the command scheduling module comprises information, telephone and video scheduling; when the situation of infectious disease prevention and control changes or key indexes are abnormal, a secondary area telephone or a camera button is clicked on a middle map of the visual configuration module, and then the system can be contacted with the regional infectious disease prevention and control command department in real time; the information scheduling can realize the issuing of the registration information of the second-level regional personnel and the regional key indexes every day.
The infectious disease registration traceability system comprises a support layer, a data layer, an analysis layer and an application layer, wherein the support layer provides a basic support environment and safety equipment for system operation, and comprises a server, a memory, a network, a firewall, an intrusion prevention system, a gateway and an optical gate; the data layer provides functions of adding, deleting, modifying and inquiring database layer data; the analysis layer processes user registration information by means of big data modeling, analysis and prediction and provides the user registration information for the application layer to use.
Compared with the prior art, the infectious disease registration traceability system has the following characteristics:
firstly, workers in each area can be managed in a grading way, and after logging in, workers in a second-level area can only check and download the registration information and key indexes of the workers in the area, so that the data security and confidentiality are ensured; after the administrator logs in, the registration information and key indexes of personnel in each area are displayed in a tree structure, and the method has the advantages of intuition and convenience.
Secondly, infectious disease prevention and control registration can be performed according to different scene requirements and different personnel groups;
focusing attention on the risk level of a rural area of a person returning to the country on the other land, and judging whether the person has information such as accounting detection within seven days; aiming at the personnel in the region, the flow information of the personnel in each place and the activity route of the traceable personnel are mainly recorded; aiming at the crowd without the code scanning capability, the other-person agency module can help to realize quick registration and ensure the completeness of infectious disease registration, so that the efficiency and the accuracy of infectious disease prevention and control are effectively ensured.
Thirdly, calculating and counting regional information, quantity information, distribution information and nucleic acid detection information of the personnel according to the information of the registered personnel through a polymerization, classification, filtration and statistical method, and accurately generating personnel flow tracks, a personal information database and early warning information; through the analysis of a prediction model, the people flow data of each place in the future five days is provided, and the advanced deployment, prevention and control of infectious disease prevention and control personnel are facilitated.
Fourthly, infectious disease prevention and control situations of the whole administrative region can be macroscopically displayed, and accurate data information is provided for an infectious disease prevention and control command department through induction of key indexes; meanwhile, the traceability scheduling subsystem can provide three scheduling means of information, telephone and video, so that each secondary area can receive the key information of the area in real time every day, and the system can quickly respond and dock when emergency occurs.

An infectious disease registration traceability system, characterized in that: the system comprises a terminal management subsystem, a personnel registration subsystem, a data analysis subsystem and a traceability scheduling subsystem, wherein the terminal management subsystem, the personnel registration subsystem and the traceability scheduling subsystem are connected to the data analysis subsystem; the terminal management subsystem and the personnel registration subsystem provide analysis data sources for the data analysis subsystem, and the data analysis subsystem sends data analysis results to the traceability scheduling subsystem to provide data support for the traceability scheduling subsystem;
the terminal management subsystem is used for realizing user registration, login and password resetting functions and managing personnel registration information in a grading manner by setting data authority of workers in each secondary area;
the personnel registration subsystem is used for registering personnel information, and the personnel information is filled and reported in a two-dimensional code scanning mode, or is verified and registered through a personal two-dimensional code generated after the personnel information is filled and completed for the first time;
the data analysis subsystem is used for acquiring registration information data of registered personnel, obtaining registration information of all levels of regions and various infectious disease prevention and control key indexes according to data analysis, early warning the 7-day nucleic acid detection time of the returning personnel, and generating personnel flow track information;
the traceability scheduling subsystem is used for visually displaying infectious disease prevention and control key indexes in the whole administrative area and making research and judgment, information, telephone and video scheduling according to the shown prevention situation.
2. An infectious disease registration traceability system according to claim 1, wherein: the terminal management subsystem comprises a user registration module, a login submission module, a password resetting module and an information operation module;
the user registration module is used for registering staff information, realizing hierarchical management by registering staff and identifying the staff information through regional codes;
the login submitting module is used for verifying whether the staff is in a registered state and verifying the login validity of the staff;
the password resetting module is used for resetting passwords by staff;
the information operation module is used for adding, deleting, modifying, checking, uploading and downloading the regional registration information and key indexes.

