and the sending module 950 is configured to send the bill information to at least one user device respectively, so that the user can pay according to the bill information.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the control device may further include a deletion module 960. When the receiving module 910 receives the closing request information sent by the user equipment, the deleting module 960 deletes the audio and video information.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the control device further includes an obtaining module 970 for obtaining the rating information of the at least one user equipment.
The control device shown in fig. 14 has a function of executing the method/steps executed by the control apparatus in the embodiment of the control method shown in fig. 4 and described only in fig. 11, and is not described in detail.
According to the control device provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the request information sent by the user equipment is obtained, the control device obtains the authority of the live broadcasting room, and controls to start at least one live broadcasting equipment in the live broadcasting room and the live broadcasting room, and the user can cooperatively broadcast by using the professional live broadcasting equipment in the live broadcasting room, so that the live broadcasting quality is improved, and further, the user experience is improved. Meanwhile, at least one live device in the live broadcasting room is started when the user requests to start the live broadcasting room, so that the preparation time for starting up before live broadcasting is saved, the live broadcasting efficiency is improved, and the user experience is further improved. Meanwhile, the live broadcast equipment can be improved according to the user evaluation information, the live broadcast efficiency is improved, or the use strategies of the live broadcast room and the live broadcast room are improved, so that the user experience is further improved.
The control device of the embodiment shown in fig. 12 and 14 may be the control device 120 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, or the control device integrated or disposed on the live host shown in fig. 5 (a) or fig. 5 (b). The control device 120 is schematically structured as shown in fig. 15. The control device 120 may include a device management module 121, a device monitoring module 122, a transaction module 123, a payment module 124, and a user feedback module 125.
The device management module 121 may implement the functions of the acquisition module 710, the control module 720, the determination module 730, and the generation module 740 in the control apparatus shown in fig. 12.
Before live recording, the user needs to first access the live broadcasting room, the device management module 121 is configured to receive a request for opening the live broadcasting room sent when the user device scans the graphic code, and open the live broadcasting room according to the request of the live broadcasting room, and call the transaction module 123 to generate order information. After the live recording is finished, the device management module 121 is further configured to, when receiving a request sent by the user equipment to close the live broadcasting room, invoke the transaction module to generate bill information, and display the bill information on the user equipment or the live broadcasting host interface, so that when the user clicks the bill information, invoke the payment module 124, dock the payment system, and complete payment of the order.
During live recording, the device monitoring module 122 is configured to monitor a status of each live device in the live broadcast room. If the live broadcast equipment of the live broadcast room fails, prompt information is generated for operation and maintenance personnel to reference and maintain the failed live broadcast equipment, so that the live broadcast recording efficiency is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
The user feedback module 125 is configured to evaluate, through the user device and the live host, the live room usage after completing live recording and completing bill payment, where the evaluation content may include a sense of use of live equipment in the live room, a rule of use of equipment in the live room, or a use fee policy in the live room.
Fig. 16 is a schematic structural view of a control device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control apparatus shown in fig. 16 can implement the control methods shown in fig. 4 to 11.
The control device may include a processor 1001 and a memory 1002 storing computer program instructions.
In particular, the processor 1001 described above may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or an application specific integrated circuit (application specific integrated circuit, ASIC), or may be configured as one or more integrated circuits of the embodiments of the present application.
Memory 1002 may include mass storage for data or instructions. By way of example, and not limitation, memory 1002 may include a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), floppy disk drive, flash memory, optical disk, magneto-optical disk, magnetic tape, or universal serial bus (universal serial bus, USB) drive, or a combination of two or more of these. The memory 1002 may include removable or non-removable (or fixed) media, where appropriate. The memory 1002 may be internal or external to the integrated gateway device, where appropriate. In a particular embodiment, the memory 1002 is a non-volatile solid state memory. In a particular embodiment, the memory 1002 includes Read Only Memory (ROM). The ROM may be mask programmed ROM, programmable ROM (PROM), erasable PROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), electrically rewritable ROM (EAROM), or flash memory, or a combination of two or more of these, where appropriate.
The processor 1001 reads and executes the computer program instructions stored in the memory 1002 to implement any one of the control methods of the embodiments shown in fig. 4 to 11.
