The first utterance instruction can be used for instructing to open a voice receiver connected with the first called terminal and sending the voice data received by the first called terminal to the second MCU system; or the first utterance instruction may be used to instruct the first roll-call terminal to turn on the camera and send the acquired video data to the second MCU system, which is not limited thereto. The second MCU system sends the second media data sent by the first called terminal to the first MCU system step by step, and then the first MCU system sends the second media data of the first called terminal to the chairman terminal.
In this embodiment, it is determined whether the first named terminal is connected to the target MCU, the first named terminal identifier in the first named-speaking request is modified according to the determination result, and the modified first named-speaking request is used as the second named-speaking request. According to the second roll call speaking request, the first media data can be sent to the modified first roll call terminal identification, and the modified first roll call terminal identification can be a cascade gateway at an upper level or a lower level, so that interaction of video data among different MCU systems is realized.
In one embodiment, modifying the first named terminal identifier in the first named-to-speak request of each target MCU system according to the determination result includes: when the first called terminal is connected with the target MCU system, the first called terminal identification is used as a second called terminal identification; and when the first called terminal is disconnected with the target MCU system, acquiring the MCU system connected with the first called terminal, and modifying the first called terminal identifier in the first called speaking request according to the MCU system connected with the first called terminal.
When the first called terminal is connected with the target MCU system, the target MCU system can send the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification to the first called terminal, so that the first called terminal identification in the first calling speech request does not need to be modified, and the first called terminal identification is used as a second called terminal identification.
When the first called terminal is disconnected with the target MCU system, the target MCU system cannot directly send the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification to the first called terminal. Therefore, the first named terminal identification in the first named after-speak request needs to be modified. And acquiring the MCU system connected with the first named terminal through the target MCU system, and modifying the first named terminal identifier in the first named speech request according to the MCU system connected with the first named terminal.
In this embodiment, by judging whether the first called terminal identifier is connected to the target MCU system, when the first called terminal is not connected to the target MCU system, the MCU system to which the first called terminal is connected is acquired, and the first called terminal identifier in the first call request is modified according to the MCU system to which the first called terminal is connected, so that the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier can be more accurately sent to the first called terminal.
In one embodiment, modifying the identity of the first named terminal in the first named-talk request according to the MCU system to which the first named terminal is connected includes:
and 702, when the MCU system connected with the first named terminal is the upper level of the target MCU system, modifying the first named terminal identifier in the first named speaking request into a first analog terminal identifier and using the first analog terminal identifier as a second named terminal identifier, wherein the first analog terminal is used for connecting the target MCU system with the MCU system at the upper level.
The MCU systems of different levels can carry out the interaction of media data through the analog terminal in the cascade gateway. In the hierarchical network gateway, at least one pair of analog terminals may be included. A pair of analog terminals, namely a first analog terminal and a second analog terminal.
And data sharing is carried out between the pair of the first analog terminal and the second analog terminal. For example, when a first analog terminal receives video data a, a second analog terminal also receives video data a at the same time; when the second analog terminal receives the video data B, the first analog terminal also receives the video data B at the same time, and the first analog terminal and the second analog terminal can receive and send different data at the same time.
In the target MCU system, the identification of the upper terminal of the target MCU system is not stored. And when the first called terminal identification in the first roll call request is not matched with the reference identification stored in the target MCU system, the first called terminal is not connected with the target MCU system and is not in a lower terminal of the target MCU system.
Therefore, the first named terminal is a superior terminal or a terminal connected to other MCU systems except for the target MCU system in the same level. Through the superior MCU system connected with the target MCU system, the media data interaction between the target MCU system and the superior MCU system or the MCU systems in the same level except the target MCU system can be realized. And modifying the first named terminal identification in the first named speaking request into a first analog terminal identification and using the first analog terminal identification as a second named terminal identification.
Step 704, when the MCU system connected to the first named terminal is a subordinate of the target MCU system, modifying the first named terminal identifier in the first named utterance request to a second analog terminal identifier and using the second analog terminal identifier as the second named terminal identifier, where the second analog terminal is used for connecting the target MCU system to a next-level MCU system.
In the target MCU system, reference identifiers of terminals connected with the target MCU system are stored, and reference identifiers of all terminals of a subordinate stage of the target MCU system are also stored. The first called terminal identification is matched with the reference identifications of all terminals of the lower level of the target MCU system one by one, when the matching is successful, a second MCU system connected with the first called terminal can be obtained, and the first called terminal identification in the first calling speech request is modified into a second simulation terminal identification and serves as a second called terminal identification.
