the addition of buffer rubber attachment with two significant lengths designed to allow the shield user to position the shield high and vertical in a handsfree manner.
Fixed protective position that allows the user to free both hands while remaining in a very protected and fixed position without using a supporting arm/hand. The attachments allow for effective use and positioning of an attack and protective gun and/or long barreled weapon without being affected by the inner shield surface and/or the fastening device, and provide a method for the rapid release of the entire protective shield.
Due to the fact that the existing ballistic shields used by law enforcement weight between 18 and 30 kg, there is a difficulty in handling these due to their weight during transportation and operation.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The présent invention relates to a tactical shield (ballistic) carrier apparatus fastened to a steel vest or human body that has been developed to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages and bring new advantages to the relevant technical field.
In the state of the art, the main purpose of the said closest document is a lightweight tactical shield structure.
An object of the invention is to fasten to the vest or steel vest.
Another object of the invention is to fasten to a vest or body on one side and to a tactical shield on the other side.
Another object of the invention is to alleviate the load felt by the tactical shield user without altering the weight of the tactical shield.
Another object of the invention is to allow the user to use both hands during operation without the need for holding the tactical shield.
Ballistic shield carrier System consists of two main parts. Carrier System reinforced with adjustable clips mounted on wearable vests. Accordingly, it consists of a spring carrier arm moving right, left, up and down.
A further object of the invention is to fasten to any tactical shield without the need for an additional attachment apparatus.
It has been determined that there is a difficulty faced by the personnel carrying the shield against the possible armed conflicts encountered by the police and gendarmerie due to having to carry the ballistic shield with the single arm. In the System ofthe présent invention, the weight is distributed to the body by means of apparatus, not the arm.
In addition, automatic long barreled weapon can be mounted on the product ofthe présent invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, preferred alternatives of tactical (ballistic) shield carrier apparatus which is fastened to a steel vest or human body embodiment of the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject and without any limiting effect.
The main parts ofthe product are combined by a waist apparatus 1 for fastening the product of the invention to the waist, the chest and waist fastening apparatus 3 fastened to the waist apparatus 1, the chest fastening apparatus 2 fastened to the chest and waist fastening apparatus, and the vest apparatus 4 fastened thereto.
The shaft bearing fastening apparatus 5 is fastened from one end to the chest fastening apparatus 2 and from the other end to the shaft bearingjoint fastening apparatus 7 via the shafts 8.
The shaft bearing-joint fastening apparatus 7 has two interconnected joints 6. The main purpose of these joints 6 is to move the shield held stationary by creating joints. The upper carrier arm 9a is connected to the outer joints 6 where the 2 interconnected outer joints 6 located at one end of the shaft bearing-joint fastening apparatus 7 are located from the upper part and the lower carrier arm 9b from the lower part said outer joint. At the other end of the supporting arms 9a, 9b, there are interlocked joints 6. The shield fastening apparatus 10 is associated with the inner joint 6 of this joint 6 group. A shaft bearing 10a is provided vertically on the shield fastening apparatus 10. The shaft clamping housing 10b is provided to be used to clamp at least one preferably 2 shafts 8 for fixing the shaft 8 attached to this shaft bearing 10a.
In addition, the body fastening apparatus used for the transport process consists of moving joints 6s, 6b, the movement-supplying apparatus, the right-left and the up-down carrier arms 9a, 9b and the shield fixing shaft bearing 10 parts.
The waist apparatus 1 comprises double row fastening slots preferably positioned vertically.
The chest fastening apparatus 2 comprises preferably single row fastening slots on the upper part and single row irregular fastening slots on the right and left on the middle positioned lower part.
The chest and waist fastening apparatus 3 is in an eight-sided, preferably non-equilateral structure for fastening the chest fastening apparatus 2 to the waist apparatus 1, comprising vertical line shaped fastening slot on the right and left sides and single row fastening slots parallel to the side on the other sides.
The vest apparatus 4 is positioned on the horizontal arm of this generally T shaped structure having belt fastening slots on the right and left, belt fastening slots preferably positioned on the right and left parallel to the sides near the bottom on the vertical arm.
In the middle of these belt fastening slots there are multiple vertical fastening slots used for fastening to chest fastening apparatus 2.
At least two, preferably four, fastening slots are provided in the part of the shaft bearing fastening apparatus 5 which is fastened to the chest fastening apparatus 2. Vertically positioned preferably two shaft bearings are provided on the part of the shaft bearing 5 which is fastened to the shaft bearing joint fastening apparatus 7.
The product of the present invention and the tactical shield with a weight of 28 kg are difficult to carry during a clash or ab operation. The product of the invention is fastened to the tactical shield on the one end and to the steel vest or directly to the body on the other end, thereby eliminating the 28 kg transportation weight and the difficulty. A right to left and up-down movement is provided by the movement-supplying joints 6. Additionally, the weight felt is reduced by the carriers 9a, 9b, thereby facilitating the transportation.
