In a training conference scene, the second user equipment is required to have the control authority of the cloud desktop, and the cloud server can judge the reasonability of the second user equipment in applying authority by inquiring the group entering time of the second user equipment, so that whether authority application confirmation information needs to be sent to the second user equipment or not is determined, and the situation that misoperation occurs to a user can be reduced.
S52: and if the group entering time of the second user equipment is earlier than the conference starting time and the system time is earlier than the conference starting time, the cloud server generates an authority transfer request.
The system time may refer to a default unified reference time such as beijing time. The conference start time is set with the system time as a reference.
In an embodiment, when the second user equipment group entry time is earlier than the conference start time and the system time is earlier than the conference start time, the conference may be considered to be still in a preparation phase, and the cloud server may directly generate the permission transfer request. The first user equipment can quickly acquire the permission requirement of the second user equipment.
S53: and if the group entering time of the second user equipment is earlier than the conference starting time and the system time is later than the conference starting time, the cloud server sends permission application confirmation information to the second user equipment.
In an embodiment, when the group entry time of the second user equipment is earlier than the conference start time and the system time is later than the conference start time, it may be considered that no permission requirement is provided by the second user equipment in the conference preparation stage; in this situation, the cloud server can send permission application confirmation information to the second user equipment to confirm whether the second user equipment really sends a permission application request, so that permission application requests initiated when the user is operated by mistake can be reduced, the control permission of the cloud desktop is more dominant in users required by the conference, and the conference training efficiency is improved.
S54: and if the group entering time of the second user equipment is later than the conference starting time and the interval time between the system time and the group entering time is less than the preset time, the cloud server sends permission application confirmation information to the second user equipment.
In an embodiment, if the time interval between the system time and the group entry time is less than the preset time, it may also be considered that the probability is a case of user misoperation, at this time, the cloud server does not generate the permission transfer request temporarily, but sends permission application confirmation information to the second user equipment first, so that the user of the second user equipment confirms whether to initiate the permission application by mistake or not.
S55: and if the group entering time of the second user equipment is later than the conference starting time and the interval time length between the system time and the group entering time is greater than or equal to the preset time length, the cloud server generates an authority transfer request.
In an embodiment, when the duration of the interval between the system time and the group entry time is greater than or equal to the preset duration, it may be considered that the second user equipment has a requirement to be changed into the first user equipment, for example, a scene in which the audience temporarily needs the control authority. Under the condition, the cloud server can directly generate the permission transfer request, so that the conference training efficiency can be improved.
In the steps S51-S55, different reactions of the cloud server are set according to the group-entering time of the second user, so that the permission application request initiated by misoperation of the user can be reduced, the control permission of the cloud desktop is larger than that of the user required by the conference, and the conference training efficiency is improved.
Further, the authority control method based on the cloud desktop further comprises the following steps:
s911: and the cloud server receives the control authority pre-application request sent by the second user equipment.
In an embodiment, when the user who turns to the second user equipment explains, the second user equipment can also require to operate the content of the cloud desktop in advance. Like this, when taking turns to this user explanation, can realize seamless connection, the user just directly operates the content of cloud desktop when the instructor explains, need not to wait for the authority handing-over with first user equipment, can improve the training efficiency of meeting.
S912: the cloud server pushes the stream to the second user equipment according to the control authority pre-application request single line, and the second user equipment has the authority of controlling the cloud desktop locally.
In an embodiment, the control authority pre-applied by the second user equipment is limited to be locally controlled. For example, the operation of the first user equipment on the content of the cloud desktop, and the conference synchronization data flow to the second user equipment in the conference; the second user equipment obtaining the pre-applied control authority operates the content of the cloud desktop in the data flow channel through the data flow channel independently pushed out by the first user equipment, and the operation is only locally embodied in the second user equipment and cannot be synchronized to other equipment in the conference group. Therefore, the second user equipment obtaining the pre-applied control authority can operate the content of the cloud desktop in advance, and when the class is spoken, the current local cloud desktop data is synchronized to other equipment in the conference group.
S913: when the abandonment authority of the first user equipment is detected, the cloud server distributes the first control authority to second user equipment which locally has the authority of controlling the cloud desktop.