In this embodiment, when the first named terminal is a superior terminal of the target MCU system, the first named terminal identifier in the first named-speaking request is modified to be the first analog terminal and serves as the second named terminal identifier; when the first called terminal is a subordinate terminal of the target MCU system, the first called terminal identification in the first calling speaking request is modified into the identification of the second simulation terminal and is used as the second called terminal identification, and the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification can be more accurately sent to the first called terminal step by step.
In one embodiment, according to the first roll call request, sending the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to the second MCU system connected to the first roll call terminal step by step, includes: judging the position of the first called terminal in the cascade MCU system by the first MCU system according to the second called terminal identification in the second roll call speaking request; when the first called terminal is located at a subordinate terminal of the first MCU system, sending first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification to the subordinate MCU system; acquiring a second called terminal identifier in a second calling and speaking request through a subordinate MCU system, and gradually sending the first media data downwards to the second MCU system connected with the first called terminal according to the second called terminal identifier; when the first called terminal is located at a superior terminal of the first MCU system, first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification are sent to the superior MCU system; and acquiring a second called terminal identifier in the second roll call speaking request through the upper MCU system, and gradually and upwards transmitting the first media data to the second MCU system connected with the first called terminal according to the second called terminal identifier.
And after the first MCU system acquires the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification, the first media data are sent to a terminal corresponding to a second called terminal identification according to the second called terminal identification in the second called speaking request.
When the first called terminal is connected with the first MCU system, the first called terminal identification is the second called terminal identification, the first MCU system is the second MCU system, and the first media data is sent to the first called terminal through the first MCU system, so that the first media data of the chairman terminal can be watched by the first called terminal.
When the first called terminal is located at a terminal of a first MCU system subordinate level, in order to enable the first called terminal to watch the first media data of the chairman terminal, that is, to send the first media data to the first called terminal, the first media data needs to be sent downwards to the first called terminal step by step through each cascade gateway. And when the first called terminal is at the terminal at the upper level of the first MCU system, the first media data is sent to the first called terminal step by step upwards through each cascade gateway.
In the cross-level conference, an MCU system which acquires a first roll call request in a cascade MCU system is used as a target MCU system, when the target MCU system is in a level between the highest level and the level of a second MCU system, a first roll call terminal in the first roll call request is judged to be a subordinate terminal, and the identification of the first roll call terminal is modified into the identification of a second simulation terminal connected with the target MCU system and is used as the identification of a second roll call terminal.
It should be noted that, in the target MCU system, a plurality of lower MCU systems may be connected, that is, a plurality of second analog terminal ids may be connected. The target MCU system can search the second MCU system connected with the first called terminal identification and the superior MCU system connected with the second MCU system according to the first called terminal identification, and by analogy, a hierarchical structure chain from the target MCU system to the first called terminal can be formed. For example, the target MCU system is a secondary MCU system 1, and the hierarchical chain may be a secondary MCU system 1-a tertiary MCU system 2-a quaternary MCU system 3 (a second MCU system) -a first called terminal.
The target MCU system can determine the MCU system in the hierarchical structure chain from a plurality of connected lower-level MCU systems according to the hierarchical structure chain, and transmits the first media data to a second analog terminal connected with the MCU system until the first media data are transmitted to the second MCU system step by step.
And when the target MCU system judges that the first called terminal is connected with the target MCU system, namely the target MCU system is a second MCU system, taking the first called terminal identification as a second called terminal identification, taking the first calling speaking request as a second calling speaking request, and sending the received first media data to the first called terminal according to the second called terminal identification, thereby realizing that the first called terminal acquires the first media data of the chairman terminal.
In this embodiment, each MCU system in the cascaded MCU systems sends the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to the second MCU system step by step, and the second MCU system sends the received first media data to the first called terminal, so that the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier can be sent to the first called terminal more accurately.
In one embodiment, the above-mentioned cross-level conference roll-call speaking method further includes:
and step 802, generating a second speaking instruction according to the sent first roll-call request through the first MCU system, and sending the second speaking instruction to the chairman terminal, wherein the second speaking instruction is used for instructing the chairman terminal to send the first media data to other terminals except the chairman terminal.