In one example, the device may also include a bus 1004. As shown in fig. 16, the processor 1001, the memory 1002, and the transceiver 1003 are connected by a bus 1004 and perform communication with each other.
Bus 1004 includes hardware, software, or both. By way of example, and not limitation, the buses may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other graphics bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, a Front Side Bus (FSB), a HyperTransport (HT) interconnect, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, an infiniband interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) bus, a memory bus, a multi-channel architecture (MCa) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) bus, a video electronics standards association local (VLB) bus, or other suitable bus, or a combination of two or more of the above. Bus 703 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although embodiments of the present application describe and illustrate a particular bus, the present application contemplates any suitable bus or interconnect.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium corresponding to the method for creating the indication map and the method for processing the data. In one possible embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed in a computer, causes the computer to perform the steps of at least one of the control methods described above in the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be clear that the invention is not limited to the specific arrangements and processes described in the foregoing embodiments and shown in the drawings. For convenience and brevity of description, detailed descriptions of known methods are omitted herein, and specific working processes of the systems, modules and units described above may refer to corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the method process of the present invention is not limited to the specific steps described and illustrated, and that various changes, modifications and additions, or equivalent substitutions and order of steps within the scope of the present invention should be included within the scope of the present invention as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art after appreciating the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (30)

1. A control method, the method comprising:
acquiring request information, wherein the request information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
acquiring the authority of the target live broadcasting room corresponding to the identifier;
and starting the target live broadcasting room according to the authority, and starting at least one live broadcasting device in the target live broadcasting room.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the request information further comprises an identification of the at least one live device; the method further comprises the steps of:
acquiring the authority of the at least one live broadcast device;
the starting at least one live broadcast device in the target live broadcast room comprises the following steps:
and opening the at least one live broadcast device according to the authority of the at least one live broadcast device.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the request information further comprises a live account number of the user; after said turning on at least one live device in said target live room, said method further comprises:
and controlling the target equipment in the at least one live equipment to log in the live account.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the at least one live device comprises an image acquisition device and an acoustic acquisition device; after logging in the live account on a target device in the at least one live device, the method includes:
and acquiring audio and video information of the target live broadcasting room, wherein the audio and video information is synthesized by the target live broadcasting room according to the image information acquired by the image acquisition equipment and the acoustic wave simulation information acquired by the acoustic wave acquisition equipment.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring state information of the at least one live broadcast device;
and determining whether each live broadcast device in the at least one live broadcast device fails according to the state information, and generating prompt information when determining that a first live broadcast device in the at least one live broadcast device fails, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user that the first live broadcast device fails.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring request information comprises:
and receiving an input operation of selecting the live broadcasting room by a user, wherein the input operation comprises the identification of the target live broadcasting room.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring request information comprises:
and receiving request information sent by user equipment of a user for scanning a live broadcasting room graphic code, wherein the live broadcasting room graphic code comprises the identification of the target live broadcasting room.
8. The method of any one of claims 1, 2, 4 to 7, wherein the method further comprises:
order information is generated.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
and generating bill information when receiving the closing request of the target live broadcasting room, and carrying out fee payment according to the bill information by a user.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
and deleting the audio and video information and the live account number.

and acquiring evaluation information of the user.
12. A control method applied to a user equipment, the control method comprising:
acquiring operation information of a user, wherein the operation information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
and sending request information to the control equipment, wherein the request information comprises the identification of the target live broadcasting room, so that the control equipment can determine the authority of the target equipment according to the identification of the target live broadcasting room, and at least one live broadcasting equipment in the target live broadcasting room and the target live broadcasting room can be controlled and started according to the authority.
13. The control method according to claim 12, wherein the operation information further comprises an identifier of the at least one live device and/or a live account number, so that the control device can start the at least one live device according to the identifier of the live device, and/or control to log in the live account number on a target device of the at least one live device.
14. The control method according to claim 12, wherein the control method further comprises:
sending closing request information to the control equipment, wherein the closing request information comprises an identification of the target equipment and is used for generating bill information by the control equipment;
and receiving the bill information sent by the control equipment so as to facilitate the user to pay according to the bill information.
15. A control method, the method being applied to a control apparatus, the control method comprising:
respectively receiving request information sent by at least one user equipment, wherein the request information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
determining the authority of the target equipment according to the identification of the target equipment;
and starting the target live broadcasting room and at least one live broadcasting device in the target live broadcasting room according to the permission control, so that a user enters the target live broadcasting room, and using the at least one live broadcasting device in the target live broadcasting room to conduct live broadcasting to generate audio and video information.
16. The control method according to claim 15, wherein the method further comprises:
respectively receiving closing request information sent by the at least one user equipment, wherein the closing request information comprises an identifier of the target live broadcasting room;
Generating bill information according to the identification of the target equipment;
and respectively sending bill information to the at least one user device so as to facilitate the user to pay according to the bill information.
17. The control method according to claim 16, wherein the control method further comprises:
and deleting the audio and video information when receiving the closing request information sent by the user equipment.
18. A control apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring request information, wherein the request information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring the authority of the target live broadcasting room corresponding to the identifier;
and the control module is used for starting the target live broadcasting room according to the authority and starting at least one live broadcasting device in the target live broadcasting room.
19. The control apparatus of claim 18, wherein the request information further comprises an identification of the at least one live device;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring the authority of the at least one live broadcast device;
the control module is specifically configured to open the at least one live device according to the authority of the at least one live device.
20. The control device according to claim 18 or 19, wherein the request information further includes a live account number of the user;
The control module is further configured to control to log in the live account on a target device in the at least one live device.
21. The control apparatus of claim 20, wherein the at least one live device comprises an image acquisition device and an acoustic acquisition device;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring audio and video information of the target live broadcasting room, wherein the audio and video information is obtained by synthesizing the image information acquired by the image acquisition equipment and the sound wave simulation information acquired by the sound wave acquisition equipment in the target live broadcasting room.
22. The control device of claim 21, wherein the device further comprises a determination module;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring state information of live broadcast equipment, wherein the live broadcast equipment comprises the acquisition equipment and the sound wave acquisition equipment;
the determining module is used for determining whether each live broadcast device in the at least one live broadcast device is faulty according to the state information, and generating prompt information when determining that a first live broadcast device in the at least one live broadcast device is faulty, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user that the first live broadcast device is faulty.
23. The control device of claim 18, wherein the acquisition module is specifically configured to:
and receiving request information sent by user equipment of a user for scanning a live broadcasting room graphic code, wherein the live broadcasting room graphic code comprises the identification of the target live broadcasting room.
24. The control apparatus of any one of claims 18, 19, 21 to 23, wherein the apparatus further comprises a generation module for generating order information.
25. The control apparatus of claim 24, wherein the generating module is further configured to generate billing information for a user device to pay a fee according to the billing information when receiving a closing request of the target live room.
26. The control device of claim 25, wherein the device further comprises a deletion module configured to delete audio-visual information and account information.
27. A control apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring operation information of a user, wherein the operation information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
the sending module is used for sending request information to the control equipment, wherein the request information comprises the identification of the target live broadcasting room, so that the control equipment can determine the authority of the target equipment according to the identification of the target live broadcasting room, and at least one live broadcasting equipment in the target live broadcasting room and the target live broadcasting room can be controlled and started according to the authority.
28. A control apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for respectively receiving request information sent by at least one user equipment, wherein the request information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
the determining module is used for determining the authority of the target equipment according to the identification of the target equipment;
and the control module is used for controlling and starting the target live broadcasting room and at least one live broadcasting device in the target live broadcasting room according to the authority so as to enable a user to enter the target live broadcasting room and use the at least one live broadcasting device in the target live broadcasting room to conduct live broadcasting and generate audio and video information.

A control device, wherein the control device comprises at least one processor and a memory, the memory being for storing computer program instructions, the processor being for reading and executing the computer program instructions to control the control device to implement the control method of any one of claims 1 to 11, or to control a user device to implement the control method of any one of claims 12 to 14, or to control the control device to implement the control method of any one of claims 15 to 17.

A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, if executed in a computer, causes the computer to perform the control method of any one of claims 1 to 11, or to control a user equipment to implement the control method of any one of claims 12 to 14, or to control a control device to implement the control method of any one of claims 15 to 17.