In an embodiment, when the first user equipment gives up the control authority or is about to finish the explanation, the second user equipment which obtains the pre-applied control authority acquires the first control authority and converts the first control authority into the first user equipment.
In steps S911-S913, the second user equipment may obtain the control authority of the cloud desktop in advance, and may allocate the control authority differently and more efficiently, thereby further improving the conference efficiency.
Further, the authority control method based on the cloud desktop further comprises the following steps:
s914: the cloud server acquires a group discussion request sent by the terminal equipment.
Wherein the group discussion request is used for dividing the terminal devices in the conference into a preset number of discussion groups. For example, with 4 lecturers and 96 listeners in a hundred, the terminal devices in a conference may be divided into four discussion groups, one lecturer and 24 listeners per group.
S915: if the group discussion request is accepted, the cloud server determines the group where the first user equipment is located.
In one embodiment, the first user equipment is also assigned to a discussion group, and the group identifier of the group in which the first user equipment is located can be determined according to the identity of the first user equipment.
S916: according to the group where the first user equipment is located, the cloud server distributes the first control authority of the first user equipment to the second user equipment in the group.
In an embodiment, for example, only one terminal device originally has the control authority of the cloud desktop, and after the group is discussed, all the terminal devices in the group can be given the control authority of the cloud desktop. Therefore, the control authority can be accurately distributed to the user group with high demand, the conference communication efficiency is obviously improved, and the method is particularly effective in some training conference scenes.
In steps S914 to S916, the control authority of the cloud desktop can be allocated to more terminal devices by means of the preset discussion group, and after the authority is released, not only the progress of the conference is not affected, but also the conference communication efficiency can be improved.
Further, before step S20, that is, before the cloud server acquires the identity selection information sent by the terminal device, the method further includes the following steps:
s21: the cloud server acquires the number information of the lecturers.
S22: and the cloud server generates corresponding number of instructor keys according to the number information of the instructors.
In one embodiment, a unique instructor key may be set for the instructor in order to distinguish the identity of the instructor from the identity of the audience. The terminal device possessing the lecturer key may be assigned the identity of the lecturer when accessing the conference. Therefore, at the stage of adding personnel at the beginning of a conference, the condition that others impersonate in identity and maliciously acquire the control authority of the cloud desktop can be avoided.
Further, in step S30, that is, in assigning the control authority of the cloud desktop to the terminal device according to the identity selection information, the method specifically includes the following steps:
and if the identity selection information comprises the instructor key and the instructor selection confirmation information, the cloud server allocates the control authority of the cloud desktop to the terminal equipment according to the instructor key and the instructor selection confirmation information.
In one embodiment, the lecturer key is assigned in advance, the lecturer key is required for selecting the identity of the lecturer, and it is not enough for the lecturer to select the confirmation message. That is, the participants cannot fill out the identity in disorder, and the identity of the speaker can be distributed only after the pre-distributed speaker key is authenticated.
In the steps S21-S22, the number of the lecturers can be uniquely determined by setting the lecturer key corresponding to the number of the lecturers, and the identity spoofing of other people is effectively avoided, so that the safety of the conference can be effectively improved.
It should be noted that, in the implementation of the cloud conference, besides performing real-time listening and speaking and operation on content on the cloud desktop within the authority range through the terminal device, the instructor and the audience may also perform conference listening and speaking or operation on content on the cloud desktop through the large-screen device. The large-screen device may be an electronic whiteboard, a projector, an intelligent screen, or other devices with a large screen size and capable of being watched by more users at the same time. The content/window on the cloud desktop is displayed on the large screen by default. It is understood that the large screen device can be used as a core device for conference focusing. The large screen device has default speaker control authority and can support control over the cloud desktop at any time. The speaker can directly operate the content of the cloud desktop in a remote controller or a touch large-screen device (with a touch function). In an embodiment, a first initiator of a cloud conference may initiate through a mobile phone, a personal computer, a tablet computer, or the large screen device, and regardless of which initiator initiated the screen projection content, the screen projection content may be previewed and displayed in a corresponding window on the cloud desktop. Further, the large-screen device can support the terminal device of any user to be controlled to project the content to be projected to the window on the cloud desktop at any time, and the control cannot be influenced by the transfer of the user control authority on the terminal device. Specifically, no matter which terminal device in the conference has the control authority of the cloud desktop, if the large-screen device needs to screen the content to be screened of the terminal device of any user in the conference, a user of the large-screen device can directly operate the cloud desktop on the large-screen device, and screen the content to be screened of the user onto a window on the cloud desktop. In another implementation manner, the terminal device having the control right of the cloud desktop can directly operate the content of the cloud desktop on the terminal device, and at this time, the large-screen device can be simply regarded as a screen projection device of the terminal device. It should be understood that the large-screen device has a default control authority of the speaker, the authority transfer between the terminal devices does not affect the cloud desktop control authority of the large-screen device, and a user can operate content on the cloud desktop through the large-screen device. The cloud conference is carried out by adopting the large screen equipment, the conference efficiency can be improved, the user of the large screen equipment can control the whole situation, and the screen projection content to be displayed in the conference can be displayed more conveniently and accurately.