It can be understood that, in order to perform roll call speech more accurately, the chairman terminal may perform data interaction with the first roll call terminal. The first floor call request includes a chairman terminal identifier. And acquiring a chairman terminal identifier in the first roll speech request through the first MCU system, generating a second speech instruction and sending the second speech instruction to the chairman terminal.
And the chairman terminal opens the connected media equipment such as a voice receiver, a camera and the like according to the speaking instruction so as to acquire first media data such as voice data and video data and send the received first media data to the second MCU system. And the second MCU system sends the received first media data to other terminals except the chairman terminal.
And step 804, generating a microphone closing instruction according to the received first roll call request through an MCU system in the cascaded MCU system, and sending the microphone closing instruction to other terminals except the chairman terminal and the first roll call terminal, wherein the microphone closing instruction is used for indicating the terminals to close the connected voice receivers.
It can be understood that in the cross-class conference, the chairman terminal and the first called terminal perform the roll call speaking operation, and voice data interaction can be performed. Meanwhile, in order to avoid interference of voice data of other terminals in the cross-class conference, it is necessary to perform a call closing operation on other terminals except for the chairman terminal and the first called terminal.
The second media data obtained by the first called terminal according to the first sending instruction is sent to the chairman terminal connected with the first MCU system through the second MCU system, and the method comprises the following steps:
and step 806, sending the second media data obtained by the first called terminal according to the first sending instruction to other terminals except the first called terminal through the second MCU system.
It should be noted that, after acquiring the second media data of the called terminal or the first media data of the chairman terminal, the MCU system in the cascaded MCU system may separately send the second media data of the called terminal or the first media data of the chairman terminal to other terminals, or may merge the second media data of the called terminal and the first media data of the chairman terminal into a path of voice data through the audio mixing module, and send the path of voice data to other terminals, which is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, a second utterance instruction is generated for the chairman terminal, the first media data of the chairman terminal is sent to terminals except the chairman terminal, a first utterance instruction is generated for the first roll-to-call terminal, the second media data of the first roll-to-call terminal is sent to terminals except the first roll-to-call terminal, the microphone closing operation is performed on terminals except the chairman terminal and the first roll-to-call terminal in the cross-level conference, and the roll-to-call utterance operation can be performed more accurately.
In one embodiment, the above-mentioned cross-level conference roll-call speaking method further includes: a second server in the second MCU system receives second media data sent by the first roll-call terminal and sends the second media data to all MCU systems in the cascade MCU system; and sending the second media data to the connected terminal through the second servers of all the MCU systems in the cascaded MCU systems.
It can be understood that, in the roll call announcement of the cross-level conference, the first roll call terminal may acquire first media data of the chairman terminal, such as video pictures or voice data, and other terminals except the first roll call terminal may acquire second media data of the first roll call terminal, and the chairman terminal and the first roll call terminal may perform a call-on and the other terminals except the chairman terminal and the first roll call terminal may perform a call-off.
That is, the first media data of the chairman terminal is transmitted to the first roll-call terminal, and the second media data of the first roll-call terminal is transmitted to other terminals except the first roll-call terminal.
And the second server in the second MCU system can send the second media data to all the MCU systems in the cascaded MCU systems through all the cascaded gateways.
As shown in fig. 9, the primary MCU system is connected to the primary terminal 1 and the primary terminal 2, and the primary MCU system is connected to the secondary MCU system 1 through the cascade gateway 902 and to the secondary MCU system 2 through the cascade gateway 904, the secondary MCU system 1 is connected to the secondary terminal 1 and the secondary terminal 2, and the secondary MCU system 2 is connected to the secondary terminal 3 and the secondary terminal 4. In the cascade gateway 902, the second analog terminal 1 is connected to the first-stage MCU system, and the first analog terminal 1 is connected to the second-stage MCU system 1. In the cascade gateway 904, the second analog terminal 2 is connected to the primary MCU system, and the first analog terminal 2 is connected to the secondary MCU system 2.
When the chairman terminal is the first-stage terminal 1 and the first called terminal is the second-stage terminal 2, the first MCU system is the first-stage MCU system, and the second MCU system is the second-stage MCU system 1. And the first server in the first-level MCU system sends the acquired first click-to-speak request to the second-level MCU system 1 and the second-level MCU system 2 in the next level which are connected with each other.
