And step S320, reducing the height of the second drawing so as to separate the first drawing from the second drawing.
In step S330, the separated first drawing is moved from the first position to the second position by the transfer device.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first drawing and the second drawing may be adsorbed together before the first drawing and the second drawing are separated due to the weight and the characteristics of the paper, or due to the influence of the surface material on the paper when the first drawing and the second drawing are used as the drawings, and the like. According to the embodiment of the invention, after the image information is obtained by scanning and the image information is confirmed, the first drawing needs to be transferred from the first position to the second position, the paper taking piece can be a sucker, at the moment, a moving assembly of the transfer device is moved to enable the sucker to abut against the first drawing, the first drawing is sucked after negative pressure is generated through a vacuum pump, meanwhile, the height of the paper taking plate is adjusted through controlling the lifting device, the tray is lowered, the height of the second drawing is lowered, at the moment, the first drawing is sucked by the sucker, the height of the second drawing is lowered, therefore, the first drawing and the second drawing are separated, one-time sucking of multiple drawings is avoided, and then the separated first drawing is moved from the first position to the second position through the sucker on the transfer device.
In an embodiment, the foregoing step S330 may further include, but is not limited to, the following steps: and blowing air between the first drawing and the second drawing through an air blowing device so as to separate the first drawing from the second drawing.
In some embodiments of the invention, in order to better realize the separation effect, on the basis of lowering the height of the second drawing, the air blowing device is arranged to blow air between the first drawing and the second drawing, and because the first drawing is adsorbed by the sucker, the height of the second drawing is reduced, the first drawing and the second drawing can realize the preliminary separation effect, a gap can be formed between the papers, and under the air blowing of the air blowing device, air flow enters the gap, so that the separation between the papers is accelerated.
In another embodiment, after the sucker of the mobile transfer device abuts against the first drawing, the vacuum pump is not opened temporarily to exhaust air, but the vacuum pump is opened after the air blowing device blows air between the first drawing and the second drawing to enable the sucker to adsorb the first drawing, and because large air flow exists between the first drawing on the top and the sucker, the air pressure between the first drawing and the sucker is smaller relative to the air pressure between the first drawing and the second drawing, the first drawing can be lifted automatically under the action of atmospheric pressure to contact with the sucker, and meanwhile, the lifting device quickly descends to a corresponding position, so that the first drawing and the second drawing are separated.
It should be noted that, when the moving component in the transfer device moves to the first position, the image scanning device in the image scanning system in the embodiment of the present invention performs photographing, and the image processing software at the rear end performs image recognition and processing upload in a time period when the suction cup moves from the second position to the first position to suck paper, where the recognition and upload is successful, that is, a successful instruction is sent to the control system, and the control system controls the transfer device and the lifting device to perform the next work cycle.