In the embodiment of the application, firstly, the cloud server acquires identity selection information sent by the terminal equipment so as to distinguish users entering a conference as lecturers or audiences, and the control authority of the cloud desktop is conveniently distributed; then the cloud server distributes the control authority of the cloud desktop to the terminal equipment according to the identity selection information, so that the terminal equipment of different users can obtain the control authority matched with the identity of the terminal equipment under the overall distribution of the cloud server, the management of the huge number of terminal equipment is facilitated, and the normal running of a conference is guaranteed; then the cloud server acquires an authority application request of the second user equipment, and sends an authority transfer request to the first user equipment according to the authority application request, so that the control authority of the cloud desktop between the terminal equipment can be distributed in a transition mode through the cloud server, and reasonable distribution of the control authority of the cloud desktop is guaranteed; and finally, the cloud server acquires the response information sent by the first user equipment, when the response information is confirmed to transfer the authority, the second user equipment which sends the authority application request acquires the first control authority, and the equipment identity of the second user equipment is changed into the first user equipment, so that the accurate transition of the control authority can be realized on the terminal equipment side. The method and the device can clearly and reasonably distribute the control authority of the participants, and ensure accurate and safe transition of the control authority among different terminal devices.
Furthermore, different reactions of the cloud server are set through the group entering time of the second user, the permission application request initiated by the user during misoperation can be reduced, the control permission of the cloud desktop is larger in proportion to users required by the conference, and therefore conference training efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, the second user equipment can acquire the control authority of the cloud desktop in advance, the control authority can be distributed more efficiently, and the conference efficiency is further improved.
Furthermore, the control authority of the cloud desktop can be distributed to more terminal devices in a mode of presetting the discussion group, and after the authority is released, the progress of the conference is not influenced, and even the conference communication efficiency can be improved.
Further, this application still corresponds the lecturer key through setting up and lecturer number, can confirm the lecturer number uniquely, and effectively avoids other people to carry out the identity masquerading, can effectively improve the security of meeting.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus corresponding to a cloud desktop-based authorization control method in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the cloud desktop-based right control apparatus includes a first obtaining module 10, a right distributing module 20, a second obtaining module 30, a first sending module 40, and a third obtaining module 50.
The first obtaining module 10 is configured to obtain identity selection information sent by a terminal device, where the identity selection information is used to indicate that an identity of an instructor or an identity of an audience is selected.
And the authority distributing module 20 is configured to distribute the control authority of the cloud desktop to the terminal device according to the identity selection information, where the control authority of the cloud desktop includes a first control authority and a second control authority, the first control authority corresponds to the identity of the instructor, the second control authority corresponds to the identity of the audience, the terminal device corresponding to the identity of the instructor is a first user device, and the terminal device corresponding to the identity of the audience is a second user device.
A second obtaining module 30, configured to obtain an authority application request of a second user equipment, where the authority application request is used to request to obtain a first control authority.
The first sending module 40 is configured to send a permission transfer request to the first user equipment according to the permission application request.
The third obtaining module 50 is configured to obtain response information sent by the first user equipment, and when the response information is that permission is confirmed to be granted, the second user equipment that sends the permission application request obtains the first control permission and changes the equipment identity to the first user equipment.