An infectious disease registration traceability system according to claim 2, wherein: the terminal management subsystem is used for maintaining, checking and downloading registration information by workers; the method comprises the following steps that workers in different regions complete identity registration by taking region codes as identifiers through a user registration module, and associate the region code identifiers of the workers with source code identifiers of registration information in a data analysis subsystem; after logging in through the login submitting module, displaying the registration information of the homeward returning personnel, the registration information of each place and key analysis index information data of the whole area and the subordinate area through a tree structure, and executing addition, deletion, modification, viewing, uploading and/or downloading operations through the information operation module.
4. An infectious disease registration traceability system according to claim 1, wherein: the personnel registration subsystem comprises a homeward announcement module, a homeward personnel registration module, a place registration module and a others agency module;
the homeward returning announcement module is used for displaying the needs and requirements of homeward returning personnel, and comprises local infectious disease health management methods, key homeward returning personnel types and management measure information after homeward returning of the homeward returning personnel;
the homeward returning personnel registration module is used for registering homeward returning personnel information, including homeward returning personnel names, certificate numbers, contact ways, sources, destinations, planned arrival time, planned departure time, personnel types and whether the homeward returning personnel information holds nucleic acid detection information within seven days;
the place registration module generates place specific two-dimensional codes aiming at different places and is bound with information of a responsible person, personnel entering and exiting the places automatically generate personal two-dimensional codes by scanning the place two-dimensional code registration information after registration is finished, and the personnel can enter the place by showing personal two-dimensional code verification when repeatedly entering the same place;
aiming at the people without code scanning capability, the other person agency module scans code registration information for the people without code scanning capability through the other person agency module by related accompanying persons or field workers, and selects corresponding person types from the person types.

An infectious disease registration traceability system according to claim 4, wherein: the personnel registration subsystem provides service for two types of scenes based on the WeChat small program, and one type is information registration of the people returning to the country; the other is the registration of personnel information of each place in the area;
a person returning to the country enters a person registration subsystem in a returning to the country place (such as an airport, a railway station and other exit ports) by scanning a two-dimensional code, personal returning to the country information including basic information of the person, a source, a destination, planned arrival time, planned departure time, a person belonging to the country and whether the person holds seven-day nucleic acid detection information is filled in by a returning to the person country registration module, and the personal two-dimensional code is automatically generated after the personal returning to the country place is submitted; for the crowd without the code scanning capacity, scanning the two-dimensional code by the co-workers or the field workers, entering a personnel registration subsystem, selecting a others agent module, filling and submitting agent information, and automatically generating an agent two-dimensional code after completion;
for the registration of the personnel information of the places in the areas, scanning codes of place managers to enter a personnel registration subsystem, filling the place information through a place registration module to generate a place two-dimensional code, and binding the place information with the place managers; for personnel who enter and exit the place, the person can enter the place by scanning the two-dimensional code filling information of the place and generates a personal two-dimensional code after submitting the information; for personnel who pass in and out of the site for multiple times in the area, the personnel can enter the site by showing personal two-dimensional code verification, a person in charge of the site enters the personnel registration subsystem, a worker in the site registration module scans the code inspection icon, and the person can enter the site after the code scanning passes.
6. An infectious disease registration traceability system according to claim 1, wherein: the data analysis subsystem comprises a user object module, a registration information module and a data storage table module;
the user object module is used for being in linkage operation with the terminal management subsystem and acquiring the personnel registration information and the analyzed key indexes of the region according to the transmitted information of the workers;
the registration information module is used for modeling, analyzing and counting registration information data, calculating various key indexes by adopting a polymerization, classification, filtering and counting method according to investigation indexes, and performing linkage processing with the traceability scheduling subsystem;
the data storage table module comprises a user information database, a homeward returning personnel information database and a scene information database, and respectively manages system user information, homeward returning personnel registration information and place information.
7. An infectious disease registration traceability system according to claim 6, wherein: the data analysis subsystem is used for realizing the linkage of workers and scenes and the statistics, analysis, early warning and prediction of registered information;
for each secondary region worker, matching out the corresponding user information of the region by the data analysis subsystem after logging in the system by adopting an aggregation, classification, filtration and query method, and returning the user information to the terminal management subsystem;
for the administrator user, returning the registration information and key indexes of the whole and all levels of regions by adopting a tree structure; the registration information module analyzes the personnel registration information and calculates personnel general profiles, personnel distribution, personnel type composition, source proportion and audit passing rate by adopting a modeling and statistical mode;
for the personnel who return to the country after more than seven days of registration for checking, early warning and reminding the secondary nucleic acid detection time;
and generating a person flow track for the registered persons in the area and tracing the activities of the persons.

An infectious disease registration traceability system according to claim 1, wherein: the traceability scheduling subsystem is a configurable dragging system and comprises a visual configuration module and a command scheduling module, and key indexes calculated by the data analysis subsystem are configured on a screen in a dragging mode for the infectious disease command department to check and study;
the visual configuration module is used for dragging, configuring and displaying the whole registration information of the registrant, and macroscopically displaying the infectious disease prevention and control form and effect in the whole area, including but not limited to the number statistics of the people returning to the country, the composition statistics of the people returning to the country, the distribution statistics of the people returning to the country in each secondary area, the statistics of the people returning to the country in the important area of the infectious disease, the seven-day accounting detection early warning time, the statistics of the flow of people in the place, the flow track of the people in the place and the statistics indexes of the coming and going places of the people returning to the country in the important area;
the command scheduling module comprises information, telephone and video scheduling; when the situation of infectious disease prevention and control changes or key indexes are abnormal, a secondary area telephone or a camera button is clicked on a middle map of the visual configuration module, and then the system can be contacted with the regional infectious disease prevention and control command department in real time; the information scheduling can realize the issuing of the registration information of the second-level regional personnel and the regional key indexes every day.
