铁素体-奥氏体钢的特点在于其出色的抗裂性。此外,通过中间层8使磨损保护层5中形成的裂纹停止,以使得磨损保护层5中的裂纹不能移动到基体3中。
优选地,通过与铬和/或氮形成合金来提高磨损保护层5的耐腐蚀性。通过在磨损保护层5中存在的硬质材料颗粒,提高了在摩擦接触表面4上的耐磨性或耐磨擦性。为此,硬质材料颗粒7优选具有小于50μm的平均粒度。尤其设置碳化物、氧化物、氮化物或硼化物作为硬质材料颗粒7。磨损保护层5中的硬质材料比例优选为最大70体积%,因此层与基体之间的热膨胀系数的失配以及由此在进行制动时在摩擦制动体1中产生的应力不变得过高。
根据图3应借助流程图来解释用于制造摩擦制动体1的有利方法。在第一步骤S1中提供尤其由灰铸铁制成的基体3。在随后的步骤S2中,为了调节到特定粗糙度,将基体3的至少一个端侧的表面进行机械预处理,例如借助磨削。
在随后的任选步骤S3中,将由纯铁素体-奥氏体钢制成的中间层8施加到基体3上。在此,将中间层8优选通过激光熔覆或借助热喷涂法而施加到基体3上。
随后,在步骤S4中,将实际的磨损保护层5施加到基体3上或中间层8上,其中硬质材料颗粒7与由铁素体-奥氏体钢制成的基质相同时施加到基体3上或中间层8上。
最后,在步骤S5中获得成品摩擦制动体1,其中任选将磨损保护层5的表面进行机械后处理,尤其是磨削,以确保用于与摩擦制动器的相关联的制动衬片和/或制动块共同作用的所需几何形状和粗糙度。

Claims (19)

1.用于机动车的摩擦制动器的摩擦制动体(1),其具有基体(3)和至少一个被构造在所述基体(3)的摩擦接触表面(4)上的磨损保护层(5),其特征在于,所述磨损保护层(5)由铁素体-奥氏体钢(6)制成并且具有嵌入的硬质材料颗粒(7),其中同时施加硬质材料颗粒(7)和由铁素体-奥氏体钢(6)制成的基质相,并且其中在施加所述磨损保护层(5)之前,在所述基体(3)上施加由纯铁素体-奥氏体钢(6)制成的中间层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩擦制动体,其特征在于,所述摩擦制动体(1)是制动盘(2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩擦制动体,其特征在于,所述基体(3)由灰铸铁制成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩擦制动体,其特征在于,所述硬质材料颗粒(7)是精细分布的硬质材料颗粒(7)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩擦制动体,其特征在于,所述磨损保护层(5)具有铬和/或氮以提高耐腐蚀性。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩擦制动体,其特征在于,所述硬质材料颗粒(7)具有小于50μm的平均粒度。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩擦制动体,其特征在于,存在碳化物、氧化物、氮化物或硼化物作为硬质材料颗粒(7)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩擦制动体,其特征在于,所述硬质材料颗粒(7)的比例小于或等于所述磨损保护层(5)的70体积%。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩擦制动体,其特征在于,在所述磨损保护层(5)和所述基体(3)之间的中间层(8)由纯铁素体-奥氏体钢(6)构造。
10.用于机动车的摩擦制动器,其具有至少一个制动盘(2)和至少一个与所述制动盘(2)相关联且可移动地布置的制动块,其特征在于,所述制动盘(2)被构造为根据权利要求1至9中一项所述的摩擦制动体(1)。
11.用于制造用于机动车的摩擦制动器的摩擦制动体(1)的方法,其中基体(3)设有至少一个形成摩擦接触表面(4)的磨损保护层(5),其特征在于,所述磨损保护层(5)由具有嵌入的硬质材料颗粒(7)的铁素体-奥氏体钢(6)制成,其中同时施加硬质材料颗粒(7)与由铁素体-奥氏体钢(6)制成的基质相,并且其中在施加所述磨损保护层(5)之前,在所述基体(3)上施加由纯铁素体-奥氏体钢(6)制成的中间层(8)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述摩擦制动体(1)是制动盘(2)。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基体(3)由灰铸铁制成。
14.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述磨损保护层(5)通过激光熔覆或热喷涂而施加到所述基体(3)上。
15.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述磨损保护层(5)与铬和/或氮形成合金。
16.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,将硬质材料颗粒(7)精细分布在磨损保护层(5)中。
17.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,使用平均粒度小于50μm的硬质材料颗粒(7)。
18.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,使用碳化物、氧化物、氮化物或硼化物作为所述硬质材料颗粒(7)。
19.根据权利要求11或12所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述基体(3)在施加所述磨损保护层(5)和/或所述中间层(8)之前进行机械预处理。