When the first-level MCU system obtains the first roll call request, the first roll call terminal is obtained to be a lower-level terminal and a terminal connected with the second-level MCU system 1, the first roll call terminal identification in the first roll call request is modified into the second roll call terminal identification, namely the identification of the second simulation terminal 1, and the modified first roll call request is used as the second roll call request.
And the primary MCU system sets a terminal corresponding to the second called terminal identification to receive the first media data, and other terminals except the terminal corresponding to the second called terminal identification receive the second media data. And sending the first media data of the primary terminal 1 to a second called terminal identifier, namely a second analog terminal 1. In the cascade gateway, data are shared between the first analog terminal and the second analog terminal. Therefore, the first analog terminal 1 also receives the first media data of the primary terminal 1 at the same time, and sends the first media data to the secondary MCU system 1.
When the second-level MCU system 1 acquires the first roll call request, the first roll call terminal is connected with the second-level MCU system 1, the first roll call terminal identification is used as a second roll call terminal identification, and the first roll call request is used as a second roll call request.
The second-level MCU system 1 sets a terminal corresponding to the second called terminal identification to receive the first media data, and other terminals except the terminal corresponding to the second called terminal identification receive the second media data. When the secondary MCU system 1 acquires the first media data of the chairman terminal, the first media data is sent to the secondary terminal 2, and the first called terminal acquires the media data of the chairman terminal, such as video pictures, voice data and the like.
The second-level MCU system 1 sends the second media data to other terminals except the terminal corresponding to the second roll-call terminal identifier, namely a second-level terminal 1 and a first analog terminal 1. When the first analog terminal 1 receives the second media data, the second analog terminal 1 also receives the second media data and sends the second media data to the first-stage MCU system.
When the first-level MCU system receives the second media data, the second media data are sent to other terminals except the terminal corresponding to the second called terminal identification, namely the second analog terminal 2, the first-level terminal 1 and the first-level terminal 2, so that the chairman terminal can obtain the first called terminal media data, such as video pictures, voice data and the like.
When the second-level MCU system 2 acquires the first roll call request, the first roll call terminal is judged not to be connected with the second-level MCU system 2, and the first roll call terminal identification in the first roll call request is modified into a second roll call terminal identification, namely the identification of the first simulation terminal 2. And the modified first roll call request is used as a second roll call request to be sent to the second-level MCU system 2.
The second-level MCU system 2 sets a terminal corresponding to the second called terminal identification to receive the first media data, and other terminals except the terminal corresponding to the second called terminal identification receive the second media data. It should be noted that the secondary MCU system 2 does not receive the first media data, so the secondary MCU system 2 does not need to execute the step of sending the first media data to the terminal corresponding to the second called terminal identifier.
When the second-level MCU system 2 acquires the second media data sent by the first analog terminal 2, the second media data is sent to other terminals except the terminal corresponding to the second called terminal identifier, that is, the second-level terminal 3 and the second-level terminal 4, so that the second media data of the first called terminal is sent to other terminals except the first called terminal.
The method comprises the steps that a microphone opening instruction is generated through a primary MCU system and is sent to a primary terminal 1, a microphone closing instruction is generated and is sent to a primary terminal 2, and received voice data of the primary terminal 1 are sent to other terminals except the primary terminal 1, namely the primary terminal 2, a second simulation terminal 1 and the second simulation terminal 2. Through the cascaded gateways 902 and 904, the secondary terminal 1, the secondary terminal 2, the secondary terminal 3, and the secondary terminal 4 can all receive the voice data of the primary terminal 1.
The method comprises the steps that a microphone opening instruction is generated through a secondary MCU system 1 and is sent to a secondary terminal 2, a microphone closing instruction is generated and is sent to the secondary terminal 1, and received voice data of the secondary terminal 2 are sent to other terminals except the secondary terminal 2, namely the secondary terminal 1 and a first simulation terminal 1. By cascading gateways 902 and 904, voice data from secondary terminal 2 can be received by primary terminal 1, primary terminal 2, secondary terminal 3, and secondary terminal 4.
The two-stage MCU system 2 generates a microphone closing instruction and sends the microphone closing instruction to the two-stage terminal 3 and the two-stage terminal 4, so that the voice data of the chairman terminal is sent to other terminals except the chairman terminal, the voice data of the first called terminal is sent to other terminals except the first called terminal, and microphone closing is performed on other terminals except the chairman terminal and the first called terminal.
