and the secondary monitoring equipment judging unit is used for determining that the terminal video monitoring equipment is the secondary monitoring equipment when the equipment coding information is the same as the coding information of the authenticated secondary monitoring equipment.
6. The multipoint control device of claim 5, wherein the rights granting module comprises:
the primary control authority granting unit grants primary control authority to the terminal video monitoring equipment when determining that the terminal video monitoring equipment is primary monitoring equipment;
the secondary control authority granting unit grants secondary control authority to the terminal video monitoring equipment when determining that the terminal video monitoring equipment is the secondary monitoring equipment; and
and the execution unit is used for implementing corresponding control actions when receiving the control command of the terminal video monitoring equipment after granting the control authority.
7. A computer system, the system comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions which, when read for execution by the one or more processors, perform the method of any of the preceding claims 1-3.