Further, the authority control device based on the cloud desktop is further specifically configured to:
searching a group entering log of the second user equipment, and determining the group entering time of the second user equipment according to the group entering log;
if the group entering time of the second user equipment is earlier than the conference starting time and the system time is earlier than the conference starting time, generating an authority transfer request;
if the group entering time of the second user equipment is earlier than the conference starting time and the system time is later than the conference starting time, permission application confirmation information is sent to the second user equipment;
if the group entering time of the second user equipment is later than the conference starting time and the interval time between the system time and the group entering time is less than the preset time, sending permission application confirmation information to the second user equipment;
and if the group entering time of the second user equipment is later than the conference starting time and the interval duration between the system time and the group entering time is greater than or equal to the preset duration, generating an authority transfer request.
Further, the authority control device based on the cloud desktop is further specifically configured to:
receiving a control authority pre-application request sent by second user equipment;
the single-line stream pushing request is sent to second user equipment according to the control authority pre-application request, and the second user equipment has the authority of controlling the cloud desktop locally;
and when the abandonment authority of the first user equipment is detected, the first control authority is distributed to the second user equipment which locally has the authority of controlling the cloud desktop.
Further, the authority control device based on the cloud desktop is further specifically configured to:
acquiring a packet discussion request sent by terminal equipment;
if the group discussion request is accepted, determining the group where the first user equipment is located;
and according to the group where the first user equipment is located, distributing the first control authority of the first user equipment to the second user equipment in the group.

In the embodiment of the application, firstly, the cloud server acquires identity selection information sent by the terminal equipment so as to distinguish users entering a conference as lecturers or audiences, and the control authority of the cloud desktop is conveniently distributed; then the cloud server distributes the control authority of the cloud desktop to the terminal equipment according to the identity selection information, so that the terminal equipment of different users can obtain the control authority matched with the identity of the terminal equipment under the overall distribution of the cloud server, the management of the huge number of terminal equipment is facilitated, and the normal running of a conference is guaranteed; then the cloud server acquires an authority application request of the second user equipment, and sends an authority transfer request to the first user equipment according to the authority application request, so that the control authority of the cloud desktop between the terminal equipment can be distributed in a transition mode through the cloud server, and reasonable distribution of the control authority of the cloud desktop is guaranteed; and finally, the cloud server acquires the response information sent by the first user equipment, and when the response information is the confirmation permission transfer, the second user equipment sending out the permission application request acquires the first control permission and changes the equipment identity of the first user equipment into the first user equipment, so that the accurate transition of the control permission can be realized on the terminal equipment side. The method and the device can clearly and reasonably distribute the control authority of the participants, and ensure accurate and safe transition of the control authority among different terminal devices.

And the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring authority distribution information which is sent by the cloud server and is related to the cloud desktop, and determining that the terminal equipment is the first user equipment or the second user equipment according to the authority distribution information, wherein the first user equipment corresponds to the identity of the instructor and has the first control authority, and the second user equipment corresponds to the identity of the audience and has the second control authority.
And the third sending module is used for sending an authority application request to the cloud server by the second user equipment, wherein the authority application request is used for requesting the first control authority.
And the fifth obtaining module is used for obtaining the permission transfer request sent by the cloud server by the first user equipment.
And the fourth sending module is used for sending response information to the cloud server by the first user equipment according to the permission transfer request so as to send the response information to the second user equipment.
And the sixth obtaining module is used for obtaining the response information sent by the cloud server by the second user equipment, obtaining the first control authority by the second user equipment sending the authority application request when the response information is that the authority is confirmed to be transferred, and changing the equipment identity into the first user equipment.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a computer device in an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, computer device 110 includes a processor 111, a memory 112, and computer readable instructions 113 stored in memory 112 and executable on processor 111. The processor 111, when executing the computer readable instructions 113, performs the various steps of the cloud desktop based entitlement control method.
Illustratively, the computer readable instructions 113 may be divided into one or more modules/units, which are stored in the memory 112 and executed by the processor 111 to accomplish the present application. One or more modules/units may be a series of computer-readable instruction segments capable of performing certain functions, which are used to describe the execution of computer-readable instructions 113 in computer device 110.