In this embodiment, the second MCU system receives the second media data sent by the first roll call terminal, and sends the second media data to all the MCU systems in the cascaded MCU system, and the second media data is sent to the connected terminal by all the MCU systems in the cascaded MCU system, so that more accurate roll call and speech can be achieved.
In one embodiment, the first MCU system may cancel the roll call in the roll call process at any time, allow each terminal in the cross-class conference to return to the screen before the roll call, and return the voice receiver of each terminal to the state before the roll call.
The I frame and the P frame exist in the video media stream, the I frame contains complete picture data and can be directly decoded and played through a terminal, and the P frame contains changed partial picture data and can be decoded and played only by depending on the I frame data. The video encoder in the second server may generate an I-frame at intervals, such as 2 seconds per I-frame, or only one of the 50 frames may be an I-frame. When the terminal receives the screen switching instruction, the screen is switched immediately, for example, the terminal is switched from the screen a to the screen B immediately, and the terminal cannot receive the I frame of the screen B immediately, that is, when the call-calling-speaking request is received, the terminal cannot completely display the video screen of the first called terminal or the video screen of the chairman terminal immediately.
In order to avoid the phenomena of screen jamming or screen blacking and the like in the switching process, after the terminal receives the switching instruction, the terminal can continue to play the picture A and wait until the I frame of the picture B is acquired. The maximum time to wait is the I-frame generation interval of the video encoder in the second server, which is typically 2 seconds by default. When the terminal receives the I frame of the picture B, the picture A can be switched into the picture B, and the terminal can be smoother and smoother when pictures are switched.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2, 5-8 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2, 5-8 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, there is provided a cross-stage conference roll-call speaking device 1000, which is applied to a cascaded MCU system including at least two stages of MCU systems, each stage of MCU system including at least one MCU system, each MCU system being connected to at least one terminal, including: a roll call speaking request sending module 1002, a first media data sending module 1004, a first speaking instruction sending module 1006 and a second media data sending module 1008, wherein:
the roll call speaking request sending module 1002 is configured to send the first roll call speaking request to other MCU systems except the first MCU system step by step when the first MCU system connected to the chairman terminal obtains the first roll call speaking request.
The first media data sending module 1004 is configured to obtain a chairman terminal identifier of a chairman terminal through the first MCU system, and send first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to the second MCU system to which the first roll-to-roll terminal is connected step by step according to the first roll-to-roll request, where the first roll-to-roll terminal is determined according to the first roll-to-roll terminal identifier included in the first roll-to-roll request.
The first utterance instruction sending module 1006 is configured to generate a first utterance instruction according to the received first roll call request through the second MCU system, and send the first media data and the first utterance instruction to the first roll call terminal.
And a second media data sending module 1008, configured to send, by the second MCU system, second media data obtained by the first called terminal according to the first utterance instruction to the chairman terminal connected to the first MCU system.
According to the cross-level conference roll-call speaking device, the first MCU system connected with the chairman terminal sends the first roll-call speaking request to other MCU systems except the first MCU system step by step, first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification are sent to the second MCU system connected with the first roll-call terminal step by step, the first media data are sent to the first roll-call terminal through the second MCU system, and second media data of the first roll-call terminal are sent to the chairman terminal through the second MCU system. When roll calling and speaking are carried out on a first called terminal in a cross-level conference, roll calling and speaking can be carried out on the first called terminal only by acquiring a first roll calling request through an MCU system connected with a chairman terminal, and management personnel at each level are not required to carry out roll calling and speaking operation on the terminal, so that the efficiency of roll calling and speaking of the cross-level conference is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, there is provided a cross-stage conference roll-call speaking device 1100, applied to a cascaded MCU system including at least two stages of MCU systems, each of which includes at least one MCU system, each MCU system being connected to at least one terminal, including: a roll call speaking request sending module 1102, an identification modification module 1104, a first media data sending module 1106, a first speaking instruction sending module 1108, a second speaking instruction sending module 1110 and a second media data sending module 1112, wherein:
the roll call request sending module 1102 is configured to send the first roll call request to other MCU systems except the first MCU system step by step when the first MCU system connected to the chairman terminal obtains the first roll call request.
And the identifier modification module 1104 is configured to use an MCU system, which acquires the first roll call request from the cascaded MCU systems, as a target MCU system, determine whether the first called terminal is connected to the target MCU system, modify the identifier of the first called terminal in the first roll call request of each target MCU system according to the determination result, and use the modified first roll call request as a second roll call request. And according to the second roll call speaking request, the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification is sent downwards step by step to a second MCU system connected with the first roll call terminal. And generating a first speech instruction according to the received second roll call speech request through a second MCU system.
The first media data sending module 1106 is configured to obtain a chairman terminal identifier of a chairman terminal through the first MCU system, and send first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to the second MCU system to which the first roll-to-roll terminal is connected step by step according to the first roll-to-roll request, where the first roll-to-roll terminal is determined according to the first roll-to-roll terminal identifier included in the first roll-to-roll request.
The first utterance instruction sending module 1108 is configured to generate a first utterance instruction according to the received first roll call request by the second MCU system, and send the first media data and the first utterance instruction to the first roll call terminal.
A second speech instruction sending module 1110, configured to generate a second speech instruction according to the first roll speech request through the first MCU system, and send the second speech instruction to the chairman terminal, where the second speech instruction is used to instruct the chairman terminal to send the first media data to other terminals except the chairman terminal; and generating a microphone closing instruction according to the received first roll call request through an MCU system in the cascaded MCU system, and sending the microphone closing instruction to other terminals except the chairman terminal and the first roll call terminal, wherein the microphone closing instruction is used for indicating the terminals to close the connected voice receiver. And sending second media data obtained by the first called terminal according to the first transmitting instruction to other terminals except the first called terminal through a second MCU system.
A second media data sending module 1112, configured to send, by the second MCU system, second media data obtained by the first called terminal according to the first sending instruction to the chairman terminal connected to the first MCU system.
According to the cross-level conference roll-call speaking device, when roll-call speaking is conducted on the first called terminal in the cross-level conference, roll-call speaking can be conducted on the first called terminal only by the MCU system connected with the chairman terminal obtaining the first roll-call speaking request, and management personnel at each level are not required to conduct roll-call speaking operation on the terminal, so that the efficiency of roll-call speaking of the cross-level conference is improved.
In one embodiment, the roll call request sending module 1102 is further configured to send the first roll call request to a first server in another MCU system except the first MCU system step by step when the first server in the first MCU system connected to the chairman terminal obtains the first roll call request. The first media data sending module 1106 is further configured to obtain a chairman terminal identifier of a chairman terminal through a second server in the first MCU system, and send first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to a second server in a second MCU system connected to the first roll-to-call terminal step by step according to a first roll-to-call request sent by a first server in the first MCU system. The first utterance instruction sending module 1108 is further configured to generate a first utterance instruction according to the received first click-to-speak request through a second server in the second MCU system, and send the first media data and the first utterance instruction to the first clicked terminal. The second media data sending module 1112 is further configured to send, by a second server in the second MCU system, second media data obtained by the first called terminal according to the first query instruction to the chairman terminal connected to the first MCU system.
In an embodiment, the roll call request sending module 1102 is further configured to send the first roll call request to a next-level MCU system and a previous-level MCU system connected to the first MCU system when the first MCU system connected to the chairman terminal obtains the first roll call request; when the MCU system at the next level acquires the first click comment request, taking the MCU system at the next level as an intermediate MCU system, and sending the first click comment request to the MCU system at the next level connected with each intermediate MCU system; and when the MCU system at the previous level acquires the first punctual speech request, taking the MCU system at the previous level as an intermediate MCU system, and sending the first punctual speech request to the MCU system at the previous level connected with each intermediate MCU.
In one embodiment, the identifier modification module 1104 is further configured to, when the first called terminal is connected to the target MCU system, use the first called terminal identifier as a second called terminal identifier; and when the first called terminal is disconnected with the target MCU system, acquiring the MCU system connected with the first called terminal, and modifying the first called terminal identifier in the first called speaking request according to the MCU system connected with the first called terminal.
In an embodiment, the identifier modifying module 1104 is further configured to modify, when the MCU system connected to the first named terminal is an upper level of the target MCU system, a first named terminal identifier in the first named speech request into an identifier of a first analog terminal and serve as a second named terminal identifier, where the first analog terminal is used for connecting the target MCU system to a previous stage MCU system; and when the MCU system connected with the first named terminal is a lower stage of the target MCU system, modifying the first named terminal identifier in the first named speaking request into a second analog terminal identifier and using the second analog terminal identifier as a second named terminal identifier, wherein the second analog terminal is used for connecting the target MCU system with the next stage MCU system.
In an embodiment, the first media data sending module 1106 is further configured to determine, by the first MCU system, a position of the first named terminal in the cascaded MCU system according to a second named terminal identifier in the second named-talk request; when the first called terminal is located at a subordinate terminal of the first MCU system, sending first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification to the subordinate MCU system; acquiring a second called terminal identifier in a second calling and speaking request through a subordinate MCU system, and gradually sending the first media data downwards to the second MCU system connected with the first called terminal according to the second called terminal identifier; when the first called terminal is located at a superior terminal of the first MCU system, first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification are sent to the superior MCU system; and acquiring a second called terminal identifier in the second roll call speaking request through the upper MCU system, and gradually and upwards transmitting the first media data to the second MCU system connected with the first called terminal according to the second called terminal identifier.
For specific limitations of the cross-level conference roll call speaking device, reference may be made to the above limitations on the cross-level conference roll call speaking method, which will not be described herein again. The modules in the cross-level conference roll call speaking device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 12. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a cross-level conference roll-call speaking method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 12 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the cross-level conference roll-call speaking method when executing the computer program.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the above-described cross-level conference roll-call speaking method.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A cross-level conference roll-call speaking method is applied to a cascade MCU system comprising at least two levels of multipoint control unit MCU systems, each level of MCU system comprises at least one MCU system, each MCU system is connected with at least one terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
when a first MCU system connected with a chairman terminal acquires a first roll speech request, the first roll speech request is sent to all MCU systems of an upper level of the first MCU system and all MCU systems of a lower level of the first MCU system step by step;
taking an MCU system which acquires a first roll call request in the cascaded MCU systems as a target MCU system, and judging whether a first called terminal is connected with the target MCU system or not;
when the first called terminal is connected with the target MCU system, the first called terminal identification in the first calling speaking request does not need to be modified, and the first called terminal identification is used as a second called terminal identification;
when the first named terminal is disconnected with the target MCU system, acquiring the MCU system connected with the first named terminal, modifying a first named terminal identifier in the first named speech request according to the MCU system connected with the first named terminal, and taking the modified first named speech request as a second named speech request; the modified first named terminal identifier is an identifier of an upper cascade gateway or an identifier of a lower cascade gateway;
acquiring a chairman terminal identifier of the chairman terminal through the first MCU system, and sending first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to a second MCU system connected with a first roll-call terminal step by step according to the second roll-call speaking request, wherein the first roll-call terminal is determined according to a first roll-call terminal identifier contained in the first roll-call speaking request;
generating a first speaking instruction according to the received second roll call speaking request through the second MCU system, and sending the first media data and the first speaking instruction to the first roll call terminal;
and sending second media data obtained by the first roll-call terminal according to the first speaking instruction to a chairman terminal connected with the first MCU system through the second MCU system.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein each MCU system comprises a first server and a second server; when a first MCU system connected with a chairman terminal acquires a first roll speech request, the first roll speech request is sent to all MCU systems of an upper level of the first MCU system and all MCU systems of a lower level of the first MCU system step by step, and the method comprises the following steps:
when a first server in a first MCU system connected with a chairman terminal acquires a first roll speech request, sending the first roll speech request to first servers in all MCU systems of an upper stage of the first MCU system and first servers in all MCU systems of a lower stage of the first MCU system step by step;
the method comprises the following steps of obtaining a chairman terminal identifier of the chairman terminal through the first MCU system, and sending first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to a second MCU system connected with a first called terminal step by step according to the second called speaking request, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a chairman terminal identifier of the chairman terminal through a second server in the first MCU system, and gradually sending first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to a second server in a second MCU system connected with a first called terminal according to the second roll call speaking request sent by a first server in the first MCU system;
the generating, by the second MCU system, a first utterance instruction according to the received second roll call utterance request, and sending the first media data and the first utterance instruction to the first roll call terminal includes:
generating a first speaking instruction according to the received second roll call speaking request through a second server in the second MCU system, and sending the first media data and the first speaking instruction to the first roll call terminal;
the sending, by the second MCU system, second media data obtained by the first roll-call terminal according to the first utterance instruction to a chairman terminal connected to the first MCU system includes:
and sending second media data obtained by the first roll-to-call terminal according to the first speaking instruction to a chairman terminal connected with the first MCU system through a second server in the second MCU system.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when a first MCU system connected to a chairman terminal obtains a first click comment request, the first click comment request is sent to all MCU systems of an upper level of the first MCU system and all MCU systems of a lower level of the first MCU system step by step, and the method includes:
when a first MCU system connected with a chairman terminal acquires a first click comment request, sending the first click comment request to a next-level MCU system and a previous-level MCU system connected with the first MCU system;
when a next-level MCU system acquires the first place name speaking request, taking the next-level MCU system as an intermediate MCU system, and sending the first place name speaking request to the next-level MCU system connected with each intermediate MCU system;
and when the MCU system at the previous level acquires the first place name speaking request, taking the MCU system at the previous level as an intermediate MCU system, and sending the first place name speaking request to the MCU system at the previous level connected with each intermediate MCU system.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein said modifying the first named terminal identity in the first named-talk request according to the MCU system to which the first named terminal is connected comprises:
when the MCU system connected with the first named terminal is the upper level of the target MCU system, modifying the first named terminal identifier in the first named speaking request into an identifier of a first analog terminal and using the identifier as a second named terminal identifier, wherein the first analog terminal is used for connecting the target MCU system with the upper-level MCU system;
and when the MCU system connected with the first named terminal is a subordinate of the target MCU system, modifying the first named terminal identifier in the first named speaking request into a second analog terminal identifier and using the second analog terminal identifier as a second named terminal identifier, wherein the second analog terminal is used for connecting the target MCU system with a next-level MCU system.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the step of sending the first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to a second MCU system connected to a first called terminal step by step according to the second roll call request includes:
judging the position of the first called terminal in the cascade MCU system by the first MCU system according to a second called terminal identifier in the second roll call speaking request;
when the first called terminal is located at a subordinate terminal of a first MCU system, sending first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification to the subordinate MCU system; acquiring a second called terminal identifier in the second roll call speaking request through the lower MCU system, and gradually sending the first media data downwards to the second MCU system connected with the first called terminal according to the second called terminal identifier;
when the first called terminal is located at a superior terminal of a first MCU system, sending first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identification to the superior MCU system; and acquiring a second called terminal identifier in the second roll call speaking request through the upper-level MCU system, and gradually and upwards transmitting the first media data to the second MCU system connected with the first called terminal according to the second called terminal identifier.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating a second speaking instruction according to the first roll speaking request through a first MCU system, and sending the second speaking instruction to the chairman terminal, wherein the second speaking instruction is used for instructing the chairman terminal to send first media data to other terminals except the chairman terminal;
generating a microphone closing instruction according to the received first roll call request through an MCU system in the cascade MCU system, and sending the microphone closing instruction to other terminals except the chairman terminal and the first roll call terminal, wherein the microphone closing instruction is used for indicating the terminals to close the connected voice receivers;
the sending, by the second MCU system, second media data obtained by the first roll-call terminal according to the first utterance instruction to a chairman terminal connected to the first MCU system includes:
and sending second media data obtained by the first called terminal according to the first sending instruction to other terminals except the first called terminal through the second MCU system.

the first media data sending module is used for acquiring a chairman terminal identifier of the chairman terminal through the first MCU system, and sending first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to a second MCU system connected with a first roll-to-call terminal step by step according to the second roll-to-call request, wherein the first roll-to-call terminal is determined according to a first roll-to-call terminal identifier contained in the first roll-to-call request;
the first speaking instruction sending module is configured to generate a first speaking instruction according to the received second roll call speaking request through the second MCU system, and send the first media data and the first speaking instruction to the first called terminal;
and the second media data sending module is used for sending second media data obtained by the first roll-to-call terminal according to the first speaking instruction to the chairman terminal connected with the first MCU system through the second MCU system.

The device according to claim 7, wherein the roll call request sending module is further configured to send the first roll call request to a first server in all MCU systems of an upper level of the first MCU system and a first server in all MCU systems of a lower level of the first MCU system step by step when the first server in the first MCU system connected to the chairman terminal obtains the first roll call request; the first media data sending module is further configured to obtain a chairman terminal identifier of the chairman terminal through a second server in the first MCU system, and send first media data corresponding to the chairman terminal identifier to a second server in a second MCU system connected to a first called terminal step by step according to the second call-to-speak request sent by the first server in the first MCU system; the second media data sending module is further configured to send, by a second server in the second MCU system, second media data obtained by the first called terminal according to the first utterance instruction to a chairman terminal connected to the first MCU system.
