Abstract

In order to improve the live broadcast quality and meet the live broadcast requirements of most individuals and merchants, the embodiment of the invention provides a control method, a control device and control equipment. According to the control device provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the request information sent by the user equipment is obtained, the control device obtains the permission of the live broadcast room and controls to start at least one live broadcast equipment in the live broadcast room and the live broadcast room, and the user uses professional live broadcast equipment in the live broadcast room to cooperate with live broadcast, so that the live broadcast quality is improved, and further the user experience is improved. Meanwhile, at least one live broadcast device in the live broadcast starting room of the live broadcast starting room is started when a user requests to start the live broadcast, so that the preparation time for starting the live broadcast is saved, the live broadcast efficiency is improved, and the user experience is further improved. Meanwhile, live broadcasting equipment can be improved according to user evaluation information, live broadcasting efficiency is improved, or a live broadcasting room and a live broadcasting room use strategy are improved, so that user experience is further improved.
The control device in the embodiments shown in fig. 12 and fig. 14 may be the control device 120 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, or a control device integrated or disposed on the live host shown in fig. 5(a) or fig. 5 (b). The control device 120 is schematically shown in fig. 15. The control device 120 may include a device management module 121, a device monitoring module 122, a transaction module 123, a payment module 124, and a user feedback module 125.
The device management module 121 may implement the functions of the obtaining module 710, the control module 720, the determining module 730, and the generating module 740 in the control apparatus shown in fig. 12.
Before live broadcast recording, a user needs to enter a live broadcast room first, and the device management module 121 is configured to receive a request for starting the live broadcast room sent when the user device scans a graphic code, start the live broadcast room according to the request of the live broadcast room, and call the transaction module 123 to generate order information. After the live broadcast recording is finished, the device management module 121 is further configured to, when a request for closing the live broadcast room sent by the user device is received, invoke the transaction module to generate bill information, and display the bill information on the user device or a live broadcast host interface, so that when the user clicks the bill information, invoke the payment module 124, interface with the payment system, and complete payment of the order.
In the live recording process, the device monitoring module 122 is configured to monitor states of each live device in the live room. If live equipment of the live broadcast room breaks down, prompt information is generated to be referred by operation and maintenance personnel, and the broken live broadcast equipment is maintained, so that live broadcast recording efficiency is improved, and user experience is further improved.
And the user feedback module 125 is configured to evaluate the usage of the live broadcast room through the user equipment and the live broadcast host after completing live broadcast recording and bill payment, where the evaluation content may include usage feeling of live broadcast equipment in the live broadcast room, usage rules of the live broadcast room equipment, or usage fee policy and the like for the live broadcast room equipment.
Fig. 16 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control apparatus shown in fig. 16 can implement the control methods shown in fig. 4 to 11.
The control device may comprise a processor 1001 and a memory 1002 in which computer program instructions are stored.
Specifically, the processor 1001 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be configured as one or more integrated circuits according to the embodiments of the present application.
The processor 1001 realizes any one of the control methods in the embodiments shown in fig. 4 to 11 by reading and executing computer program instructions stored in the memory 1002.
In one example, the device may also include a bus 1004. As shown in fig. 16, the processor 1001, the memory 1002, and the transceiver 1003 are connected via a bus 1004 to complete communication with each other.
The bus 1004 includes hardware, software, or both. By way of example, and not limitation, a bus may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other graphics bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, a Front Side Bus (FSB), a Hypertransport (HT) interconnect, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, an infiniband interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) bus, a memory bus, a multi-channel architecture (MCA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) bus, a video electronics standards association local (VLB) bus, or other suitable bus or a combination of two or more of these. Bus 703 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses are described and shown in the embodiments of the application, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the application.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium corresponding to the creating method and the data processing method of the indicating map. In one possible embodiment, the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed in a computer, causes the computer to perform at least one of the steps in the control method of the above-mentioned method of the present invention.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the particular arrangements and instrumentality described in the above embodiments and shown in the drawings. For convenience and brevity of description, detailed description of a known method is omitted here, and for the specific working processes of the system, the module and the unit described above, reference may be made to corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the method procedures of the present invention are not limited to the specific steps described and illustrated, and that various changes, modifications and additions, or equivalent substitutions and changes in the sequence of steps within the technical scope of the present invention are possible within the technical scope of the present invention as those skilled in the art can appreciate the spirit of the present invention.
Claims (30)
1. A method of controlling, the method comprising:
acquiring request information, wherein the request information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
acquiring the authority of the target live broadcast room corresponding to the identifier;
and opening the target live broadcast room according to the permission, and opening at least one live broadcast device in the target live broadcast room.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the request information further includes an identification of the at least one live device; the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the authority of the at least one live broadcast device;
the starting of at least one live broadcast device in the target live broadcast room comprises the following steps:
and opening the at least one live broadcast device according to the permission of the at least one live broadcast device.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the request information further comprises a live account of the user; after the turning on of at least one live device in the target live broadcast room, the method further comprises:
and controlling the target equipment in the at least one live broadcast equipment to log in the live broadcast account.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the at least one live device comprises an image capture device and a sound wave capture device; after the target device in the at least one live device logs in the live account, the method comprises the following steps:
and audio and video information of the target live broadcast room is obtained, wherein the audio and video information is obtained by synthesizing the image information acquired by the image acquisition equipment and the sound wave simulation information acquired by the sound wave acquisition equipment in the target live broadcast room.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring state information of the at least one live broadcast device;
and determining whether each live device in the at least one live device has a fault according to the state information, so as to generate prompt information when determining that a first live device in the at least one live device has a fault, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user that the first live device has a fault.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining request information comprises:
and receiving an input operation of a user selecting a live broadcast room, wherein the input operation comprises the identification of the target live broadcast room.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining request information comprises:
receiving request information sent by user equipment of a user to scan a live broadcast room graphic code, wherein the live broadcast room graphic code comprises an identifier of the target live broadcast room.
8. The method of any one of claims 1, 2, 4 to 7, wherein the method further comprises:
and generating order information.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
and generating bill information when receiving a closing request of the target live broadcast room so as to be used for the user to pay according to the bill information.
10. The method of claim 8 or 9, wherein the method further comprises:
and deleting the audio and video information and the live account.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
and acquiring evaluation information of the user.
12. A control method, the method is applied to user equipment, and the control method comprises the following steps:
acquiring operation information of a user, wherein the operation information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
and sending request information to control equipment, wherein the request information comprises the identification of the target live broadcast room, so that the control equipment determines the authority of the target equipment according to the identification of the target live broadcast room and controls to start at least one live broadcast equipment in the target live broadcast room and the target live broadcast room according to the authority.
13. The control method according to claim 12, wherein the operation information further includes an identifier of the at least one live device and/or a live account, so that the control device opens the at least one live device according to the identifier of the live device and/or controls a target device of the at least one live device to log in the live account.
14. The control method according to claim 12, wherein the control method further comprises:
sending shutdown request information to the control device, wherein the shutdown request information comprises an identifier of the target device and is used for the control device to generate bill information;
and receiving the bill information sent by the control equipment so as to facilitate the user to pay according to the bill information.
15. A control method, which is applied to a control apparatus, the control method comprising:
respectively receiving request information sent by at least one user device, wherein the request information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
determining the authority of the target equipment according to the identification of the target equipment;
and controlling to start the target live broadcast room and at least one live broadcast device in the target live broadcast room according to the authority so that a user can enter the target live broadcast room and live broadcast by using the at least one live broadcast device in the target live broadcast room to generate audio and video information.
16. The control method of claim 15, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving closing request information sent by the at least one user device respectively, wherein the closing request information comprises an identifier of the target live broadcast room;
generating bill information according to the identification of the target equipment;
and respectively sending bill information to the at least one user device so as to facilitate the user to pay according to the bill information.
17. The control method according to claim 16, wherein the control method further comprises:
and deleting the audio and video information when receiving the closing request information sent by the user equipment.
18. A control device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring request information, and the request information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
the acquisition module is further configured to acquire the permission of the target live broadcast room corresponding to the identifier;
and the control module is used for opening the target live broadcast room according to the authority and opening at least one live broadcast device in the target live broadcast room.
19. The control apparatus of claim 18, wherein the request information further includes an identification of the at least one live device;
the acquisition module is further configured to acquire the permission of the at least one live device;
the control module is specifically configured to open the at least one live device according to the permission of the at least one live device.
20. The control apparatus according to claim 18 or 19, wherein the request information further includes a live account of the user;
the control module is further configured to control a target device in the at least one live device to log in the live account.
21. The control apparatus of claim 20, wherein the at least one live device comprises an image capture device and a sound wave capture device;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring audio and video information of the target live broadcast room, wherein the audio and video information is obtained by synthesizing the image information acquired by the acquisition equipment and sound wave simulation information acquired by the sound wave acquisition equipment in the target live broadcast room.
22. The control device of claim 21, wherein the device further comprises a determination module;
the acquisition module is further configured to acquire state information of a live broadcast device, where the live broadcast device includes the acquisition device and the sound wave acquisition device;
the determining module is configured to determine whether each live device in the at least one live device has a fault according to the state information, so as to generate a prompt message when determining that a first live device in the at least one live device has a fault, where the prompt message is used to prompt a user that the first live device has a fault.
23. The control device according to claim 18, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to:
receiving request information sent by user equipment of a user to scan a live broadcast room graphic code, wherein the live broadcast room graphic code comprises an identifier of the target live broadcast room.
24. The control device of any one of claims 18, 19, 21 to 23, wherein the device further comprises a generation module for generating order information.
25. The control apparatus of claim 24, wherein the generating module is further configured to generate billing information for the user equipment to pay according to the billing information when receiving a closing request of the target live broadcast.
26. The control device according to claim 24 or 25, wherein the device further comprises a deletion module configured to delete the audio-video information and the account information.
27. A control device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring operation information of a user, wherein the operation information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
and the sending module is used for sending request information to control equipment, wherein the request information comprises the identification of the target live broadcast room, so that the control equipment determines the authority of the target equipment according to the identification of the target live broadcast room and controls to start at least one live broadcast equipment in the target live broadcast room and the target live broadcast room according to the authority.
28. A control device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for respectively receiving request information sent by at least one user device, wherein the request information comprises an identifier of a target live broadcast room;
the determining module is used for determining the authority of the target equipment according to the identification of the target equipment;
and the control module is used for starting the target live broadcast room and at least one live broadcast device in the target live broadcast room according to the authority control so that a user can enter the target live broadcast room and live broadcast by using the at least one live broadcast device in the target live broadcast room to generate audio and video information.

A control apparatus, wherein the control apparatus comprises at least one processor and a memory, the memory being used to store computer program instructions, the processor being used to read and execute the computer program instructions to control the control apparatus to implement the control method of any one of claims 1 to 11, or to control the computing apparatus to implement the control method of any one of claims 12 to 14, or to control the computing apparatus to implement the control method of any one of claims 15 to 17.
30. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein if the computer program is executed in a computer, the computer program causes the computer to execute the control method according to any one of claims 1 to 11, or controls the computing device to implement the control method according to any one of claims 12 to 14, or controls the computing device to implement the control method according to any one of claims 15 to 17.