The computing device 110 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm top computer, a cloud server, or other computing devices. The computer device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 111, a memory 112. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 4 is merely an example of a computer device 110 and is not intended to limit computer device 110 and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some of the components may be combined, or different components, e.g., the computer device may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 111 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 112 may be an internal storage unit of the computer device 110, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device 110. The memory 112 may also be an external storage device of the computer device 110, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), etc. provided on the computer device 110. Further, memory 112 may also include both internal and external storage for computer device 110. The memory 112 is used to store computer readable instructions and other programs and data required by the computer device. The memory 112 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
The embodiment of the application can acquire and process related data based on an artificial intelligence technology. Among them, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a theory, method, technique and application system that simulates, extends and expands human Intelligence using a digital computer or a machine controlled by a digital computer, senses the environment, acquires knowledge and uses the knowledge to obtain the best result.
The artificial intelligence base technologies generally include technologies such as sensors, dedicated artificial intelligence chips, cloud computing, distributed storage, big data processing technologies, operation/interaction systems, mechatronics, and the like. The artificial intelligence software technology mainly comprises a computer vision technology, a robot technology, a biological recognition technology, a voice processing technology, a natural language processing technology, machine learning/deep learning and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the server may be an independent server, or may be a cloud server that provides basic cloud computing services such as cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, Network service, cloud communication, middleware service, domain name service, security service, Content Delivery Network (CDN), big data, an artificial intelligence platform, and the like.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated modules/units, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow in the method of the embodiments described above can be realized by the present application, and the computer readable instructions can also be used for instructing the related hardware, and the computer readable instructions can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the computer readable instructions are executed by a processor, the steps of the above-described embodiments of the method can be realized. Claims (7)

1. A method for controlling authority based on a cloud desktop is applied to a cloud server and comprises the following steps:
acquiring identity selection information sent by terminal equipment, wherein the identity selection information is used for indicating the identity of a selected instructor or the identity of an audience;
distributing control authority of a cloud desktop to the terminal device according to the identity selection information, wherein the control authority of the cloud desktop comprises a first control authority and a second control authority, the first control authority corresponds to the identity of the instructor, the second control authority corresponds to the identity of the audience, the terminal device corresponding to the identity of the instructor is a first user device, and the terminal device corresponding to the identity of the audience is a second user device;
acquiring an authority application request of the second user equipment, wherein the authority application request is used for requesting to acquire the first control authority;
searching the group entry log of the second user equipment, and determining the group entry time of the second user equipment according to the group entry log;
if the group entering time of the second user equipment is earlier than the conference starting time and the system time is earlier than the conference starting time, generating an authority transfer request;
if the grouping time of the second user equipment is earlier than the conference starting time and the system time is later than the conference starting time, permission application confirmation information is sent to the second user equipment;
if the grouping time of the second user equipment is later than the conference starting time and the interval time between the system time and the grouping time is less than the preset time, sending the permission application confirmation information to the second user equipment;
if the group entering time of the second user equipment is later than the conference starting time and the interval duration between the system time and the group entering time is greater than or equal to the preset duration, generating the permission transfer request;
sending the permission transfer request to the first user equipment according to the permission application request;
and acquiring response information sent by the first user equipment, and when the response information is confirmed permission transfer, the second user equipment which sends the permission application request acquires the first control permission and changes the equipment identity into the first user equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a control authority pre-application request sent by the second user equipment;
the single-line plug flow is requested to the second user equipment according to the control authority pre-application, and the second user equipment has the authority of controlling the cloud desktop locally;
when the abandonment permission of the first user equipment is detected, the first control permission is distributed to the second user equipment which has the local permission to control the cloud desktop.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a packet discussion request sent by the terminal equipment;
if the group discussion request is accepted, determining the group where the first user equipment is located;
and according to the group in which the first user equipment is positioned, distributing the first control authority of the first user equipment to the second user equipment in the group.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining identity selection information sent by the terminal device, the method further comprises:
acquiring the number information of the lecturers;
generating corresponding number of instructor keys according to the number information of the instructors;
the allocating the control authority of the cloud desktop to the terminal device according to the identity selection information comprises:
and if the identity selection information comprises the lecturer key and lecturer selection confirmation information, distributing the control authority of the cloud desktop to the terminal equipment according to the lecturer key and the lecturer selection confirmation information.
5. An authority control device based on a cloud desktop is characterized by comprising:
